Well, it's a bit sad that we now live in a society where caring is, more often than not, considered as flirting. Of course I weren't there and thus I can't tell what intention the boy had since with what attitude people say things often means more than what they actually say.

I'm just saying that it's possible that he actually cared for you and I, as a generally pretty shy but caring person, would have been very offended and sad if found my kindness stamped as a poor attempt to flirt.

Again, i weren't there and can't tell. If he really were just there for the sake of being flirty and if it was obvious that he didn't care about you, then e lyou did the right thing. You should never accept being viewed upon as an object.

This is just an idea, but what if in each episode that centers mainly around the one of the main six at the end that pony is given a gift after all, we have already seen a rarity, RD, and a pinkie pie episode and they all get a gift at the end
