Lightning Bliss is indeed a great reviewer and very nice to others. This piece wasn't bad to draw as I first thought (I had trouble drawing rainbow ponies before like Rainbow Dash). 

I try to seperate every single detail of my art to as many layers as possible, it's quite tedious to keep track of your layers unless you're experienced. Vectors front, base colors below, and then shading/shining above the color or vector layers.

Is this something you'd do as well?

Undertail? The title sounds sort of familiar, though I'm not sure (No, I do not mean Undertale, I mean UnderTAIL).

Wasn't there already a comic with that sort of name? Or is this like some sort of remake of that comic?

The right arm's elbow should not be under Anton's hand nor visible; It is very long and freakish, as if outstretched. As for the left arm, the lower arm's length should be a little shorter.

Everything else is really fine.
