I can use logic to overcome some fears, but not ones that involve pain. Like bee stings. Its not that I don't like them. Just afraid of them. I'm not allergic to bee stings- the only thing I am allergic to is the chemical created by stress! Makes me break out into hives.

Bees in general have always just scared me. Its a bit of an irrational fear, I know. But humans are irrational beings.

G1 has some great stuff in it, and some of G2 is pretty good. The reason I love G4 so much though is, well, Faust. It reminds me heavily of my all time favorite cartoon, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends.

Actually, someone JUST won the Nobel Prize in Physics for finding an alternative to Silicon. A special kind of Graphene that can carry a charge as small as one electron. So it won't fail. We already solved the issue. SCIENCE!

Oh don't misunderstand me- I LOVE overthinking too! It just bugs me when people argue with each other about said overthinkings. If that makes sesne.

One thing that bugs me? Overthinking. This fandom does a lot of it. Just visit Ponychan's /show/ board. I mean, my God. Some of the things they argue there are just totally irrelevant.

About four or five of my IRL friends are Bronies, but none of my friends are what I'd call "anti-brony". A few of them find it to be weird, but hey, people thought I was weird before I was a brony.

I could never join a military of any nation, do to my beliefs on war and my pacifist nature. That being said, I do have a family history of military service- for various nations. My great grandfather was drafted into the German Wehrmacht during World War II (my family did not immigrate to the USA until the 1960s), and died in Russia during the battle of Stalingrad. My grandfather joined the US military with a fake ID to escape Communist Albania, and my other grandfather served in the Swiss Army in the Telephone Pole Corps (in Switzerland all public works such as roads and telephone poles are constructed by the army). And my father was in the US Navy- until he was dishonorably discharched for, ah, "misconduct", as well as drug abuse. I have been on several army bases while traveling abroad though, and have many friends in the armed services.
