Where he comes from isn't important. His backstory is more or less the goofy plot of a bad 80s cartoon. His parents? ARE DEEEEAAAAAD. He has a cannon welded to his side, he's a cyborg, and he has three incredible horns that do whatever. He's angry at everything forever, all he feels is a variety of anger-related emotions, and he explodes the heck out of evil and demons wherever they may lurk.PLUS EXPLOOOSIIIOOOOONS!
