Gentle not liking to fight stepped in and used his sunny disposition and cute charm to negotiate a peaceful solution earning his mark. each part of his mark represents a part of him the sun represents his attitude and sunny disposition and his name. the rose represents his pull with females while he is good at conviceing most anypony his nice personality and cute looks gives him extra help with mares and filly's at times being a typical colt this is not always so welcome. the olive branch represents his striving for peace always.Flaws:is prone to being very naive and foolish at times.Personality: he has a naturally good attitude and a hatred for violence combined with a chivalrous upbringing from his old world grandma he is the definition of a gentlecolt. unfortunely this tends to make fillys develop crushes on him when all he wants is to be friends that said this is not unwelcome to him its just he still has very little experience with filly's the only real expirences with females being his grandmother Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I would like to see a bit more about them though before stamping this application. Other than their cutie mark story there is little said about the character himself. For example, we know he is motivated to find peaceful solutions. Does he see any sort of future profession he may want to get into with that, such as diplomacy or negotiations, or perhaps another field? Given his disposition and his "pull with females", is he a charmer at all, a Don Juan type of pony? It may be a good angle to play on in an teen sort of way, with his naivety getting in the way giving mixed results. Another or additional angle is that he could naively tries to be a hero, even when its inappropriate. Perhaps he is a bit too old fashioned at him since he wants to be such a chivalrous colt? All of these ideas have potential hilarity. Any other motivations or enjoyments does he have in life? What about other hobbies and desires? This may also help define him some more.How is his relationship with his parents given they are almost never around? Does he resent this, understand the reasons why, feel they are frivolous? How does it impact how he views family and relationships?I just feel the essential frame is there for him to start from, he just needs to be filled out some more so he can be a truly rounded multidimensional character that would be fun to play. sevofthesands Posted May 10, 2012 Author Report Share Posted May 10, 2012 answering questions here 1, currently has no aspirations to be anything he just has a strong distaste for fighting but give him time hes young2. he is kind of an don Juan he does not try to be. he just try's to make friends and it ends up that way with funny results as he still does not know what to think of females his only experience being his grandma and all3 he has ok relationship with his parents they do see each other but its more like relatives you see every so often. your nice to each other at family functions and love them like any other relative but you don't know that much about them Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
