(hopefully) Quick question on clothing

So, short version, i want to cosplay as one of the Flim Flam brothers... but i wouldn't know what to look for as far as their attire is concerned... what is their hat called? I've seen that style of clothing before with other 'salesmen' in shows, does it have a specific name? What sort of pants usually fit with the shirts? Etc...

I was thinking of the music man, but i couldnt recall a scene where he wore a similar outfit, so i wasnt sure...

Okay, so basically it's similar to the shirts a barbershop quartet would wear, and the hat is called a boater hat... no clothes in blue, although found a blue boater hat, so that's a start...
