    Redemption is the expected outcome. I would prefer to see some kind of revenge angle. Mainly because it hasn't happened yet and this show is certainly smart enough for it.

I did... poorly. But I did see the sudden potential for Monoblack aggro. This is something I came up with in two minutes, keeping it Innistrad/M13 for now. I would absolutely love to run MBA again. Probably needs more oomph but that's what Return to Ravnica is for. Edit: Oops. Forgot Vampire Nighthawk.

    So, recently, in the gallery, an image popped up that while similar to my idea of a Pony Paladin and blew it clean out of the water. Seriously. I'm trash compared to that. So, needless to say, the block came back for a while. Today I finally cracked and decided to improve on the Iromane design. I dug through many google images trying to find reference and find that delicate balance between "the party's tank" and "girl". Somehow, that translated into "Ponies in socks". I'm a pervert. Also, I forgot her cutie mark. Also also, I really do hate everything I do. But her face is cute.

    Eh. The Solemn Vow is junk. The idea is good thematically, and I can see it working much better with the improved Crusader's Crossbow but... bleh. Seeing enemy health, mechanically, is best on Spy. Though, Solemn Vow + CC.... hmmmm... Edit: I have a nametag lying around waiting for a Strange to name. It found my Rainblower. While I could have made a pony reference, I decided instead "Merry-go-Round Meltdown". I'm happy.

    So, here's a story. I've been working at Barnes and Noble for... 4 and a half years? I've been put in every position possible for random amounts of time. Apparently, I've been good at all of them. Recently though, little old me has been given the boot to Supervisor of the music department. Yay! But that's now what this story is about. Last Friday, I'm doing my 9-5. A gentleman a little younger than me, maybe 20-25 or so, comes in and asks for the Powerpuff Girls DVD. Proudly, I slap down our massive box set and exclaim how nice it is to see guys (and I used the word "guys") remember how good this series is. He agrees and says that all of Lauren Faust's stuff is amazing. I then show him my staff recommendation, which is Friendship Express. He's in NY for Bronycon it turns out! We Brohoof. I tell him he has friends in this store. Then we part our merry ways. That's my story. How about yours?

    Give it time. It happens every update. Sooner or later, people will switch back to their comfortable classes. Also, I've always had a soft spot in my heart for the Quick Fix, but the uber-regen it provides... only gets us out of tight spots that aren't Sentry-related. Or I'm paired with a Soldier. Oh! One more thing! If I had to pick a Medigun, I would prefer the Kritzkrieg. It's completely anti-personnel and I love it. Word. Would you gents and ladies say that the Quick Fix medic belongs on the front lines giving spot-heals to companions while a second Medic is building a standard Uber with his Heavy? That's what I imagine. I hoard. You need anything? Oh oh oh! One more thing! I just saw a video of the Quick Fix! With its uber, it out heals the damage output of a Phlogistonator's critical damage. Damn.

    That made me smile. I needed that. But apparently I can't make clever metaphors in 90 degree heat. Anyway, she tolerates the brony as a concept, barely. On record saying she doesn't understand it. Fine. Whatever. But that negativity influences how a grown man spents his own petty cash. It's a hard and unmoving "no" on any merchandise, period. Everything I own has been bought either behind her back, or with her because it's a 3 dollar blind bag. This also means no BroNYcon.

    The more I think about it, the more I think I'm married to one. It's not pleasant when you feel you have to retreat further into the closet. Imagine being married to a vegetarian. Now try and tell her you've been depressed all day because you wanted to go to a butcher's convention.
