This was her first day of school and her first day that she would neither be acompanied by either Luna or her adopted mother Twilight. The girl looked at herself in the mirror, her soft blue eyes stared back at her, her long pruple hair flowed down her back, she wore a black long sleeved sweater, the sweater covered her wings so others wouldn't see. Her legs were covered by slightly baggy black jeans and she wore simple black sneakers with purple laces. Her purple tail flowed softly from behind her and she sighed, leaning down and wrapping her blue scarf around her head, just abover her horn. Her jet black fur was clean and neat and she sighed, "Guess now or never" she said as she walked out and smiled to them, "ok we can go now."Twilight smiled and hugged the mare, "Nyx you look so lovely today!" she said warmly as the mare embraced back, "Thank you mom," she said, "I wouldn't be here today if not for you" she said warmly then felt a hand on her shoulder and they let go as Luna spoke up. She smiled warmly, "And remember Nyx, if there is any trouble because they find out who you are just hollar, I'll have a few of my guards around to help you" she said as Nyx hugged her, "Oh thank you Luna, it means so much that even you care about me!" She slwoly let go, "Now we should go!"[For those of you who don't know, Nyx is the fandom idea of a reincarnated Nightmare Moon, seperate from Luna, and is given a second chance. Twilight takes her in as her little sister/ daughter, and through this compassion the hate and anger that once resided in Nightmare Moon is generally gone. But someponies still hold a grude, therefore she made the name Nyx and hides as a Unicorn. The mare lets out a small laugh, she walks over and draws the curtains, letting sunlight into the room. The small lump dosent move. She walks over and gently rocks the small lump saying: "Cloud, Get up love" To which the lump reply's "5 More minutes.." Cloud's mother slowly takes the covers off of her. "Now your going to be late, I dont want a repeat of last year when you got behind in your school work. Were going to stay ontop of it this year! Now, Up up.. Breakfast is downstairs, Ive got to go." The Mare kisses her on the forehead then leaves out the door. Cloud sits up, stretching and yawning. Looking over at the clock, It was only 6am. She groaned as she steps out of the bed. Posters line her wall's of various bands and Video game Franchises. Out into the hall, she walks into the bathroom and starts brushing her teeth "This is going to be fuuunnnn" She thinks to herself in a monotone thought. She finishes and puts down the brush, stepping back into her room. She gets dressed, the most noticeable part of her attire is a pair of orange cargo pants.After eating, She puts on a beenie and walks out the door with a backpack in hand. She had a bus to catch..Already up, AngelSnapp was standing at the bus stop in Canterlot. Living in Cloudsdale, You had to fly to Canterlot then catch a bus to the school. He didnt mind, He liked to fly in the morning. When it was cool and it gave him time to think. Another Pegasus lands next to him, Wearing a very bright pair of cargo pants. She had ear-buds in and was listening to some sort of Hip-Hop or rap.. He shrug's and leans agenst the bust stop sign. The Bus pulls up and the two get on, A few students had already gotten on but there was still plenty of seats left. Angel takes a seat near the front while the other Pegesus (Cloud) sits near the back. The sighes and leans back into his seat. "First day is always the hardest.." He moans to himself. As the bus pulls up Twilight gives Nyx one last hug as she stepped onto the bus, "bye see you later," she said warmly as she takes a seat up front, alone. He wore camo shorts and a Lamb of God t-shirt and an In Flames beanie over his black and white hair, his ears sticking out of the top. He adjusted the strap on his backpack to make it more comfortable on his closed wings. "Phew....made it." Rise said to himself, approaching the door of the bus. She put on her baking gloves removing the freshly made cinnamon rolls from the oven. "Oh my someone's been up for awhile." Her mother said walking into the filled kitchen. "It's only been an hour. Figured I'd make us a full meal before I left out." She replied while fixing her mother's plate. "You want a couple of cinnamon rolls? I'm going to take the rest for lunch" She said putting the dirty dishes in the washer. She shoke her head no, "Your not going to eat all of those by yourself are you?" her mother questioned. She shrugged, "Don't know. It all depends on how well today goes." She placed the cinnamon rolls into a container and placed them in her backpack. She removed her apron showing her dark blue and black pants. She grabbed the backpack slinging it over her shoulder. "Have a nice day at school." "Ok mom Love you." "Love you too honey." She stepped out the door into the cool morning air.Bookworm counted herself lucky that she lived close enough to the school to walk. She always enjoyed them. She stares out the window at the cold morning sky, The sun barley started to come up. She looks forward to see a mare take a seat in the front, Fallowed by a Stallion who had just entered. She turns her attention back to the window looking at the sun coming over the mountains, Her face rested in her hand. A backback with empty binders and notebooks bought by her mother sat at her hooves. The sence was fitting to the song, She recalled it as "Survivor" By a pony named MnM or something. She shrugs hopefully today would just hurry and go by.AngelSnapp did the same, Staring pensively out the window. Sure, he was excited for the school year. But the classes he had were less then exciting. The usual required classes were usually the most boring. But he look forward the most to the Photography class he signed up for. Of course, he was listening to metal, and grabbed two unsharpened pencils and began to play fast paced air drums with them. After exiting the bus she walks slowly into the building to locate her locker. She didnt need half the stuff in the bag for homeroom. Not to mention homeroom was the most useless class in her opinion. She finds her locker and stuffs the un needed binders and notebooks into it and continues on her way, exploring the school. She had time to kill before class even started. She sighed, There was no point. She mindlessly starts to shuffle toward her homeroom class. Angel hops off the bus with his bag in toe. He starts toward the building, there was still time left before school started. He sighed and decides to try to find a vending machine with coffee in it. Though he doughted there was one on campus. And if there was, it would be empty by now. He steps into the main entrance. Pony's have gathered there talking to friends, Probably from other school's and previous students. She was scared honestly, what if they didn't like, what if they picked on her, what id she was beat up? He walked through the door to find only a few people inside. He sat down near one girl who was looking out the window. A girl was looking out the window at the back of the class and a stallion sat next to her. She lets out a small sigh and steps into the room. She looks for a seat near the back so she can listen to her music without the teacher noticing. She takes a seat 2 desks over from the stallion so a desk separated them. She leans back into the seat and mutters the lyrics to the song to herself. "This.. Is... Survival of the fittest, This... Is... Do or die.." Tapping her Hoof to the beat. Angel walks into the class and takes a seat near the front. He puts his face into his hand and looks around the room. It was pretty bland, Like a normal classroom. She just wanted to get through the day. Hopefully no one would bug her, But she supposed she was stuck with these pony's for the rest of the year. If they wanted to talk they could, But she wasent going to start any conversations.Angel watched as the students came into the class. Most of them looked like zombies witch made him smile slightly, It was funny how the morning affected everyone. He wouldn't mind making a few new friends, Being new to town and all was a little.. She sigehd, "last time ended so well.." she said sarcastically, "At least the guard is ok now" she closed her eyes and sighed, laying her head, face down, on the desk.
