  1. Woot!!! Hopefully we can get an entire party together.
  2. Looking to see if there would be any interest in an Adventuring topic through the Everyfree forest. I've got a lot of neat ideas that could be used and the Everfree forest offers, (in my opinion) a lot of role-playability just because of the fact that we don't completely know what's in there. Would anypony else be interested in a topic like this if I started it?
  3. (I'd rather it not be. I'm just waiting on people to post to keep it moving.)
  4. Ice was looking out over the fields into the interior of the park. She had wished that it was night time rather than daylight as it was always more fun for her to star-gaze than it was for her to just to watch the random clouds drift by. The cool breeze was always welcomed though and every time it brushed by her it made her feel even more relaxed. It was as if the winds themselves were working through her as a vibrant massage kneading the tension out of her muscles from events that had construed prior to her arrival at the park. She was deep in though trying to reply the events of the open house in her mind trying to figure out what it was she had done that could have possibly caused her to be mistaken for a spy. A spy of all things! She couldn't even figure it out. As Polaris had told her, she was drinking punch and eating a turnover. How does any of that make her a spy? She knew that Miracle was just being protective of everypony, but a spy? The more she thought about it, the more it was actually funny to her and she let out a short giggle. "Then again some of these ponies here are just silly. A spy! Ha! even if I wanted to be one I don't think I'd ever be able to pull it off. I'm much too loud for being sneaky," she giggled to herself as she heard the Princess come up behind her saying that she didn't think that they were properly introduced. She spoke peacefully as softly as to not disrupt the serenity that was permeating the park as the birds sang true to their rhythms. The rustling leaves in the trees soothing the thoughts and only further adding to the delicate tone that the Princess convey as she asked if she was okay after what had transpired. Ice nodded. "I'll be fine. the hair will grow back eventually. I'm just as much to blame for that as anypony else was. I did completely snap at Miracle, so it's not like I didn't play a hoof in the disaster," she explained. "My name is Ice Storm. Not sure if you would have heard of it or not. With as many arguments as I've gotten into on the nobles quarter due to birth place I used to think my name was as common as water here. I'm pleasantly surprised to find out that's not the case," she said as a thought crossed her mind that made her giggle. "And I think I'll need to re-name this park if nothing else but for my self to Princess Park, as so far I've met two of the three princesses and both of them have been right here on this hill," she added with another giggle her mood lightening with every second.
  5. Ice smiled and nodded to Rarity's compliment on her store. "That's the hope at least. I don't know how I'd get all that much business outside of Ponyville. You at the very least have famous celebrities that are spreading the word about your store. The only thing I have are the ponies here in Ponyville, and the ponies in Canterlot that would be just as likely if not more so to tarnish my image than they would give an honest review just because I wasn't born there," she finished as Rarity asked if they were ready to go. "Yeah, I'm as ready as I can be," she responded. She knew that this talk needed to happen. That she'll never truly be over what happened to her if she didn't let it out. She was still insanely nervous as to how Rarity would react to such a story.
  6. After the atrocious events that had occurred at the open house, Ice still needed to cool off inside. Outside she was calm and collected, and she knew that everything was just a misunderstanding, but a small part of her inside was ticked because of the fact that these things always happened to her. She felt better at least for apologizing to the princess and Miracle at least for the horrible way she had handled the situation, but aside from that she was irritated. She let out a long sigh as the cooling winds from the park blew past her, moving and bounce her mane with it's path. She could only imagine how she looked right now with the bit of her mane that was missing. It wouldn't have been as bad if it wasn't for the fact that the part that ripped out was in the front making it blatantly obvious what had happened, and if she knew a vast majority of the ponies here in Canterlot, they would blame her for starting the situation just because of her bloodline. "Somethings never do truly change I guess. I guess it was just a stupid decision by me to come to the event to begin with. I should have known that someone would have been there that was going to mess things up, especially considering a princess was there," she spoke aloud to herself just relaxing letting her shoulders relax. Perhaps once everything was out of her everything would start getting better. "Well, at least it's over now and we can move on."

  8. "Oh you'd never be an issue. Just simply I could set a couple days where I'm just not open, which I should probably do anyway, and I could always help you out on the day that I'm not at my shop, and helping and being around a good friend is it's own reward," she complimented Though soon it was Rarity's turn to do the complimenting as she spoke about Ice's store. She said that she shouldn't sell herself short, and that her job wasn't as simple and she knew it. That she had tasted her snow cones and the sheer quality of them was paramount to her success. that if her treats weren't so tasty, her lines wouldn't be as long. "I suppose you're right. I guess you could say that we're both artists. Your the master of Fashion and I'm the master of Ice," she said with a giggle finishing her salad as he waitress brought the bill. She handed the bits to her and told her to keep the rest. "In all honesty though if you do ever need anything, I'm just a hop slip and a jump away," she told her with a friendly confident smile.
  9. Ponies were out and about everywhere today in Canterlot as Ice got off the train. She wondered if maybe there was something going on as she didn't remember this many being in this part of Canterlot. She looked around to see if there was anything that was looking like a flier or something but there wasn't anything listed. It was however a very gorgeous day outside and quite mild in temperature. It was good enough reason to be out that was for sure. "Well, it definitely looks like I won't be needing a hotel for the night! The park seems like a great idea tonight!" She said aloud to herself as she started to at first head down the mane street of Canterlot before she saw everypony in it. "I think.... I'll find another way," she said giggling to herself obviously in a good mood. She turned to go down one of the other back streets, another little route she knew to get to the park from when she was having personal issues with just about everyone in the city and she just wanted to be alone. Today wasn't so much that she wanted to be alone, quite the opposite in fact. It was just the fact that literally almost every pony in Canterlot was on Mane Street at the moment and she didn't want to get run over or accidentally run over someone herself. As she turned the corner though she was practically behind another mare. Her coat was a soft dusty yellow, and a mane that made the sunsets look like a small torch. The pony seemed to look familiar to her for some reason but she couldn't make out where she could have known her from. There was another pony not to far away from them either, but she couldn't immediately make anything out, and went back to thinking about the pony in front of her. Was she at the Gala that she attended here not to long ago, or maybe was it at the Open house? she didn't know. But it would be rude for her to just simply ignore her. "Hey there, Enjoying the day? have haven't felt a day this crisp in a while!" she said politely hoping that if she heard the pony speak she may remember more accurately where she looked familiar from or if her mind was just playing tricks on her.
  10. Hello there, and welcome. Always good to see new people coming to the RP. Okay, so this has the makings of a fun character indeed, though somethings that would help it go a lot farther and help you in role-playing him. What caused him to be emotionally detached? Has something happened to him to cause him to be emotionally detached or is it just from the general city life? What has made him want to escape from his parents, and what does he want to do with his new life? Is the Ice-Saloon a family business that he's looking to spread to other areas or does he want to do something different? Also, what are you meaning by right before town? I'm kinda confused as to what context that is meant in. This is a decent story. I honestly can't think of anything that would be able to improve on it. The only thing that I could think of is how did he get out of the Popsicle? Did his father get him out of it? or was he able to regain control of his magic and melt it away from him himself? Are you wanting him to currently be a student of Celestia's school for gifted unicorns or has he already attended? Both options can open up a lot of role-playability. Also what would he benefit from it? Would it increase the effects that he has on ice? Increase the rate for freezing or how far his range is? Yes, they have fridges. We saw the first one in Applebuck season so you're good there. However if you are planning on having him leave Manehatten, might I recommend Stalliongrad if you're looking for a place for his talent for cold to prosper. Or maybe even Canterlot with it being on a mountainside. I don't think ponyville is an option at the moment due to the housing crisis that is there. (located in the spoiler tag in Origin/Residence on the application outline) This is the foundation for a good character, I am looking forward to see where this goes, and seeing this character in action.
  11. Ice Smiled when Rarity said that her business was actually soaring now and that it wasn't so much that she worried about it drying up, it's that she was worried about it getting to a point where she couldn't manage it at all. "All the same if you ever need any help with anything, I'd be more than happy to help as long as it's not sewing. I can't sew at all, but as far as anything else, don't hesitate to ask," she replied to her nodding as she said she was also well connected now. "As far as the frozen treats go, it would seem as if it's a simple business, but in all reality, it can be quite taxing. It's not that it's difficult to be successful. I'm quickly finding out here in that the successful part of it was never an issue. It's the fact that it's difficult to keep up with everything. Both as a service to make sure that I get everything to ever pony at least in a timely manner, and then of course the fact that I'm running out of supplies. When I run out it leads to some really sad faces which I don't like seeing. So, that just means I have to do everything in my power to make sure that I don't run out anymore," she said smiling.
  12. (Sorry for the bit of delay, I was having a war with my internet and unfortunately losing.) Ice Storm listened as Lore gave his speech, a small part of herself feeling the pride and the emotion radiating from him through the rest of the crowd as he spoke. He spoke with a passion, and his words filled with the fires of happiness and friendship. Stating that Rarity, the Mayor, and herself had all played a huge part in the contribution of this store and if it wasn't for ponies like them he probably wouldn't be standing her for the grand opening today. That he was originally worried about being able to make friends and be able to acquaint himself with the town, which Ice had to admit, she felt that same fear when she first stepped off the train, but for different reasons. Also that he was happy to count all of them as his friends. Ice gave a soft teary-eyed smile at the speech. It warmed her heart to hear him talk with confidence and even more so that everyone was amongst friends. Rarity gave her and greeted her, saying it was a pleasure to see her again. She smiled back to her. "You're the one I should be thanking," she commented in gratitude from the break down that she had at Rarity's boutique only a week ago. "And it's always a pleasure to see you as well. As much as I don't like being out of the shop like this, I must say it is nice to have a day to myself once in a while," she finished as the Mayor walked over to her and asked about how her business had been going. "It's become a lot to handle honestly. It's taken off so much that I've run out of supplies twice now. I've more than doubled my supplies at this point so I'm trying to avoid such things occurring again. Aside from that I guess you could say that I've been doing rather well. I've actually got most of the loan that I had taken out paid back already," Ice said with confidence knowing that she would be out of the debt hole soon. She still didn't have a place of her own yet though and that was the first thing that she would have to look for once she had the loan paid off.
  13. (It's not. I was just trying to wait for quick to post. I'll have a post up to replaced this one soon. I'm having internet issues at the moment.)
  14. Available for RPing just PM if you want to do one

  15. Ice just shook her head at some of the outlandish prices that she heard for the top dresses in Manehatten. A thousand bits for a dress? Regardless of status what pony in their right mind would pay that price? She just didn't understand nobility, and she doubted that she ever would. She frowned when she said that her reasonable prices were partially at fault for her lack of success in getting started because everypony felt her work was inferior to the more expensive boutiques. "I hardly see how that's fair, judging on price alone rather than inspecting the quality of work for themselves. At the very least at least you're having success now. However, if there ever comes a time where you need a few extra bits, don't hesitate to ask. It's the least that I can do for you with as good a friend you've been to me," Ice said as she began on her salad.

  17. Chapter 7: The Eponnine Mountains Dawn crested over the horizon and the mares woke of to the crisp mountain air. Dew still clung too many of the rocky structures making then slick and even more treacherous than they already were. “Alright, everypony stay alert,” Luna said approaching the mountain path. “We have no idea what we’re going to find roaming, and the paths are exceptionally dangerous.” “Right, everypony stay together, and stay as close to the side of the mountain as possible. Rainbow, Fluttershy, you’re on edge patrol. If anypony slips you know what to do,” Twilight proclaimed. “Right!” Rainbow and Fluttershy both acknowledged. The group of mares started walking through the tumbling pass. The pathways along the cliff edges were narrow. Twilight and the others quickly found themselves struggles to fit single file along the cliff face, and the path was only getting narrower as they went on. Twilight felt her hoof slip as she stepped and a bit of the pathway gave underneath her. The pathway around the started cracking, and spreading, “Everyone get close!” Twilight yelled as she and Luna used their teleportation magic to get the group to a small landing. “Whew, that sure was a close one,” Applejack stated sitting down to catch her breath. The group of mares watched as the path that they were on continued to crumple and collapse down the mountainside. “We should watch our step from here out. There’s no telling how sturdy any of these paths are. Even the wider ones could be faulty,” Luna warned. “Do… Do we have to go through the mountains like this? Can’t you just teleport us there…” Fluttershy asked, frightened. “I wish I could, but we have to know exactly where we need to teleport to in order to do so. Otherwise it could be bad for everypony.” “Li-li-like how bad…” “Well, it would be possible that if I tried to randomly teleport us to the place we need to go, we could very easily be teleported into solid stone or in an active volcano, since we have no idea where we need to be,” Luna explained. “Oh… We’ll walk then…” Fluttershy said suddenly feeling a lot comfortable walking than teleporting. “Come on, we aren’t going to get any closer sitting here,” Twilight stated. “This way looks safer,” she added pointing to the decently wide path. She and Rarity approached the path first. “Hmm, this looks like it’s big enough for two, but I think you should go first just to be safe. No need in taking any, unnecessary risks when the dangers that are already around us are so prominent.” “Danger shmanger, as long as Fluttershy, Luna and myself stay along the ledge, nothing can go wrong!” Rainbow Dash proclaimed proudly. “I wish everything were that easy Rainbow. We just barely got away from that!” “Well, I doubt even someone that pours over book after book could have predicted that the passage was going to collapse,” Rainbow countered. “And? We can’t predict when somepony’s going to fall either, or get hurt or if something else is going to fall on us!” “Twilight, keep it down, we’re entering an avalanche zone,” Luna warned. Everypony nodded and started to follow. Looking up, Luna could see the loose rocks that were ready to tumble down the mountain side at any given moment, just waiting for the right amount of sound to be set free. When the mares made it about halfway across the passage, Twilight’s ears perked up. She heard a few of the smaller rocks start rolling down the side of the mountain, and she could see that the others were unstable and waiting to collapse. Then it happened, one of the smaller rolling rocks hit one of the larger ones in just the right way that it dislodged it and triggered a rockslide. “Everypony run!!!” she yelled galloping to the other side as Luna once again had to teleport most of them to safely. “Seriously, what’s with these mountains and having everything collapse? I always thought that mountains were, you know sturdy,” Rainbow Dash commented. “Some mountains are and some aren’t. Apparently we just picked the wrong spot to enter this range at.” Luna answered. “Well, Ah know one thing’s for sure. Ah ain’t gonna be able to handle another thing fallin’ on us. Twice so might’ more than enough for this pony,” Applejack stated. Twilight approached her. “As much as I don’t like what’s going on around us, I can’t really say that something like that isn’t going to happen again. As much as I would like to say it won’t, I can’t. Not unless we find a path that is wide enough that we can all comfortable fit on,” “Girls, we really don’t have the time to complain about things.” “With all due respect princess, we can’t find your sister if we don’t even make it out of these here mountains. If we all die here, then whoever this kidnapper is wins anyway. I’m not sayin’ we need to stop. I just think that maybe you know should probably be trying to go through the mountain range at the base of the mountains instead of halfway to their summits?” “That is a good suggestion, but how are we going to get down? Not to mention, if the place we need to go is at the top of the mountain…” “Then you or Luna can teleport us there. You’re the one that’s done all the book readin’ and the studyin’ here Twi, you should know how most stories like this end! I don’t want to be like most of those stories.” “Personally Twilight, I agree with Applejack… things would be better if we were um…. Not so high up?” “I’ll be right back then,” Luna said as she flew down beneath the Cliffside. “What’s she doing?” “I haven’t got a clue…” Twilight replied before Luna appeared in front of her. “The path at the bottom does appear to be a bit safer than this one. I can’t see any Avalanche zones and the only thing we may need to worry about is wolves.” “Ha! Wolves won’t be a problem at all since with have Fluttershy here! No matter what kind of animal it is she can tame it!” “I don’t know Rainbow, wolves are a little bit different…” “Oh come on! This isn’t going to turn into that whole mountain fiasco when that dragon came here is it?” “Oh no-no, I’m not as afraid of wolves as I am dragons. It’s just well, wolves generally only attack when they’re hungry and wolves well, only eat meat. It’s kind of hard to make it happy without becoming its meal.” “I wouldn’t go ‘quite’ that far. Wolves are very noble and perhaps if we can befriend a couple of them on the way through they can provide us with some protection against the not so friendly wolves,” Luna stated. “Oh! That could work!” Fluttershy accepted. “Okay, but that still leaves the question. How are we all going to get down there in a timely manner? It’s not like we can just jump down.” “Well, I can always make another Ice Slide!” Ice Storm chimed in. “Though it would be a bit more difficult to keep up going that fast.” “Not to mention this high up it would break easily without support. That would be more dangerous that walking on the mountains,” Luna pointed out. Ice pouted a bit. She wanted to be able to help more but so far there was only one point at which she had been useful, and now she felt like she was slowing everypony down. “Don’t worry. I’m sure your ice will come in handy again relatively soon,” Luna consoled her before looking back to the others. “As I was saying with some help from Rainbow dash, I think we can have everypony down to the bottom in only two trips. I can carry two ponies easily and there are only five of you without wings. That should be easy enough.” Twilight nodded and Luna carried her and Ice Storm down while Rainbow grabbed Pinkie Pie and left Rarity with AJ. “I certainly hope it isn’t dusty down there…” Rarity groaned before noticed Applejack’s ‘are you serious’ look. “What? Regardless of what we run into we’re still in the presence of a princess.” “A princess who’s done lost her sister. Ah think the last thin’ you should be worried about is a might bit a dust.” Applejack said as Luna and Rainbow Dash came back up from dropping off the other three. “That sure was fast...” “Well duh, it’s a lot easier to go down with a pony than it is to try to lift one up,” Rainbow commented. “Now come on. We don’t have time to stand up here and discuss how much time it takes to get to the bottom.” Applejack nodded and hopped onto Rainbow’s back while Rarity got onto Luna’s and they both brought them down with the others. “Alright, let’s keep moving… this way.” The ponies continued through the mountain passage. The air down here was still crisp, but a lot damper than it was at the higher altitudes. The winds where none existent and that would make tracking scents impossible. Which was both a good thing and a bad thing. It meant that the wolves couldn’t track them but at the same time they couldn’t tell where the wolves were at. “This is a bit odd. Normally mountains aren’t this quiet, especially ones with wolves…” Twilight stated worriedly. “I know, you’d think we’d have heard howling by now,” Ice replied. “I don’t know. Though at the same time in means were in the right area. Everything is keeping quiet for a reason. Not to mention I’m starting to feel my sister’s presence.” “Yes!!! That at the very least should mean that she’s okay, and that we’re going the right direction!” Twilight proclaimed. “Right direction yes, otherwise it just means she’s alive, not necessarily okay,” Luna corrected. “Alright then! Let’s get to it!!” Rainbow said as she started to speed away. “Rainbow Wait!!” Twilight responded, “We don’t even know what’s on the other side of that corner, let alone what’s in where ever Celestia is being held!” “We’re never going to find out if we don’t keep moving!” “Obviously, but we can’t charge through these mountains like that. You saw what happened when we were moving carefully earlier…” “You… make a valid point, but we’re on the ground right? What could possible go wrong now?” “Oh no… Please tell you did not just say that!” “Say what could possible go wrong!! Statistically in about 83% of the books that I read read about things like that in, whenever somepony asks what could go wrong the find out in a very non-forgiving…” she started saying before one of the mountains a bit behind them erupted exposing itself for the volcano it actually was. “Way…” She shrieked. “Everypony run!! I can at the very least slow it down!” Ice Storm said as she created a wall of ice about a pony’s length in thickness before turning and running behind the group. As they ran, Magma bombs fell from the sky trying their hardest to take out one of them with one solid hit. “Let’s go across the gap!” “Gap!? We’re supposed to be on the ground!!” “Apparently this wasn’t the ground, but it’s not that far down and it will divert any lava flows, so at the moment I’m kinda glad it’s here,” Luna countered motioning for everyone to jump, which that did. Ice was still lagging behind so she picked her up and flew her over the gap, and Ice made another wall of ice on their side of the gap before collapsing. “Ice Storm!!!” everypony yelled running to her. “I’m fine… just… tired…. I’ve never used this much magic before, not in one day anyway…” She admitted. “I’ll carry her,” Luna offered. “She needs the rest after what she just did, though I have a feeling we’re all going to need a short break soon to recover. It just seems that if it can go wrong today it has.” Twilight glared at Rainbow at Luna’s last comment. “And we know who caused that!!” “Like I was going to know any of this was going to happen! I’m sorry I’ll try to use a better choice of words next time!! But I don’t really see what me speaking had to do with a volcano exploding. It was just a coincidence!” “Girls! Now is not the time! Let’s move a bit away from this ledge just in case there is overflow. That way we don’t get caught up in it,” Luna said pointing to the small mountain valley ahead. She could see grass and a couple trees in it. Hopefully they would be able to find some clues there.
  18. Ice nodded when Rarity said that she had meant her statement in the most positive was. Had she come off as defensive? She wasn't trying too... She cast it aside though when Rarity started talking about her dresses. Ice didn't know a great deal about fashion, but she knew what looked and felt nice. So she could at the very least understand a base of what Rarity was talking about and in interested her. She did however about fall out of her stool though when she heard the prices that some of the boutiques in Manehatten and apparently the more expensive ones in Canterlot sell for. "Ten times? How can anypony afford to pay those prices regardless of where you live," she said out of shock making her realize how much more valuable, and how much nicer Rarity had been for her. "Though that's not to say that your dresses are worth any less than that. I'm surprised you don't get more business just because your prices are so reasonable." she told her actually feeling guilty now that she had bought her dress for such a low price. Then an idea came into her mind! She'd have another dress custom made, and she had plenty of bits at this point, she could easily pay Rarity twenty to thirty bits over the price! It was the least she could do after all with as generous as she'd been for her. "Though I have been thinking about a new dress. While the dress I have is beautiful, I can imagine that it would get worn out very quickly if it was the only dress I had to wear to formal gatherings. That being said, I need another one to keep it in pristine condition as long as possible," she finished with a smile. Rarity also said that it was not this town's character to give anything less than a thoroughly warm reception to newcomers. She smiled lifting up her smoothie. "To friends!" she smiled as the waitress had come back with the salads.
  19. Ice nodded to the princess when she asked if she liked the stars. "The stars, the moon, everything about the night I like better than during the day. I'm not constantly getting blinded by the sun, but the moon provide the perfect amount of light to still allow me to see, and while there are 'some' occasions during the day where you can look up and see a randomly shaped cloud in the sky, you can always look up at the starts at night and see an assortment of shapes that you could have missed the night before. Not to mention the temperatures are quite a bit cooler at night than they are during the day, and that's one of my favorite specialties about it. If it wasn't for the fact that all the foals and fillies have to sleep at night, I'd run my store during the overnight hours," she explained to the princess with a smile. Out of the corner of her eye, no sooner had she completed her explanation, she spotted something that appeared to be a fire. "Oh no!" she proclaimed and stood up trotting towards it ready to use her ice magic if she needed to in order to put it out. She paused. The fire wasn't spreading, instead it was warping around a pony that seemed to be controlling it. "Oh, well that's a relief," she sat back down next to the princess watching as the other pony drew closer. "It is quite impressive though. I've never seen such a thing, though I prefer my ice magic myself."
  20. "No problem," she told the pegasus as the other two newcomers approached and ordered a large mint milkshake. Ice smiled. "Well then you're in luck, I only carry one size of milkshake and it just happens to be the largest that I could buy!" she giggled at them, she took some of them mint syrup that she had and she dipped the freshly made ice cream into the cup before swirling it around with her magic in the air until it turned the minty green color that it was supposed to and guided it back to the glass that was large enough that both ponies can easily enjoy. She topped it with the mound of whipped cream and drizzled the mint syrup over the top of it before placing the cherry on top. "Here you go, one Mint milkshake, and to compensate me only having one size, if that turns out to not be enough for the two of you, just bring the glass back up here and I'll give you a free refill on the first one," she smiled.
  21. "Oh, The Royal Equestrian Army? I've heard of them, but I'm not exactly sure of what it is they do. The only enforcement I know of are guards, and I mostly try to stay out of the way. If I leave them alone then they have no reason to bother me," she stated confidently. "So, what are you thinking for lunch? I haven't the slightest idea what is overly amazing and what is, but it's all been fair. It's Trottingham so there is an air of quality that just seems standard in this city from what I've seen," she commented as she looked at several of the eateries.
  22. (Just so we can move on, I am removing the wait 3 posts rule. Anypony can post whenever. It seems to be bogging us down more than anything.) Luna sniffed and sobbed, and she didn't even see Fluttershy run up to her until her hooves were around her. If she apologized once then she apologized so many times that Luna lost count, and she soon had tears in her own eyes. She said that she would like to help find Celestia if that was okay with her. "Fluttershy, I would love nothing more than you to accompany us. We must hurry though, and find Rarity and Pinkie Pie. We haven't even given the Royal Address yet and the citizens of Equestria will start panicking even more with the more time we lose that one isn't given. Does anypony know where they would be?"
  23. Ice Storm decided that she would leave the grayish be while he decided on what he wanted and she moved over to the Pegasus that had flown in. Considering that there were more people coming into the show she wanted to make sure that everyone got treated in a timely manner. "I'll give you a few minutes to decide what you'd like. Whenever you're ready go ahead," she stated back to the unicorn turning her full attention not to the pegasi. "Hello there welcome to Frozen Delights! What can I get for you today?" she asked with the brightest smile on her face
  24. Ice could just smile and nod as Rarity spoke of Dunder saying that she remembered seeing him at her store as well. About how he always carried a sword around with him and she wished him luck hoping that everything worked out for her. "Yeah, he can be a bit odd, but that's what I like about him. It makes him special you no? Even I have a few things about myself that are far from perfect," she added with a smile. Rarity also mentioned that most designers had to go through suppliers for their gems, but she could just find them all on her own and that it really came in handy as well. She nodded, "I bet it does, and I can just imagine all the bits it saves you to be able to use your own gems rather than having to pay someone else for them. It definitely shows in your work since you can put almost all of your resources into your fabrics. The boutiques in Canterlot didn't have dresses as nice as yours. I know I've said it several times but it's the truth!" she laughed as Rarity added that she hoped that Ponyville continued to treat her well. She nodded, "I hope so too. At the very least Ponyville has given me the warmest reception and the most reason to stay than any other place I've been to." she said looking up to her, "And you had a helping hoof in that as well," she told her truthfully. "If it wasn't for everypony's kindness here, I don't know what I would have done."
  25. Ice Storm took a day off from her own store today, as this was a moment that she'd been helping Lore with for a while herself when she could and she wanted to See lore to well on his grand opening just as she did. She was very much happy to help support her friend and landlord to see things off straight. She knew that there would be some sad ponies that would be sad if they didn't get their snow cones today which is why she always kept spare cones and flavoring in her saddle bag. Whenever she wasn't open, her snow cones were free for all fillies and foals. She could already see some ponies gathering around the shop and Ice smiled. Rarity had shown up to the grand opening, as well as the mayor, both she had expected to see there, and there was another rusty red unicorn that had come to the area as well. She was another pony in Ponyville that she hadn't met yet. At the very least with each passing day that list was getting smaller. She approached the store and nodded at the Mayor as she entered, "Good morning Miss Mayor, Lore, Rarity," she greeted happily. "Today's the big day," she added smiling at Lore. "Hopefully your store does as good as mine! I want nothing more than to see everypony happy with what they do and have the success that they wish for," she finished.
