1. [OOC: I need to at least attempt crossing the bridge, since I'm leaving home today and won't be able to post that much. Perhaps one more post in about 6-7 hours and that would be it.] Star stood in amazement, blinking her eyes like a madpony. The fact her guilt was simply washed away like that was somewhat incomprehensible to her. She was stripped out of her pride, and wasn't entirely sure what to do about it. Should she be angry? Or happy? The denial of righteous judgment was a somewhat new idea for her. Back in Canterlot, every singly pony would look down upon you if you'd make such a horrible mistake, but here in the woods things went completely dizzy. Mare was faintly aware of voices around her, some probably repeating her that she didn't do anything wrong, but she kept staring in a distant point with vacant eyesight, completely humiliated. Least in her own perception. The situation put her off her stride so much, that she barely noticed everypony leaving. Being left behind with a belittled group of coordinators, she threw an apologizing stare at few of them. She couldn't help noticing that least one or two weren't entirely happy about the situation she provoked. Feeling a bit uneasy around them, Star simply turned away and followed the group. "It really isn't your fault if you got lost; not in this fog." - the Unicorn's words loomed over her like a curse. "He'd be right about it, if not the fact that the fog at that height wasn't too dense yet as I ran..." - of course, Star noticed the mists gathering up around the woods from the ledge, but that was much lower part of the terrain. It was normal... The feeling of mental exhaustion was becoming excruciating. She had to experience the consequences of her deed, but that didn't mean she should suffer in pain. Right before leaving one of the medics offered her a quick examination, and she gladly accepted it. Apart of the condition of her mind and some general, physical tiredness, everything else was fine and bearable. Moreover, the fact that leaves were falling again worked miracles with her mood. Even though the events from near past lingered in her mind, she had a wild smile of joy on her face. It was somewhat true that her mood swings drove some ponies crazy... As the group slowed down after a brief delay, Star followed her curiosity and ran past the few who remained behind to see what's the cause of the delay. As she saw a bridge over the gap, a bridge which condition was most questionable, a bridge that nopony would usually dare to enter, a bridge which should NEVER be called a bridge, Star couldn't help her laughter. "Psh... Hahaha! That's most be some kind of joke!" - she ran towards it ignoring everypony she passed and approached the edge, risking a gaze at the bottom of the gap. She noticed the Pegasus teams waiting below, what made her grow in anger and irritation. "CAN'T YOU JUST DESIGN A TRACK WHICH DOESN'T CONTAIN FLOODING RIVERS OR *THOSE* BRIDGES!?" - she exclaimed towards them, failing to spot that Hoss had already entered the insecure bridge, and quickly turned around. Noticing the runners again, she froze with her hoof mid-air. A second of awkwardness have passed before she shrugged and announced with an innocent voice: "What? I had to let go of my emotions..." - that was partially true. Those gathered up in her for too long already... Still, the ridiculousness of this situation was clearly visible. Star took a look at the bridge again. The mahogany Pegasus was already trying his luck. That made pick her mind. "Least we don't have to pay the toll to cross it..." - she threw at the group and moved towards it. In light of events of past day, she considered herself a veteran already. Besides, they had to make it through to the other side and it didn't seem like there was any other way around. She stopped in front of the entry, gulping. "Well... let's tempt my fate once more, it seems to hate me so much today." - she raised her eyes upon the sky and frowned in determination - "I won't give you satisfaction of seeing me give up." With her final stand about the situation, she trotted forward. "Let's see which one of us will be laughing at the end of the day."
2. "It's okay, it's okay... You're not moving but Equestria is, Star. Nothing to worry about, perfectly normal." - Star clung to the Pegasus really tight, although she tried to take care and don't strangle him by accident. She couldn't believe Pegasi do it on a regular daily basis. Maybe it was an issue of getting used to flying? Well, she had no clue. Right now she was kind of grateful she was born an Unicorn. "It's okay Miss Star. Just look ahead to the cliff. we'll be there in moments..." Look? Did he really mentioned "looking"? She must have misheard him. Yes, that's it, a simple misunderstanding. Opening eyes in this moment would lead to inexplicable and probably never unsolved mystery of Pegasi cliff crash caused by lack of oxygen. Still, she risked throwing a quick glance. Even though they weren't on great heights, she closed her eyes again lightning-fast. Thankfully the flight did take shorter than she initially anticipated. "Well, better late than never..." - the sentence accompanied the landing. Star risked opening her eyes and throwing a quick gaze at the environment. Was he referring to the speed with which they've made it to the top? If he allowed himself to speed up, she'd surely... well, something would happen to him after landing. Being at the forest's edge again, Star noticed that her little accident managed to gather actually quite vast amount of ponies. Some of them clearly were from the coordination crew. She was just about to succumb to her guilt again, when Hoss spoke once more, breaking her free of worries. "I'm guessing that was your first flight? You did better than most land ponies at staying calm for that. Good Job!" - Risi regained her senses and answered with a confused stare. It took her about a second or two to realize she's still holding to him, even though they've landed already. Mare let out a nervous giggle and immediately released her grasp. She carefully made it back to ground level, stepping as if she didn't believe she had the soil under her hooves. The idea of falling lingered in her mind for a moment yet until she was standing firmly on the edge of cliff. She raised her head at Hoss, sending forth a friendly smile: "Thank you. Glad to be out of there..." - she was just awaiting him to turn away, so that she could praise Celestia and hug the Equestrian soil. She now had some idea of how strong Earth Ponies bond with Equestrian terrain is. "Sweet Celestia, first and the last time! Unicorns are not aerial creatures..." Mare dusted herself off, feeling how her muscles protested against most of her movements. If only she could juice herself up a bit. As soon as Hoss turned towards the group around the purple Pegasus, Risi's ears lied down along her head. She covered slightly, while her face expressed guilt, shame and regret. At first she tried to hide behind her savior, but it was a foalish and immature behavior. Besides, she'd have to magically shrink herself in order for this plan to be carried out successfully. "Just a second..." - Star excused the mahogany Pegasus and directed her steps towards the purple mare. She cast her eyes down, leading them around unsure what to stick her sight into. "It's... It's..." - she felt emotions pressurizing her in sudden wave. "It's all my fault. I partake in the event for the first time, I don't know the nearby terrains. I just run in forward, must have taken wrong turn. And then I've ended up there by accident... And then you came... And then I ... uh..." - she couldn't even formulate her story. Risi straightened up, staring at the group awaiting any judgments and penalties destined to her. She faltered on her hooves slightly but stood her ground. Nopony would ever say that she avoided responsibility and the Running of the Leaves awaited its continuation...
3. "He saw through me, I am certain of that..." - pale pink mare wasn't entirely sure why it bothered her so much actually. It's not like she wasn't allowed to be tired, exhausted even. After all, she had also suffered some undeniably unsettling injuries herself. But her inner voice kept repeating her that she shouldn't draw attention while there was somepony else who required assistance more than she did. She threw an innocent smile at Hoss. Yet another focal point of pain appeared in her body. Her face suffered a momentary twist, but returned to normal in a blink of an eye. Before he managed to respond to that, Risi raised a hoof and pointed it at him persuasively, maintaining a grotesque smile: "Don't you dare say a thing..." - she took a deep breath and straightened up, subduing any uncomfortable feelings with the remnants of her will. " 'As big as I am...'? " - mare quoted him, raising an eyebrow in amusement - "Not quite a way to speak to a lady, isn't it?" - her astonishment turned into frowning, implying fake affront. "Well, least I can hope for first class ride. Let's see what we'll achieve..." - she stood in place for a moment yet, hesitating. Finally she forced herself to act. Star approached the Pegasus slowly and carefully. It required a bit of effort from her to climb onto his back in a way he could use his wings, but she finally managed to position herself somewhat comfortably. Wrapping her hooves around his neck she started speaking: "I think I'm r-" - the sentence was cut in half as she reconsidered her position. "Scratch that, I doubt I'll ever be ready, start at your will." In the moment she finished her sentence, Star realized that apart from time she was a filly, she never yet found herself higher than a height of her jump. It was just another obstacle she had to overcome in this race. It seemed that Running of the Leaves consisted mainly of obstacles for her. Still, she couldn't yet say if she regretted anything... it was too early, the race wasn't over. Problem was, Risi was torn apart. She wanted to reach the finish line... She didn't join up to give up, she never gave up. But on the other hoof, her consciousness accused her of being indifferent towards the injured mare this way. Star should help her up. Her thoughts were interrupted though, since the Pegasus lost contact with ground. Risi's pupils shrank as she grinned her teeth in slight fear. "Awh..." - she howled silently in thin voice and changed her mind. Now was the perfect time to regret...
4. Oh, noes, what shall we do!? Anyway, decided it would be best to do it quick until I remember. If something's amiss, PM. In worst case scenario I'll create a quick technical drawing.
5. We're just old Phil... just await the moment we'll have to start using cane to walk. Just few more years, and we'll land in the antique shop. Mark my words...
6. Retreat to the stations for those who observe! Wait at the finish line! ... ... That's what I'd do ._.
7. I am quite certain that Unicorn was in Doc's mind. (Notices the amount of Unicorns) That doesn't help me out to the slightest... Man, I've evoked such a mess in that stage ._.
8. I've... had my infamous moments I believe. I still remember how much fun it brought to own Commodore 64 and Commodore Amiga 1000, before switching to Atari. Though then I went for Windows already. I've already managed to forgotten all the classics I've played on this... Maybe except Spyhunter, Cannon Fodder and some few different games with Santa Claus/Astronaut stuff lol. I think those were the very first games I've ever played in my life. Later came Golden Axe, Street Fighter, Contra, Virtua Fighter... The usual. Although I cannot remember well the period in between those 4 games and Red Alert. It's like I don't recall what I've played between those oldies and Red Alert.
9. Silent conversation coming from above turned her attention back to the group somewhere up high. For a moment she was left alone to her own thoughts, until a new face popped out from beyond the edge. It was yet another Unicorn, of green coating this time. The fact he attempted to ease her stress was most appreciable, but the inquiry concerning her name caught her a little off guard. Mare assessed the situation: She was trapped on the ledge with an injured pony somewhere below her, what obviously was her fault, and as it seems distracted a lot of ponies from the race... "Smooth Risi, really smooth. Great way of making acquaintances." - these were her thoughts, but lips didn't follow the scheme: "Uh... Ri-Rising Star. Yes. That's correct..." - she seemed to be a bit ruffled with the question. A former Unicorn who found her first joined him after a second, ensuring her that she had not been forgotten. Of course, she didn't mind it. Seeing how she was somewhat safely standing on her legs versus the unknown condition of the Pegasus mare from below. Still, she could feel a dim smile creeping in on her face as she replied. She accompanied her response with a grotesque gesture which implied her observing the surrounding. "But take your time! It's not like I'm going anywhere." - she laughed to herself feebly, pointing with hoof at the edges in a meaningful way. Without a warning an apple materialized in front of her. Star bottled out for a moment before she recognized the shape in front of her. She gulped aloud, switching her sight from apple to Unicorn, back and forth... Her consciousness caught up with her again. An apple... seemingly just a fruit, for her it would become a symbol of this day. She couldn't even predict that from time to time, the sight of this delicious treat would invoke negative, perhaps traumatic memories. Unaware of what awaited her in the future, she thankfully grabbed the apple with her magic and took a bite out of it, throwing a disarming smile to the ponies above her in order to express her gratefulness. Chewing on the refreshment she turned her attention towards the cliff again. It was a small surprise for her to see that the Pegasus from before was already transporting the injured mare up the cliff. She must have skipped some events which happened below. Risi threw an anxious look towards her victim, staggering on her hooves lightly. She escorted them with her eyes until they disappeared over the edge. She was once again left alone for herself, with only sounds of conversations coming somewhere from above her. Pink Unicorn stared at the apple floating in front of her blankly, awaiting patiently for the events to uncurl. She had already started spinning it around its axis in air when the Pegasus stallion landed next to her. His coating was of deep red... or was it mahogany brown? Well, one of these two at least, just a bit brighter. He for sure sounded quite confident of himself while speaking, even though Risi was a good head taller than any average pony and had to point her sight a bit lower each time she had a conversation. Back in Manehattan she was often placed in the frames of becoming a model. Her slim and elegant physique suited it perfectly, especially that she took great care of herself. Still, she never felt it was her call... Yet, the question coming from Pegasus surprised her. Star opened her mouth to respond and remained silent. "Am I... injured?" - she somehow didn't have time to search for any wounds on herself. A quick diagnosis launched in her mind. Recurring pain in front leg, ailing pain in neck, sore chest, and a few bruises, with one on her flank being quite a serious one. She suddenly felt it all at once... "All in best order, I guarantee." - she lied with a fake smile, trying to bear with sudden pain. Her words weren't true, but her eyes couldn't lie. Still, she hoped for pushing this information through. It was already enough problems coming from her side. The green Unicorn appeared once more above them. "I hope everything is okay down there. I hope there's a sandwich shop or even pit stops close by cause we could all use one I think ughh what I'd give for some apple blintzes or sandwiches right about now." - she quickly turned towards him, thankful for not being forced to look into Skybright's eyes. "Everything is fine, don't worry." - she threw freely, before turning back to the Pegasus. Star was careful not to catch an eye contact again. She didn't need anypony to recognize her exhaustion... "You think you're able of giving me a lift as well?" - she asked, unsure if her physique didn't render her a bit too heavy - "Also, Rising Star. I guess you can refer to me as Star simply."
10. Post #500 That question actually differs to an extend I might want to answer it. The answer would be Applejack. Without any single doubt or hesitation. (For anybody wondering about thing no.1: I don't ignore background ponies nor limit myself to mane only. It's just that most of the times mane is superior to background for me under given circumstances.) I'm not convinced into endless learning and I don't shine with knowledge on a daily basis, I'm not a completely freaked out person who's unpredictable and loves endless jokes and laughter, I am definitely not shy... in any situation and I'm able to pick challenges, I am certainly not hyperactive with tendencies of doing everything in an awesome way. Now, although I do value elegance and possess real attention to details, moreover my aesthetics sense is actually developed, I would not point at Rarity this time. AJ's my choice. Honesty, logical ideas, reason (to an extend), moderate patience and a personality open on everyone. The choice was clear. As for background ponies, if I had to choose... Cloudchaser. Because various reasons and I also have somebody to appear together everywhere. Usually ;D
11. The time was running out. The inability to act, inability to help, all this helplessness was a psychological torment for her. Patience was the last thing she could accuse herself of, but she stubbornly stared above the edge. The stress accompanying the situation stretched her nerves to the limits, but she wasn't imagining voices, of that there were no doubts about. Finally, she earned her long awaited reward, as a single head appeared above her announcing its arrival. It appeared to be a Unicorn, a tan stallion more precisely. Her relief was even greater after it turned out he's bright as well. She didn't even manage to present the problem to him befoore he started assuring her that the situation is under control. It was truly calming that somepony was able to assess the situation much quicker than she initially did. Risi couldn't help noticing how his words had an odd pinch of... hesitation? Fear? She couldn't tell precisely. Still, it was a true miracle somepony appeared at all. "We're going to help you shift the rubble. We're going to have to go carefully, we don't want the pile to crash down on Sugar and..." - shift the rubble? Mare stared at him as if he was out if his mind, completely failing to hear any of his further words. Was he really so foalish to attempt getting down there? Have she judged him wrongly? "Like... how!?" - she started in a high, dramatic voice and turned her head towards the pile of rocks below. "We can't get down there, it would be the most reckless idea to att-" One of the rocks shook hesitantly. After a brief delay, it floated in air and was placed aside. Star kept observing this with her jaw dropped. She turned back to risk a quick glance at the stallion again. Concentration was reflecting itself on his face. "Of course!" - she couldn't believe she didn't come up with this idea on her own. "Foal. Dumb, clueless foal!" - Risi kept scolding herself, as she returned at the edge and focused on the rubble below. She was a Unicorn herself after all! Has she lost all of her mind in that single accident? Shame and stupidity of this situation was incomprehensible to her. Feeling the magic gather up, she directed its flow towards the stones at the base of the cliff. It required a lot of concentration from her to even get a grasp at the rock, but she had no choice. The distance worked against her, but somehow the stallion above was able to do pull through. Perhaps she was just exhausted, both physically and mentally, and distracted by the sudden outcome of events. Finally, the rocks started moving away. Risi could hear other voices gathering around, but she didn't care. The mare's status was the only important issue for her right now. Star worked in greatest focus, never yet stretching her magical abilities to that extend. Finally, thanks to invaluable help coming from the stallion above, they've managed to uncover the wounded mare. The effort required to remove the rubble connected with her fatal condition forced Star to fall down on her knees, breathing heavily and evoking a small cloud of dust. She never yet had to operate such weights on such a fair distance. Risi peered at the casualty of her actions and finally catching a breath exclaimed towards her, although the voice was much weaker than she anticipated: "Can you hear me? You're okay!?" - in that very moment a swift silhouette dived next to her, down the ravine. Pointing her sight at it, she recognized a Pegasus in it. "Thank Celestia! That was just what we needed. Somepony to take care of her." Mare allowed herself for a short break, before shakily straightening up again. She stared up along the cliff, throwing a worried stare at the stallion. She still had no idea what to do right now. Her safety was still quite questionable, she had to admit. "Is there any way for getting me out of here?" - the silent question, interrupted with continuous panting, was followed by yet another worried stare, this time turned towards the mare below. She couldn't imagine the moment in which she'll have to stand for her deeds which caused a jeopardy towards the participants. The emotions were ramming at the gates of her heart and consciousness, but she hardly had any strengths left not to become overwhelmed by them...
12. I don't have any head-canon towards all the unusual spells happening, but I love applying Eragon magic rules to levitation. Therefore: Picking and throwing a small rock at insane speed wouldn't be as hard as pushing somebody away or lifting him. It gives a nice connection to physical strength. If you want something done, search for simplest solutions which require small amounts of energy. Also, the further the object is, the more concentration and strengths it requires naturally. The levitation magic is limited by physical strengths you have. It's a nice way of thinking which gives me a nice border on "what my unicorn would be able to do actually". And if I see others around doing stuff I'd consider impossible for my head-canon, I simply blame the lack of practice and ignorance towards natural gift my OC possesses. My 1&3/4 cent.

@LM: =.= In your face! ^^ I agree with LM here. I won't get to know anybody if he doesn't have an introduction thread. It's just writing a few sentences that actually show you're able to communicate with people on a daily basis Also, if I can't find somebody's introduction thread, I just forfeit contacts if he/she's new. Welcome to Canterlot though!
14. Risi stood dangerously close to the ledge, observing the dust rising behind the falling avalanche. The force she observed started innocently with just a small rock, but right now it was somewhere close to being unstoppable. She couldn't have imagined worse scenario than anypony being caught in this deadly rubble. She shook her head in disbelief, cursing herself for acting like a filly oblivious of the consequences of her deeds. She sighed heavily and began turning back to evaluate her chances of escaping the trap again, when she heard a voice piercing through all the rumble from someplace below her. Star immediately found herself peeking beyond the ledge, only to catch a glimpse of a light purple Pegasus mare being burrowed under it. Risi's face became a mask of terror when she realized it's all her fault. Her mane fell in front of her eyes, rendering her partially blind, but she couldn't even move a single muscle to remove it. She was thoroughly paralyzed with the sight she just witnessed. The voice coming from under the rubble after a brief delay allowed her to breathe again. She was already near of bursting in tears. “ANYPONY THAR? CAN ANYPONY HELP ME! AH’M TRAPPED DOWN HYAR!” - shivers flown through her body as she responded - "Are y-" - her voice cracked up. The feeling of guilt overwhelmed her, disallowing her to take command of her own voice. Risi reached for her last line of defense she kept for moments like this, determination. It was her fault, they might both be stuck here for hours if not longer. It was her duty to act. Mare gathered up her strengths: "HANG ON!" - she exclaimed in hope that Pegasus could hear her somehow. Star picked herself up at her shaky legs and approached the further edge of her prison. Her hopes proved to be futile though. The chances that she'd make her way down the steep cliff were nearly minimal. Mare's senses were extremely sharpened as she kept wondering what were her options intensively. Her magic was too weak to help in this situation. In this very moment she truly regretted not attending to Celestia's School for Gifted Unicorns. Perhaps she'd be able to act then... She was about to surrender to the ridiculous idea of attempting leaving the ledge when she thought like she heard yet another voice coming from unknown direction. Risi caught and held to this small flame of hope with all her strengths: "Hello!? Here, at the cliff wall! Hurry! Anypony out there!?" - it was the best she could have done right now. Staring back at the base of mentioned cliff, she saw dust already settling down. The unlucky mare was nowhere to be seen. Star couldn't believe in what had happened. Her status didn't matter right now, the only concern for her was if her savior-to-be wasn't injured. She kept trotting in place, not able to contain her nervousness. The race... was nowhere close of being pleasant for her.
15. @Bellosh: Strrrrike! Sidenote: Too bad I was finishing a response now and now I need to rewrite basically everything lol.
16. Off inside with ya! Have fun feeding our carnivorous lobsters! - So, how tough am I? ME? I shave myself with a double-edged-axe! - Uh... so? It's not that ha- - By being a target for those who practice throwing them!
17. The tree trunks once again enclosed on her. As she followed the track, she couldn't help noticing that it's slowly becoming thinner and thinner. Star managed to pass a few ponies during her gallop earlier, but it didn't give her a single hint about the position she was currently holding. Not mentioning she didn't have a chance to see anypony for a longer period of time already. Could she be first? Impossible... Of course, it was all about the tradition, but the fact she practiced for this event somehow made her subconsciously hope for a satisfactory position at the finish line. Yet, that wasn't her greatest reason to worry about right now. The forest around her was becoming increasingly dense lately. It already blocked out most of the sun rays, casting shadows and limiting one's vision. She had to bow her head in order to avoid being struck with the tree branches. At a certain point, the track, or what was left of it at least, started leading on higher ground. The tall mare was puzzled as she made her way up. She clearly couldn't remember that part of track on the maps. There was a farm, a stream... " 'Stream', HA! That's a good one..." ...plains and... right. Wasn't there supposed to be yet another part of the woods? But somehow she couldn't remember any kind of terrain height alterations. Risi shrugged mentally and continued her run. She risked a quick glance behind, and regretted that immediately. Everything looked alike. It seemed as the track existed in front of her, but it vanished behind, there was no way she could make her way back only by using her memory. Doubts started to gather in her mind. After a few minutes of fighting her way through the branches, she finally noticed the top of the hill. What she failed to spot, was that something was... off with it. There were no trees in distance, no shadows, only open sky between the flora around her. If Star followed logic, she could probably envisage what dangers lurked in front of her. But she was following her intuition throughout her entire life. And so did she this time as well. As she rushed past the last trees around, she expected a flat ground or a path leading onto lower parts of hill. But she made a terrifying discovery, as there was nothing similar to her expectations at the top. In fact, there was nothing at all. She gazed into the open space, the hills covered with thick forest in the distance, same thick forest somewhere below and a rocky cliff right under her hooves. She instantly ordered herself to stop, even if it meant crashing on the ground, managing to turn around by 180 degree. Unfortunately her reflexes were too slow. Her momentum was too high, what made her slip past the cliff edge. The sudden wave of heat overwhelmed her as she let out a prolonged scream: "Noooooo!!..." She extended a hoof up in dramatic gesture, observing the coronas of trees disappearing beyond the ledge... The time have stopped for her. She lost vision of anything around her, feeling the heart pounding inside her chest. She started falling... but to her yet another surprise, in the following moment Risi felt the impact at her belly. To her greatest luck it turned out that the hillside was simply steep. She continued to slide down for a second or two until she felt an impact upon her hind legs, followed by a loud: "Ooof." Trying not to move, she looked around and evaluated her situation. Star found herself on a wide, rocky ledge. The ground below wasn't too far, but the height was enough to prove extremely dangerous. Looking above she noticed that she fell about five or six heights of an average pony. Still, it was so steep that it would be a foolishness to try climbing up by herself. As she gathered herself up and approached the ledge, with her heart pounding insanely and a heavy breath, she noticed nothing but woods. She thought she saw the original race track disappearing somewhere behind the cliff to her left. It was unbelievable, her first attempt in the race and she made such a mistake... There was nothing but one last thing to do now... "A-Som-" - mare had to regain the power of her voice first - "Somepony... yes..." - she tried once again, panting. After clearing her throat she exclaimed forward: "Somepony, HELP!" - her strong, filled with panic voice loomed over the woods, scaring away few birds. An echo returned to her... "elp ... lp ... p ..." An extremely loose, small rock to her left gave up to the vibrations and started rolling down, creating a small avalanche behind. Risi raised a hoof ready to jump away from the danger, but there was nothing to fear for her. That, unfortunately didn't apply to anypony who'd find themselves directly below. Risi started circling along the ledge, hoping that his foalishness wouldn't pose a threat to the others...
18. Why is this trend really coming back again ;.;? I seriously hated how it dominated the spam stables back in the day and I had to sift through threads to find the ones I wanted...

20. You sure you want me to do this? I mean, you know, you remember who's my favorite pony? I'll fill those info in tomorrow.
21. *Starts vibrating slowly, moving towards high frequencies, rendering himself a bit blurry* Don't mind it, as I've said I'm patient. But that doesn't mean I'm not waiting and I've noticed that you're like... machinegunning the requests, what moved mine dangerously high. I need to quickly give a hint on my specific head-canon about it.
22. I'm wondering how many people will actually take it the appropriate way? I mean, Crystal Empire was a secret after all, it wasn't even mentioned in books. Therefore, basically anywhere where a crystal pony would appear inside the Equestria, he should be greeted like "Mare, who's this!?". Also, I'm really, but really keen on seeing what kind of stories people will implement in their Crystal Ponies applications. And yes Silver, I'm not doing one either. Yet. (Liking Rarity directly influences one's judgments about anything that has to do with crystals and stuff ._.)
23. ...the daylight was pouring in through the window into a lightly decorated bedroom. But the room was empty, as a certain pink unicorn was already downstairs. Rising Star opened the doors to her office, in which she greeted customers. She passed next to a row of cabinets, filled with photographs and old cameras. The bell wouldn't stop ringing, so she hurried herself. "I'm coming I'm coming, for Celestia's sake...!" She shouted as she approached the door and opened them. "What is-" - the words stuck in her throat as she saw Princess Celestia herself at the doorstep. Before she managed to reply, princess raised a hoof and poked her in nose. Confusion was reflected on Risi's face. "Uh... Your Maj-" - another poke was submitted, followed by yet another... ...and another poke. Star blinked under her closed eyelids. She finally opened her eyes slowly halfway, noticing an irregular white shape in front of her. After yawning aloud and finally regaining the sharpness of her sight, she noticed a white bunny running away from her, probably startled by her sudden revival. She felt a tickling in her nose suddenly, what led her to a loud sneeze, which ended up with her waking up completely and removing a tiny dose of fur the bunny left on it. Mare flexed her legs, stretching them a bit this way and yawning once more with eyes closed. Upon finishing, she allowed herself to take a gaze at the area. She must have fallen asleep by accident, there were no doubts about it. Mare observed the area, trying to figure out what was she doing here in the first place. Still, she couldn't concentrate on that task. The sight in front of her was beautiful. Raw nature... ever-green grasslands in between the seas of yellow-red forests, various birds flying above her and other critters playing far in the distance. She felt a tickling on her hoof, and as she lowered her eyes she saw a trail of ants treating her just like yet another obstacle in their daily routine. A gentle smile crawled up on her face, the one of kind which mother would give to her children while they were being silly about trivial matters. Her idyll was not destined to last long though. The mare finally gave her second thoughts a chance to reach her. "The race!" - she exclaimed after finally remembering what was she doing here yet again. In a matter of two seconds, Star was standing up again. Her sudden movements threw all the ants down, covering the grass with a little rain of small fellas'. She suddenly somehow remembered that, as she threw a swift apology towards them: "Oh, sorry~!". It was most unfortunate, how could she allow herself to fall asleep in the first place? "How long did I sleep...?" - she kept thinking as she directed her hooves towards the track again in full gallop. "I must have fallen beh-" “HOWDY THAR…!” - a distant echo of somepony's voice derailed her thoughts. Star slowed down for a second, trying to locate the source, but she wasn't able to do so. It was a relief to her, because it meant there's still somepony around. And the last thing she'd like to see is being left alone in the woods. Even though she knew the road she was supposed to run, that possibility and dangers associated with it loomed over her. Something caught her eye after a brief moment though. She could have sworn that just on the edge of her vision, somewhere at the border of woods, there was a movement. Risi pointed her eyes to that location, stopping and focusing on observing the place. After a second or two she could have yet again sworn that she saw a silhouette of a pony-sized creature passing in between the trees, but it vanished as soon as it appeared. Risi stepped forward haltingly, walking in zig-zags for a moment before she launched herself in canter once more. "What kind of creatures live in this forest...?" - she couldn't tell. Her knowledge concerning geography wasn't rather vast. Ask her about anything concerning the art, technology or sports and she'd be the first one to answer. But this time she had to depend on her intuition. And her intuition somehow whispered that she's not safe here. Maybe it was an aftermath of that traumatic incident she had while passing the river, but Star wasn't even thinking about this. She was just following her feelings. And she felt she should just run and don't get involved with the wildlife. Amusingly for her, that also seemed logical and reasonable, therefore she just continued along the track.
24. Oh man, I've been waiting long for a thread like this to appear. *Starts formulating his response, shall appear in few days* Will edit this post Will CONSTANTLY edit this post until the moment arrives in which I'll believe I haven't forgotten anybody! Let's get on with it! AlisonRose - for being positive and helpful. For general... niceness (I dislike this word, sounds like it didn't exist in the first place ._.) and of course for providing an excellent pieces of art in the gallery. Angie Cakes - for her art for sure. For being ridiculously confused about many matters and approaching a lot of things with that insane spark of abnormal thinking in eyes. For memorizing a tiny part of me in a book (that really struck me somehow). And for being able to refer to any, even most ridiculous and pointless topic, in a friendly matter. No stone left unturned... Aria - the greatest "Thank You" there is for giving me an initial hook for sticking with this site. I can easily say, even with Fawkes thundering me from above, that I've mainly remained on this site thanks to your effort. That remoteness and personality made me believe there are some sites filled with interesting people actually. And for entertaining my stay here for so long. Artax - of course, for guarding the site and being strict in decisions. Iron Fist is a thing that's required and it's good to see it at some points. Plus, for the fact I wasn't condemned/warned about making a few jokes outta you (see signature for example ;D) Appliance - for the MOST realistic approach to everything that at least a pinch of seriousness in it. For the kittens. And for giving me an endless game of "I wonder what would Appy say about..." for my head. I somehow failed to decipher her, and never wanted to continue trying, leaving the outcome as changing it would ruin the fun. BrainedBySaucepans - for being a nice person to have a conversation with. And for the art that ever appeared in the gallery. Conor Colton - for being nice and friendly. Also, being a universal person and creating this thread. Davroth - for cooperation and understanding. Even though we disagree at some points, you seem to be able to forget stuff easily and continue on talking. For the art as well. Diomedes - for his ability of cooperating while helping others. For breathing some life into forums. For helping me in understanding the show a bit better than I did initially. Dunder - what can I say? For being an awesome mate. For being calm and stoic. For keeping his personality at bay. For throwing good images/music at me. And for being a guy who doesn't have any single objection about any topic. Fawkes - for being irrationally rational in his madness and keeping me entertained due to his in-character approach to a lot of things. Flutterscotch - for the will of helping the community by sparing own time directly. For ability of presenting issues and her views clearly and accurately. And for that funny feeling I get when we agree about something Gerrard - for an ability to express emotions straight in one's face. For an ability of getting a grip at himself in various situations. And for having courage for expressing his doubts/being honest with his thoughts. Imagination - for a well balanced scaling between being serious and being insanely ridiculous. For his sense of humor. For an ability of providing constructive advices wrapped with jokes and funny references. LovinMoonlight - for having a proper sense of humor. For creating all those amazing OC's depictions (and not only). And I guess for credibility as well. Manestream - river topic. For the forums in the first place. For being generally nice and friendly. For logical, reasonable, realistic approach to the issues. For an ability of presenting truly accurate arguments and, at once, accepting and understanding the arguments of others. For patience in handling any kind of issues. For the carefulness in approach to any problem. And for being able to appreciate the community even more than we appreciate her. Me - for being here and still having patience. For trying to help the site. For enjoying the community and trying to enforce the rules for our, and their, own good. MyLittlePonyTales - for taking good care of the forums! For being a sensible and insanely helpful person. For her sense of humor and utter devotion to the site. The notifications are like... endless! NastyMann - for his insane and ultimately (even though irrationally) entertaining YT vids. For randomness and silliness. And for actually being somewhat rational. Needlemouse - for patience, niceness and an ability of speaking what's on his mind. Also for giving me a chance to RP Rarity and not condemning me for my inactivity there (Of course I won't stop blaming myself silly) NoedigJk741 - for active, or even hyperactive domination of CT spam stables area, what for sure pushed a lot of topics there forward. (I can't count how many he necroed?) For all the fun he provided with his *Art of Trolling* On a related note Noe: Octavia - for creating the LPW thread. Let's face it, if not Octavia, I wouldn't be hooked to the site initially and would never end up staying here. Penumbra - for in-character comments about everything basically. For pushing some funny darkness into the LPW. For writing all those... poems? Unfortunately, I forgot a lot already... Phil the time Wizard - For helping me out in all my RP questions. Generally for being a dependable and stoic person. And for patience in handling my persona ;D I sometimes felt like abusing his time. PopcornPuffs - never exchanged a word. So why I place Popcorn here? Simple answer: Best art in gallery. There is undoubtedly not a SINGLE art coming from Popcorn I wouldn't admire. Keep up the good work, MLP Art is one of things that I appreciate the most on this site. Robikku Pegasus - Thought I left him out again? Never! Of course for being a helpful hand in certain situation. For his sense of humor and friendly personality. Rosewind - 2nd greatest "Thank You" here I guess. For the insane amounts of patience connected with intelligent and realistic approach to any issue. For helping me out in my inquiries and being available to have a decent conversation about basically every topic, while maintaining an ability to express her attitude to issues straight and honestly. And for always maintaining positive attitude, no matter what. Sleeps - for striving in improving. For RPing one of my first RP's on this site (if not the first one). For being a nice and understanding person. StarSwirlTheBearded - for being reasonable. For knowledge in various areas of science and will of defending it by correcting others. For smashing arguments and ability of admitting to being wrong. Besides that, for being a friendly person and for helping others the way he can. Sulvuss - for being honest in speech and thoughts. Also for the ability of presenting valid arguments and ability to reject their credibility in case they were proven to be wrong. Tenkan - for CanterlotVoice! Of course! Also for having a sense of humor and general randomness at some points ;D The Canterlot - that includes ALL of users not mentioned here. Keep this site up, it exists thanks to you after all. The LPW Crew - to any single of them for forming a strong team. I didn't know some of you close enough, so I can't say much. But I'm grateful nevertheless. I've grown tired of writing for now... Need a break. If you've been missed out, don't worry. Perhaps I'll remember you and then I'll edit the topic to write something more. If you think it's a crime I forgot about you, PM me. I will add you if I consider this is a crime actually, but I won't explain why you weren't there in the first place/won't be there at all. If I messed up somebody's gender, feel free to correct me via PM. I'm not a deity, I don't know everything Or could have just mistyped it in rush of writing all those words... Also, please keep in mind these are my personal depictions/views of others. They don't have to describe them perfectly. Keep tight Canterlot.
25. The Part Where Tales Is Weird As Well Comment spawned by MyLittlePonyTales after linking this to us in chat. And daring my to "do eet!" after my warnings I'll link it here if our lovely moderator doesn't admit to some general randomness in this blog herself, writing her name in the post along with the others IF this comment gets removed, I'll start an individual blog just to promote it! So don't you even dare to do it Tales, since it's not that visible... yet Nobody dares Lord Tywin to do stuff.
