What you wrote is a very good and thorough analysis of the episode, bravo! I cannot disagree with your definitions because they are most certainly correct. This is true, my concern is it may lead to the conclusion for some that there is no plausible explanation (it is supernatural), which is alright in Equestria, a land of magic, I just worry that it may wrongly lead to that same conclusion for the real universe. I suppose it all depends on how the parents interpret it and then explain their views to the children. Your view is spot on, I just worry that various anti-science bias in the adult audience may lead to the opposite conclusion; again though, this isn't the episode's fault.

A lot of it I have done through places like FA, because I can toss up an icon and people will respond accordingly. Discovered several friends who were active fans of the series. 20% cooler works well for real life situations, because people who don't watch the show will chuckle just because it sounds funny while bronies will instantly understand (and hopefully respond accordingly).

That would see so me, publicly going "hey, I guess that is cool, we need more good cartoons", and later back in bedroom snugging my Applejack figure going "yay!", but not the normal Flutershy yay, the Flutershy when she saw the Sonic Rainboom yay!.

Well it now looks like Season 2 for Friendship Is Magic is 100% confirmed, with 24 episodes planned. This is stated by Top Draw, the studio who produces the animation for the episodes. Many of you may have already read this on Equestria Daily, but if not, here is the link to the story.

If FiM is shown on Cartoon Show, it will of course is in addition to the Hub and likely receive the episodes a week later (much like Adult Swim has new Family Guy and American Dad a week after they air on Fox). However, if it happens, it will be during the normal daytime hours with the other kid focused shows and not on Adult Swim. Adult Swim is for shows specifically designed for adult audiences, with a focus on surreal, dirty, and absurdist humor, and FiM, despite its huge adult fanbase, does not fall into that sort of programming. Hasbro views FiM as a show for young girls and for selling toys to that same demographic. As Tremaine pointed out above, adult toy collectors are just a niche market and not large enough for companies like Hasbro to refocus from the much larger current target audience. Because of these reasons, Hasbro will want to avoid Adult Swim because it may only hurt the brand and not help it in any significant manner.

Man I wish I knew how you did that because I would love to (although as a dude, I'd probably suck at it), although I am pretty satisfied with the out of the box Applejack I got as a gift (and of course my custom Derpy ). At worst, I still have McD ones for the others. Yours though look really well, probably as close to the show as one can get.

Well the barn they showed for the cow in the episode with Trixie wasn't Applejack's barn, so likely it is someone else's place (it could be the cows even run their own place).

That may not be the same farm; no surprise that there would be several others. Makes you wonder though, why do ponies need a pig farm??

Well my friends, furfans or not, have all reacted in one of three ways: 1) Hooray! Guess what dude... *inches closer* I'm a bronie toooo... 2) Heh, alright.. whatever. 3) WTF Seriously!? That's weird bro..but hey, whatever you are into man. No friends, fandom or not, have given me any real hassle over it. One artist friend joked "so do they give you makup and dress tips too!? LOL!", only to later state on his journal that he was happy I was willing to "admit to loving FiM" and that he found them endearing as well. Best single reaction I got was from the friend who walked into my room, saw the FiM collection on the self and exclaimed "My Little Pony! WTF! Jesus!", but even he seemed generally fine with it, even if he thinks I am a little weird, lol. On FA I guess its a little obvious from the Rarity icon, and some journal posts where I basically admit to it, and I haven't lost anyone over it, so *shrugs*.
