I use everypony and anypony all the time, but only in relation to pony forums and groups. Outside of the pony scene, I speak normally.

There aren't any rules written or unspoken about using pony terms her. The swear filter used to automate swear words to pony terms. We don't have it in use anymore, but most people censor themselves. And if they don't, one of the staff may come along and edit the word, in the spirit of keeping things family friendly and all ages appropriate.

Also, if you make a new topic about something, I'll likely just throw in a link to the old topic and close the new one up, to be purged later. Happens often.
