  1. Once everything was in its proper alignment, things put to rest, the Princess had taken to waning out her worry in the corridors and took the time to think over what had happened in the last couple of days. She had nearly lost her sister again. She never, ever wanted that to happen again. Even if it killed the old mare, she never wanted it to happen. Passing several old paintings of their youth, she reminisced fondly on those inseperable days and took the time to straighten them with her magic if any were even slightly crooked off to the side. They deserved more respect than that. And looking at the portrature of one inparticular, it made Celestia's old heart weep slightly in the loss for those comfortable days. The lack of akwardness. And the lack of fear she had. But things were better now. Making her way down the corridor, her ears flicked slightly at something. Was that a voice? Focusing on it she realised it was the peryton himself, he was up and about with his leg? She was quite suprised by this...but...he didn't sound all that low in spirits. Infact by the sound of things he was telling that embarassing story about herself when she'd eaten all that apple sap, she supressed her laughter well enough, but couldn't contain her blush as she brushed some of her long flowing mane out the way of her face and furthered herself down the hall to intercept them. When she found the pair, she offered them both a small, if concerned smile whilst looking over them to make sure they were all in one piece. "As I recall," She started. "I got rather sick that day." Letting out a soft chuckle, she smiled to the pair gently, briefly straightening out her wings and placing them by her sides so they were more comfortable as she eye'd her sister with a great fondness. She looked so content. "How are you both feeling? Well I should hope?"
  2. Ooooooo interesting. What about something like Candy Floss? Or Candy Cotton due with her hair color?
  3. Staring off into the orchard, he waited till he was spoken too once more before reluctantly dragging his hooves to join the filly at the base of the elder tree, silently marvelling at the size of it compared to him and yet still retaining that sharp and sour look to his face. Ears plastered back against his skull in irritation as he heard out the others words. Buck a tree? He had to peer at her a moment or two. Small memories of youthful tantrums played out in his head as soon as his father had mentioned the notion of moving here, breaking shelves with his back hooves and ending up with that stinging stream of tears pinching at the flesh of his cheeks and making his eyes red raw by the end of it. But he had strength there. It's how he got his cutie mark after all. Taking a moment to eye said mark up, he felt a small, weak sliver of pride slowly wriggle around in his chest before it grew amazingly so, blotting out the old memories like black clouds in a clear sky as he held up his head to look the other in the eye. A cocksure smile slowly coming to his face. Especially at the last question. He could've gone giddy as the ego took the reins and he turned so his back hooves faced the base of the stupid tree, tail twitching away as he boasted rather freely. "Am I good at sports? Pfah! Lady, I aint just called Champ 'cause it sounds awesome, it's cause my parents -knew- I'd be awesome." Yes, his parents did. His mom especially. The tension welling up in his legs, he was just about ready to kick it when---...THEY turned up. Blinking first at Sweetie Belle's appearance, he had to gawk a little, frozen in place like a frightened fawn before the orange little wizze Scootaloo came crashing into the scene and he shook his head. Eyes narrowed from the wide saucer plates they were as a tiny, ignorant snort blew out from his nostrils like a cornered bull, lips pulled in an irritated sneer as a groan escaped him. "Ah no, not you GIRLS again!" His anger, however, would have to wait as it seemed. Glancing up at the blonde haired, good natured filly going on about something with the barn and yadda yadda, blah blah. When he was told what he had to show there was another, small snort that escaped that little muzzle and soon his back hooves smacked into the base of the tree with a resoundingly loud mule kick. The branches trembled and soon the apples fell, granted, not as much as AJ had managed to dishevel from their home tree, but deffinately enough for a colt his size should have been able to bring down. Give a couple more. And he rose his head with enough pride to fell a peacock.
  4. As the world faded from the pair of them, Celestia could only cradle the pair in her large, broad wings as the worry eminated from her. Glancing to her guards she let out a weak sigh. "Get them both to the castle...let them a room..." A day would pass...but her sister was safe. ((Derp, such a BAD post >~~< ))
  5. Everything seemed very calm today, after moving a portion of clouds set for this evening's light rain shower she was set for a nice and long nap before anything like that would go on. Well, she was until there was a sound of something she should all to readily be acustomed to by now. The sound of crashing and strings of nonsensical words. With a faint grumble she glanced down from mid flight, peering at the crowd bellow near the tree before she perked a brow ever so slightly as her keen eyesight caught out two familiar pegasi. She should've known from the get-go that Derpy was down there, but why was Bolt there? And who was the read headed stallion? In a moment, she tucked her wings to her side and bombed it down for the ground, front hooves brought together to increase her speed and waiting, waiting till the very last second till her wings opened up in the denser air and she swooped. Causing a gust to follow her actions and dishevel some nearby bushes as she landed by the group and peered at them all expectantly. Glancing over Derpy, she eye'd the grey pegasi over and then the tree, noticing it slightly askew before she raised a hoof to her forehead. Containing the frustration before she snapped her eyes to Bolt and the red headed stallion. "Ugh, do I even have to ASK what happened here?" Briefly looking to the bubble headed blonde, the multicolored mare arched a brow at Bolt once more. "Did she fly into a tree AGAIN?"
  6. Rainbow Dash has been called Dashie before.
  7. Ooooo I love that SOmuch! That was really creative, Tales! Can't wait to see what everyone else comes up with <3
  8. Well, she hadn't expected the song. In her wildest thoughts, she'd never thought someone would be so confident and so bubbly as to start singing in public and Bluebelle had to stare slightly in growing awe. Her walking turning to merry skips that faltered a little with her clumsiness, but she quickly caught herself with a slightly nervous chortle to escape her lips as she watched the other ponies revel in the singing. Even the strange monologuing pony who was talking about....Gibberkins? She wondered what in Equestria they were. They sounded like vile little creatures. When Pinkie was done with her song, the mule excitedly pounded the ground with her hooves in an appraising round of applause and well deserved too by her standards! "Oh Pinkie dahlin', that was magnificent! You have a lovely singin' voice!" She chimed in that southern drawl, smile bright as she followed after her cousin to the cafe. Oh it looked so quaint! Nothing like the buildings in Canterlot and watching her cousin find a table, she smiled to the other ponies and sat herself down on an opposite hay bail, glancing to the gentleman Rook aswell as she decided to answer both their questions. Taking a dainty napkin from her saddle bag and wiping her hooves befpre placing them on the table. "Well, mah momma always fussed 'bout me movin' outta Can'erlot, on account of she didn' exactly want ponies to know we were related." Smiling in faint embarassment she quickly perked up. "But Ah was readin' the papers a few months ago an' Ah found a beautiful plot of land for sale in Appleloosa, oh it looks so lovely! An' jus' wait, 'cause Ahm gonna be growin' all mah beautiful flowers there when Ah get there in the next few days! All mah bluebell's, an' begonia's an' tulips so sweet y'all 'll wanna spread 'em on a fresh slice of toast!" By this point, that tasseled tail of hers was waggling away as she beamed happily. "Ah jus' can't wait! Ahm so excited to get there!"
  9. Maybe all of us could do a compilation? Put in our lyrics (if we can think up any) and see if we can mix any or choose the one we like the best!
  10. Ooooo that sounds great! I like both of these ideas!
  11. Awww I can totally see that happen.
  12. I quite like that idea, he'd need something to spurr him into singing, he isn't quite the confident little thing.
  13. Alright, I have been brainstorming a lot of ideas for Starlight, this little fella up here. For those who don't know him, he cannot walk properly on clouds because he was born prematurely. Owing to his size. And thus his wings aren't fully mature, but will eventually work with the proper spark. Because of this, his parents left him in the care of his 'aunt', Spearmint the dentist until he could learn to fly and so he wouldn't have any hazardous accidents in Cloudsdale. So he is dedicated to learning to fly, which he believes won't only earn him a place by his parent's sides, but also his cutiemark. I'm here to discuss that spark. Unknownst to Starlight he has a very powerful little singing voice which I would like to eventually be the spark to spurr him into atleast managing to hover. If anyone has any suggestions, or any pony's that would like to help be apart, I'd love to hear any contribution! <3
  14. From the first brush, to the first floss. She could tell today was going to be an excellent day and the minty coloured unicorn just couldn't help smiling to her heart's content as she saw off her nephew to school before making her way down the busy streets. Everypony was setting up shop for the day. The fruit sellers spraying their wares with cool water to keep them crisp, the warm and inviting smell of baked goods wafting on the settling morning air as the sun breeched over ponyville and lay it in a warm, golden glow as the day got started. Everything seemed perfect today. And that's what made her so giddy. Greeted by a pink haired neighbour, she smiled that always pearlescent set of chompers to the chuckling pegasus as she watered the windowledge flowerbed. "Morning, Spearmint." The mare said settling the watering can down. "Good morning, Tea Cozy!" "You look in very high spirits today, new toothpaste get delivered?" Both mares chuckled slightly at this. "Honestly, Tea, who in their right mind couldn't be happy on a day like this?" Glancing over the pegasus with a small smile she tilted her head at that swollen baby bump before she noticed the time on the clock inside the other pony's house, starting herself away with a smile. "Look I gotta go set up shop, I'll pop around later for some tea!" "Alright, I'll see you then, have a nice day!" "I will!" Happily avoiding a few mud puddles with some well arced skipping, she made her way to her perfect place. Her sanctuary. Her little slice of heaven. The building stood at one story and had window ledge flower gardens of bright blue residents blooming in the morning sun, the tooth shaped wooden sign that hung over the doorway saying proudly - 'PEARLY WHITE DENTIST SURGERY' and with a soft, dreamy sigh escaping her muzzle she unlocked the front door. Opening it up, the smell of floor cleaner and mouth rinse ringing on the air and it just made the fur on her neck stand on end. That wonderful clean smell. A soft flash from her horn and the curtains opened up, filling the reception area with light as the ropes of the silken sheets tied themselves up to stop the curtains moving and the unicorn made her way to the desk. Her time sheet already set out for her this morning. Today's patients and appointments for the day, secretly hoping that atleast one name on the clipboard of names would turn up today as the sheet followed her whilst she continued to prepare her surgery for hopefully a busy day of work.
  15. Rainbow watched the other curiously, crossing her hooves and smirking slightly as she was recognised. Ah yes, her sonic rainboom. Her cout de grace. She was amazingly proud of that one, her other moves were impressive too, but that bright flash of light not only aided her saving her friend, it got her the award and the chance to actually spend a day with the Wonderbolts! The memories made her beam with a slightly giddy grin before her attention was returned to Strawberry. And she had to admit, she was impressed by the filly. Three days for herself were a trifle ofcourse, she'd practiced her speed for years and doing three days would've been no trouble for someone as awesome as she was. But you never could've told from looking at this one. "Three days, huh? Impressive, you must have atleast a decent ammount of speed to you if y'can manage that!" Returning to the candy topic, she rested her hooves behind her head, letting her wings flap away and beat the air like cookie mix as she lazed in it. She had no doubt in her mind who would be frequenting THAT kind of shop as she watched the other and wondered silently who her sister might be, if she knew her and the like. "So who's your sis, if you mind me askin'?"
  16. What a fascinating character, you've put a lot of detail into this. Maybe a bit more of his personality and such? I can deffinately see this working though.
  17. Watching the pegasus as she explained herself, Dash arched a brow ever so slightly over narrowed eyes. New in town? Probably explained why she'd never seen her before. At the outstretched hoof she waited till the orange filly was done and couldn't help but find a smirk slowly etch out over her features as she spoke. In an informal manner, she clopped her hoof to the other's in a bump motion before taking a backwards loop from the other. "Every town in Equestria, huh? I'm impressed! Allow me to introduce myself, maybe you've heard of me?" Grinning the pegasus zoomed into the air like a shot, gathering up a few clouds as the colours of her tail trailed behind her like a chromatic ribbon, colours shimmering in the light as she rounded up the puff balls before taking herself a good meter away from them. In a burst of speed she exploded through them, the light bouncing through the droplets of water that splattered from the clouds and allowing a rainbow to arc over her head as she floated there proudly. "I am RAINBOW DASH! Winner of this year's Best Young Flyer's award in Cloudsdale and probably the fastest pegasus this side of Equestria!" Boastful as ever, she grinned towards the pegasus with bright, hope in her eyes praying that she was atleast heard of in other parts of the world.
  18. Watching the sadness and desperation in her sister's eyes, Celestia lowered herself to look over the peryton and the worry twisted in her chest. They looked superficial, enough to bleed but not deep enough to hit an artery...still if he kept bleeding out... Turning her head to one of the guard, the pony instantly straightened up under the gaze of his princess and she expected no less in times such as this, one wing moving to delicately rest on the cervine like creature's wound to stem the bleeding, she spoke direct and authoratatively. "Guard, fetch me the vial I keep on the chariot of Philomena's tears, with speed." And like that, the guard set off with another to make sure he would come back safe. The rest of the guard filling out the gap the two had left in the circle in order to protect the princesses and their friend at all cost. Once done, Celestia glanced back at Skye and Luna. Had they both kept each other safe? Had they met sometime in the night? Creasing her brow, such thoughts quickly evacuated, watching her white wing stain pink as she kept it there to ease the bleeding of the unconcious blue winged stag before her eyes turned to her sister. The real relief now showing as a slight shine came to her eyes. So relieved to see her alright, to see her in one piece. "I promise you, Luna, he is going to be just fine."
  19. Watching on with a faint blink, the Princess had to arch a brow in slight confusion and watching as her guard's simply grew in their irritation as the pair turned their back on Celestia and their was a snort that ran through them. About to approach them, they were cut off as the Princess stepped forward and gently dismissed them to staying atleast a few feet behind her. A few delicate hoof steps and she glanced over the pair with a curious crease in her brow, she thought she understood everything what was told to her, but it didn't sound that good to her. Lowering her head slightly she looked to the brown pony and smiled patiently. "Perhaps you could expand on what you've told us, as your griffin friend said," Nodding softly towards Irontooth she offered a polite smile and glanced back towards the brown stallion. "If they're not spider webs, then what could they possibly-" The collision caught her offguard, blinking as her sister tripped herself over the intruder and she moved over with a sense of urgency. Tentatively nuzzling her sister's cheek in concern as she looked over the dark blue filly. "Luna, dear, are you alright?"
  20. Finding further comfort as the sleep tried to retake hold of her eyes, the multicoloured head of the pegasi snuggled further into the softness of the cloud with a contented sigh. Sure she may have jostled herself awake, but a good further relaxation into the puffy sky pillow was slowly helping her drift off back to sleep and to her happy dreams. Well...'least she thought that. All at once something zoomed through the cloud past her side, her soft bedding dispersing under her and causing the filly to shoot awake as gravity seemed to pull her down with a loud yelp before her wings snapped open. Catching her before she met the ground and swooping up to watch her assailant with a slight gawk. Who the hay was that!? She'd never seen her before! Whoever she was, it was enough to cause the rainbow maned filly to narrow her eyes as she zoomed up to the other. Still lagged a little by sleep, but she was quickly beggining to wake up as she peered at the other pegasi. "What the hay is wrong with you, huh!? I could'a busted my neck!" She brayed irritantly, staring down the orange coloured femme as her wings beat at her sides.
  21. Blinking at the two contrasting words of the adults, his head tilted and he moved to sit himself further down Taxi's back to look to Fluttershy. Rolling a hoof almost in guilt, it may have been spirited but...it was still wrong, he admitted that and with a small look up to the mare he nodded. He wanted to go back to see Aven, but maybe going with an adult was less hazardous to his health. As they stopped off at the building, the newness of it brought the little foal to cling ever so slightly to the pale yellow mare's side like a magnet to metal and peered at all the different aspects of the garage. The carts. The boxes. The tools. His ears fluttered under his leather helmet till a scooter was wheeled out. It was beautiful. Glancing up to the pink maned pegasi tentatively, he stepped closer to the scooter as it wheeled forward and he tentatively placed a hoof against the chipped paint. Rearranging his helmet he smiled reassuringly towards Fluttershy and placed himself on the scooter, forehooves outstretched to the handlebars which were a little too tall for him. But he got hold of them eventually, now....what did he do> Glancing at the floor he furrowed his brow in confusion. "W-What do I do now?" He asked, looking to the pair.
