He follows it, until it starts to fly higher. He jumps, flapping his wings, but falls back to the ground. He watches the butterfly, with wings so much smaller than his, fly away, too fast and too high. 'Someday I'll fly....Someday.' Starlight goes to sit on a bench, watching a bird fly away from the top of the table as he sits down and sighs. He places his goggles over his eyes, then moves to stand on the table, spreading his wings. He takes a running start from one edge of the table, and leaps off at the end. He soars into the air, above trees and clouds, looking down over Ponyville. 'Up there in the clouds is where I want to be Flying fast, daring dives, and soaring so free Fast as the birds and high as the clouds Dashing through the sky, but seems I'm not allowed.' Starlight glances back as his wings lower to his sides and his dream world fades, leaving Starlight still standing on the table. He jumps down, and slides under the table, where the ground beneath his feet turns dark and cloudy. He looks up, and sees the stars of the night sky. 'Goggles strapped on and helmet latched tight I'd soar with the stars in the dark of the night. Nopony could stop me from living my dreams But flying up so high is far off, so it seems...' Starlight climbs out from under the table, watching the sun beginning to set. He starts to walk back home, but sees a high hillâ€â€Âan excellent place to jump off of to fly. He runs toward it, wings spread, continuing his song. 'Still I'll try and I'll practice, I'll flap and I'll grow 'til one day they'll watch as I put on a show!' He dreams once again that he is flying, having gained lift off from the hill. He dives toward a crowd of ponies that has gathered, coming dangerously close to their heads. Starlight even spots his parents in the crowd. 'Equestria! They'll all know my name! Equestria! They'll all talk of my fame! I'll be so amazing, everypony will cheer, They'll ask for my picture whenever I'm near!' Starlight's wings once again slide to his sides, as the sun sets behind his back while he walks home. He stares up at the clouds in the darkening sky. 'I'll be so much more than they could ever foresee I'll be so much more...but for now I'm just me.' He imagines Cloudsdale, with the smiling faces of his parents welcoming him home. 'And the thing I just want most of all is to be Living up in Cloudsdale with mom and daddy.' The dream fades, all of it gone. Starlight continues the trek to Spearmint's house, trying to be determined and tough. 'I'll show them all That my wings aren't too small...' His face droops toward the ground, wondering just how far off that day will be, and if it will ever come. 'But until that day, I'm still stuck on the ground Stuck way down here, just walking around.' He spreads his wings once again, finding new determination. At least he has wings. Things could be worse. And so, Starlight spreads his wings and runs home, continuing his dream of flight. 'But someday I'll be, so more much than I am. Someday I'll fly, yes I know I can!'

I think it would be neat if Starlight was singing about how someday he would fly while dreaming/imagining he was flying.

YjrQJhBPZrA So I was in the car with a friend who is not a brony, but who I am trying to convert. The chorus of this song came on, "Don't hate me 'cause I'm beautiful", and my friend says, "It's Celestia's song!" I was like "wah? Ahahaha yes!" Story behind THAT is that we were in Wal-Mart the other day, and she was showing me the lack of Rainbow Dash pony toys, because she was looking for one for me for my recent birthday. There was the big Celestia there, that, when you press the center of her Cutie Mark, she says a ton of different phrases. (I expected like 5, but I kept pushing the button and she kept saying different things!) Such as: "My wings are so pretty!" "I will light the way!" "My barrettes are so pretty!" "I love it when you brush my hair!" And, as my friend added, "I'm so full of myself!"

Let me try and explain the photo. The first two top photos is what they both may have looked like, according to the show. "It has been a thousand years since I have seen you like this." Celestia says to Luna upon Nightmare Moon being defeated, Episode 2. The next to photos are of Celestia and Nightmare Moon. While Celestia appears the same, Nightmare Moon does not look like Luna, and in fact appears a bit larger than Celestia. After that is the third set of pictures. Celestia is turned pure white with a rainbow mane and tail, rather than her white body with pinkish wings, mane, and tail. This is the form we see today. The second picture draws an arrow to the bottom, which is a fan photo. According to what we know about the changes they two sisters have undergone, this is Celestia's true form, something closer to what Luna looks like now. The thing I think this photo is trying to convey is, what exactly was the sudden change that caused Celestia to become so drastically different? It happened around the time of Nightmare Moon and the use of the Elements of Harmony, but what in all of this caused Celestia to change form, and will she someday revert back?

Maybe they would devote the club to helping other young ponies find their Cutie Marks once they got theirs.

My theory is that it was some ponies who unwittingly did it. Celestia, being one, who knew full well what was going to happen. Trixie, who has a crescent moon as part of her Cutie Mark. Twilight Sparkle, who for some reason Celestia has found favor with, and who carries the element of magic, which can be both good and evil. The last one, I am at a loss.

Well, this one time I went to this New Years party. It was totally safe and fun, since it was a ton of teens. I had volunteered to help out with it. I ended up being put in charge of handing out sodas behind a counter (Y'know, so someone didn't jack two cases and run off). I was nicknamed as the bartender. Anyway, the next day we went home for a few hours, then there were supposed to be more activities that afternoon. I ended up passing out on a couch and getting up when it was over. D: I wasn't much help the second day. But that was alright, I guess not a whole lot of people showed up after the night before.

Kind of like what happens with Astro Boy and PPG.

ShadowMist watched as Angelcake walked away, glancing over her to make sure that she was truly alright. She levitated the stack of books and placed it a bit closer to one of the shelves, so that it would hopefully be out of the way. Then she went back to work, putting away book after book. These two ponies were causing her work ethic to suffer, she grumbled to herself. But it wasn't their fault. After all, this WAS a public library, it was just that nopony in town ever seemed to treat it so. ShadowMist was always surprised that the library could get so messy in just a day. There weren't all that many books there, yet Twilight Sparkle seemed to always need something out of each and everyone of them. That was an exaggeration, but when she had first come in it looked as if half the library had been torn apart. Didn't that pony know how to clean up after herself? Although, come to think of it, the pony HAD grown up in Canterlot. There was probably somepony assigned to cleaning up the royal library. As usual, ShadowMist quickly became lost in thought as she replaced spaces between books with more books.
