You said Saddle Arabia and it peaked my interests. Story takes place in Saddle Arabia and Daring and her OC compainions will hunt for a temple. Inside this temple is a golden statue(Just being bland here-work with me). If you wanted you could tie your antagonist in that way. Now the kids. I had this idea of having it in a library. Being told by a random narrator whom I shall play and have the kids there. It is described in my head as being like a weekly meeting for the kids so they are used to it. If you want you could play an OC that has a kid and drop them off. But it doesn't matter. And kid, canon or OC, will be fine. Yes it will be in Ponyville. And I am the only one currently signed up to play a kid role. Comments about the plot? It can be worked on but i just figured set a location and artifact and run with it And Jane, I know you want to go to the Diamond Dog camps haha jk. But maybe..in the future a new storybook will be out where a diamond dog camp is in it.

Oh I'm sure we have room for one more I'm glad people are interested in this! If I get more people to want to do this I may start two threads you know But you're in Silver! Who will you be playing as so I can add them to the list. Also Grey, the RP is going to start off with the narrator and the kids. Then after a bit (and I mean after one long narrator and kids post) I will post as Daring and the RP will take off.

Sounds good to me. I may start the thread here in a little bit. No posting order correct? Or should we have one?

Alright Well it is going to be an adventure RP. Where as Daring and the OCs you all play are on an adventure seeking for treasure and what not

Care looked over at Razor as he seemed skeptical about the "experiment". While Care was a bit..no wait, very skeptical about this experiment he had nothing else to do. He glanced out a window and saw that it was still raining rather hard so he was going nowhere. If he really wanted to he could have just ran out the door and stayed at another house. But then again he barely knew this town since he live in Cloudsdale. And how often do ponies get to say that they helped an alicorn with a magical experiment? Not a lot of times..Care thinks. So now he made himself think he was pretty important and his nature of wanting to help everypony got the best of him. [colour=#800000]"I'd be more than happy to help you Miss Sparkle." [/colour]He gave Razor a quick glance then looked back to Twilight. [colour=#800000]"Though I have to agree with Razor. I just hope you are able to solve any repercussions of said experiment." [/colour] He gave Twilight a smile and then Razor one as well. He had to admit he was getting a bit excited. He wanted to know what this experiment was. Then an idea popped in his head. [colour=#800000]Is she gonna make us Alicorns?![/colour] Then he realized that Razor was a griffon so no alicorniness for him. He had a bunch of ideas for what this experiment could be. But each of his ideas didn't sound good to him. But then Care realized she said [colour=#800000]Age Spell. [/colour]So he forgot all about his ideas for experiments and started to think about that one. Age spell...he wondered how that would work. Oh well..as long as Twilight could fix it then he was fine with it.

Arc swore he heard something. He turned around to see the same stallion ask him a question. "[colour=#daa520]Um..no...no problem at all." [/colour]He gave him a nervous chuckle and then trotted on. That was weird...he figured he came off angry but that was his job just then. Besides he was just a student as well. Arc trotted on and eventually he found the mare and the stallion that were together and hoofed his way over to them. "[colour=#daa520]Hey there!"[/colour] He gave both of them friendly waves. [colour=#daa520]"Are you both as excited as I am to be here?!" [/colour]He had a wide eyed expression with a big smile. [colour=#282828]"ORIENTATION WILL BEGIN IN LESS THAN THIRTY MINUTES. ALL NEW STUDENTS ARE TO REPORT TO THE LECTURE HALL OF PROFESSOR GREY MATTER FOR A BRIEF INTRODUCTION TO HIS CLASS, A BRIEF HISTORY OF FROTROX, AND WILL BE GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY, BOTH BEFORE AND AFTER THE PRESENTATION, TO MEET THEIR FELLOW STUDENTS. AGAIN, ALL FIRST YEAR STUDENTS ARE TO REPORT TO THE LECTURE HALL OF PROFESSOR GREY MATTER FOR ORIENTATION."[/colour] [colour=#282828]Arc put a hoof to his chin. You can join as any OC you want! But in my opinion...I think Volarte would be a fun one for this RP. I need players who are adventurous for this will be a storybook about treasure hunting.

Not a lot of ponies do but don't ruin it for the ones that do want to be in one. Well now is your chance..um..those who wanted to be in a book! We all remember Daring Do, fearless adventurer and all that good stuff. But we only got to see that one book and there are many others. Now what this RP is about is essentially what the title reads. It's storytime and the book of choice is Daring Do. This book is different though. Sure there is going to be the adventure and all that good stuff but this time Daring isn't alone. She has some friends with her. Otherwise known as your OCs and whatnot. In the book they will be hunting for treasure though. So your OC should be adventurous. Basically what happens in the RP in the short version is an older mare/stallion (I haven't decided yet) has a group of fillies and colts over to read them a book. They all love Daring Do so it should be fun. Once the narrator starts reading the book the RP will take off and the adventure begins. And Daring and her friends(that's you) will go on their adventure for riches untold! Now you're probably thinking, "But Derpyy, Why not just start the RP with Daring Do? Why have a narrator and kids?" And to that I say, "Good question! Now let me explain." The kids and narrator are all for comedic effect. Say we are hoof deep in a part in the RP and Daring and your OCs are just about to find the treasure and then the narrator gets interrupted by one of the kids that has a question. Should be fun. If it becomes a problem I will stop the kids Now I will be playing the narrator since he/she has a short role and stuff. Arc raised an eyebrow at the stallion.[colour=#daa520] "Rip holes in the? Well as long as it's magic I don't see a problem with it."[/colour] He nodded and then pointed towards the waygate. "Welcome and please enjoy your stay at Frotrox." He gave the stallion a small smile and then a small piece of paper appeared in front of him. He levitated it and then slowly read it to himself. "[colour=#daa520]Ohh." [/colour]Then the paper disappeard. [colour=#daa520]"Seems that you were the last one. Well the last one to enter this waygate. Seems like my job is done and I can continue being a student." [/colour]Arc then moved on and stepped through the waygate and appeared at Frotrox. Once he was there he stopped and glanced around. He was waiting to see if he was anypony he knew.

((OOC: Here you go Jane.)) Care had already been in Ponyville for a while now. He had a few letters that needed to be delivered and he had already delivered them so how he could pretty much do anything he wanted to do. He always usually finished early anyways. He had a thought about going back to the mail office and asking for a few more letters or packages to deliver. But he didn't feel like doing that today. The teal coloured pegasus loved Ponyville though. Even though he called Cloudsdale his home he still loved to visit this town. The two towns were close neighbors so there was no hike to it at all. Ponyville had a wide assortment of shops and things he never saw in Cloudsdale. He kind of wanted to see some of these shops. Care decided to make his way to the marketplace portion of Ponyville. It seemed to be in the center of town which was ideal for towns. He saw a few large buildings standing tall above him. He knew not what was inside them but he wanted to find out. He then started to see the ponies that had their own stands and were outside selling their goods. He saw a few ponies selling fruits and vegetables a sweets and all sort of things. But one stand caught his attention. It was a sort of broken stand...it had three mares in front of it though. So it must still be in business. He figured that everypony had their own styles for designing their stands so he didn't judge So he decided to pay the stand a little visit. It seemed busy enough to have three mares in front of it. All three of the mares he had never seen before though. They all had they very diverse cutie marks..even though there were only three of then. So since he didn't know them Care decided to speak to them. He trotted up next to all of them. [colour=#800000]"Um..is this the line?" [/colour]He gave the three mares a small smile with a few nervous chuckles.

Arc took the letter and levitated it in front of him. He scanned it over quickly to make sure it was real and then gave it a nod. He folded it up for the mare and then levitated it back to her. [colour=#daa520]"Everything seems to be in order. Thank you and welcome to Frotrox."[/colour] He smiled and pointed his hoof towards the waygate. Though what happened with the ferret made Arc want to laugh he had to keep this serious expression. Though it was really funny. He then noticed that another stallion came up and seemed to be waiting his turn. Arc looked at him and decided to ask him.[colour=#daa520] "Halt newcomer. Your letter to Frotrox?"[/colour] He raised an eyebrow in question.
