He wears his mane at about a medium length and his tail a little messy.Physique: A little thin, but tall.Cutie Mark: ViolinOrigin/Residence: ManehattenOccupation: He works as a Steam Engineer, but moonlights as DJ every chance he gets.Motivation: What keeps him going more than anything is music. He loves playing music weather people listen or not.Likes: Music, though favoring dubstep, techno, and rock, he enjoys all forms of music, and he loves mixing in his own style into it all.Dislikes: Nothing gets under his skin more than somepony purposely bad mouthing music. Weather it's his or someone else'sCharacter Summary:History/Cutie Mark Story: He was born in Manehatten, where his parents forced him to learn to play classical music on the violin. He hated it. It was so dreary to him, he wanted something with life behind it, something more. But his parents wouldn't let him quit, day after day he had to practice, he do things to get out of it though, like snap his strings on purpose, break his bow, even tried throwing his violin under a carrage once. None of it stopped him from having to practice. This went on for awhile until one day at a school dance some crazy pony, tricked the teachers and hi-jacked the turntable, she mixed a beat like he'd never heard before. It sent his heart beating, and put a fire in his soul. He wanted that, but all he knew how to play was the violin, then he had a thought, why can't the violin make a sound like that. It took him a couple of months of doing oddball jobs and saving his allowance but he finally managed to get himself a magic violin (electric violin powered by magic) and a small simple turntable, and at the next dance he tricked the teacher into leaving and unleashed his own mix of rock violin and dubstep. From that night he got his cutie mark. He continued practicing the violin, yea, but now he was doing it his way, and boy did his parents not like it. Over the years he picked up classical again off and on finding that it was enjoyable so long as it wasn't being forced down his throat and had his own custom violin built, one that better suited what he liked to play(see violin description below). He traveled around Equastria a little, but it was just a short road trip, and he returned to Manehatten.Personality: He's a kind-hearted pony glad to help out and play them a song for anypony. Though if you talk bad about anyponies music, he'll be the first one to come straight up and yell at you, then he'll go and help the pony playing out the best he can. That being said, he tends to be a compulsive flirt, this has gotten him into some bad situations, and some good ones, but not many.Parents: His parents loved him, though they put him through those horrible classical violin lessons, they believed though that putting some "culture" into him would be good. They really did want the best for him though. His mother was a Librarian and his father was a member of the local orchestra and made a living doing that.Dream's Violin: Dream's violin is a special one, it's a horned violin (http://en.wikipedia....ki/Stroh_violin) that, rather than amplifying the sound, allows the user to change the sound of the violin to something more techno, wubs, or just leave it at the normal sound of a violin, or mix them together.
