That's not something you can really request out of the blue? Just cease to use it.

Canterlot admins don't delete accounts unless they are duplicates. If you feel that you want to leave the site, no one is forcing you to stay.

what i think is they sould add one so you can find all your friends in one place and the last thing they did before they log off

We used to have one but something something servers. Also used to have a cool in-forum 1v1 chat system sort of like facebook.
