In the courtyard, seven Horde prisoners of war were led out in chains. Kane walked up to them with guards at his sides. He looked at them all with bloodlust in his eyes. "You're all the lowest form of sh1t on earth. Anybody who fights alongside my wretched brother deserves to die slowly. But I'm giving you one chance to save yourselves the torment and die quickly. Tell me all you know about Silent's battle plans tomorrow." One of the horde soldiers spit at him. "We'll tell you nothing, false king!" Kane smiled sadistically. "I was hoping you'd say that." He walked over to a nearby fire and pulled a blade out that was now glowing red hot. "My king, what are you doing?" Kane looked at him with an insane look. "Something aunt Killjoy taught me." Snow was layed on a stone table in the castle as acolytes cleaned her body for burial. Ash stood there holding her daughter, the pain of losing a close friend still fresh.

Kane grit his teeth in rage. More and more of his family and friends being killed off. One of his military advisors had followed him and Kane turned to him in rage. "The captured horde soldiers...bring them to the courtyard. Now." He growled shaking.

Snow looked at Arial with a weak smile. "Arial....I never told you enough, but you're my best friend. You mean the world to me." She then looked at Ash. "It's been an honor to train you, my dear. All of you are a blessing. I'll watch over you all." She said to the remaining members. She used the last of her strength to kiss her foal in Ash's arms on the head. "I love you all....please bring peace back to this world...." She breathed a final breath, and in her last vision she saw Storm waiting for her, before her body went cold. Tears fell from Ash's eyes as she held the foal.

Kane landed soon after and stared in horror at Snow slowly dying. A tear slid from her eye as she weakly looked up. "Where...where is she?" She asked weakly. Ash slid beside her holding her little filly. "She's here, Snow. You're going to recover and you're going to hold her again." She said, trying to contain her panicking.

Shadow would find that Silent's blood tasted putrid, as if it weren't even blood. The wound bled some sort of black liquid instead of blood. Silent glared at Shadow. "I don't bleed anymore..." He lit his horn and teleported away without a trace. The demons slowly vanished as the source of their power was gone. Ash held onto Snow's body as her foal was nearby crying. "SOMEBODY BUCKING HELP ME!" She shouted as Snow breathed heavily. Kane grabbed his sword and followed Arial, even if his normal wings couldn't keep up.

Snow picked up Ash and put a hoof to her forehead, healing her wounds. Ash's eyes fluttered open as she regained consciousness. "Are you alright dear?" Snow asked. Ash nodded and got back to her feet. "Yeah, thanks." She said with a smile. But that smile suddenly turned to horror as another demon suddenly appeared behind Snow, impaling her on its claws. Ash's jaw dropped in horror at the sight. Snow spit up blood as the demons claws withdrew from her. Ash grit her teeth and killed the demon as Snow fell to the ground. Silent hit the ground and growled angrily as he fired two sharp beams of shadow that pierced through each of Shadow's wings and another that left a gash in his side.

Suddenly a giant demon appeared, blocking Ash and Snow right at the exit of the castle. They didn't have time to react before the demon blasted dark magic at Snow. Ash, having to other way to protect Snow and the foal, jumped in front of the blast taking all of it. She fell to the ground unconscious. "ASH!" Silent blasted Shadow back up towards the sky before he formed another blade and rained down strikes on Shadow.

Silent grit his teeth and produced a blade of shadow, striking Shadow hard as the two of them fell. Ash slowly got up and helped Snow to her feet. She sighed in relief when she saw the foal was alright. "Cmon, let's get you out of here."

Ash quickly took off and went to find Snow. She scoured the castle until finally she found Snow. To her horror, she was in the corner with shadow burns all over her and a gash on her head. She clutched her foal tightly, who was unharmed. Silent stood over her, his horn glowing. "Snow!" Ash called in horror as she charged Silent. Silent simply grabbed her by the throat and punched her hard in the face several times before throwing her down.

((Ok, let's chill guys. You're making this more complicated that is has to be. Silent hit Vampireece and the Elemental Order because their Kane's two biggest allies. He's not going to steam roll the Order, he's just going to screw them up a bit and, spoiler, I'm killing off a character for drama sake.))

Silent smirked as the demons that were crushed reformed into twice as many demons. Several more appeared that were as large as the dragons and spread massive wings. "Not until I've killed off this pathetic order." A demon blasted a wall in the castle. Ash was knocked to the ground by the blast and slowly got up to see the events outside. "It's him..." she said to herself when she saw Silent.

"Then we still have a chance. He's falling back to the north. If we beat him again, we have a chance to retake the Crystal Empire, and after that drive him back to the coast. We still have a long way to go." Kane said as he stood and turned to them. Outside the Elemental Castle, Silent threw his hood back and lit his horn. Several giant shadow demons formed and stood around him. They all roared a hellish roar as they charged the castle. "Kill them all." He ordered them.

"Get in line." Kane said, still looking in the distance. "He's falling back, we're going after him. His army still has massive numbers, and now that our armies are smaller it will be more difficult."

Autumn smiled and kneeled down to pick up the little colt and nuzzled him. "You're getting so big!" She said sweetly. "I know what you're thinking Shadow....and you have every right to be angry. This was my fault. I don't blame you if you want to leave." Kane said, not looking at him.

Kane sighed. "Every ounce of suffering my subjects or allies feel...I feel as well. It is a curse I bear." He looked at Arial with painful eyes. "How can I redeem the souls that were lost from Vampireece? I may kill Silent, but it won't bring them back..."

"I don't blame them for leaving....they shouldn't have been here in the first place. This isn't their war." Kane said not looking up. "I can't beat him, Arial. He finds a way at every turn."

Blood held Maple close to him and closed his eyes, sharing the great pain with the others. Kane soon learned about Vampireece's attack, and went out in his balcony alone and buried his head in his hands. He felt immense guilt for the tragedy and for getting them involved.

Blood felt his heart begin to hurt. "It's....it's gone. They burned it down." He said in shock and horror.

Blood grit his teeth. "Silent must have found a way into the city and launched a surprise attack. He wants us out of the picture so he can get to Kane." A large wolf appeared behind Echo and swiped her with its claws, knocking her to the ground with large gashes in her face.

Silent smirked as he lit his horn. "Now....to deal with those Elemental Unicorns." He said as he vanished. Blood fell to his knees and held his head as it began to throb. He looked to his brother. "Shadow....Vampireece....."

((alright, from the top)) Deep in the forest surrounding Vampireece, Silent stood with Lykos and a horde of werewolves. He lit his horn and moving a massive rock revealing a cave. "This tunnel leads into the city. Go, crush them."

((Hypothetically speaking, if Silent did conquer Equestria, he attack other nations soon after. Like Kane said at the beginning, "if Canterlot falls, Vampireece will be next." But Vampireece doesn't have to get completely steam rolled, just bad enough to where it affects the bat pony army.))
