Rolling Thunder was quickly given briefings on the situation as the carriage he was in sped towards the Fillydelphia museum. He was quite angry to find the usual vague information REIN fed him when things were going wrong. As henflipped through pages upon pages of material deliberately left incomplete, wondering why Centcom had sent him, a combat and militia training officer, to be in charge of a robbery investigation. From what he could tell something incredibly important must have been stolen, it couldn't be written down, it had sparked a declaration of martial law in the Fillydelphia area, and he was being put in charge of it all. As he was attempting to understand the situation in his mind, the carriage stopped. He was herded out of a carriage and into a command post for the operation. As he arrived he noticed several concerned looking REIN ponies eyeing him nervously before one walked over and said, "Captiain Rolling Thunder as the only combat officer on this operation and you will be the commander of the operation and carry it out as you see fit. I am your new handler, and before you ask, no I can not tell you my name or why you are here yet. I will brief you separately from all the troops and inform you then." As Thunder attempted to protest the REIN pony shoved him into a new tent and told him to wait there until it was time for the briefing.

Rolling Thunder motioned for the medic pony to move on and treat the other survivors. He had noticed several of them had quite serious injuries and needed treatment urgently. The medic pony scrambled off and Rolling Thunder began to assess the situation He began to look around and take in every detail of the location. Immediately he began to plan on how to keep everypony safe until rescue would come. "the first thing we'll need is a shelter" he muttered to himself, before he shouted, "Could any capable ponies who are not busy please come forward so we can make a plan for shelter and other necessities " and waited for any response.

Rolling Thunder suddenly jerked back into conciousness, he was lying in the remains of the crashed airship. He began moving his various limbs, and was glad to find nothing broken. Soon his mind caught up to his body and the realization he was still in danger came back to him. Slowly clamboring onto his hooves he noticed that the airship was at a dangerous angle and he may only have moments to get to safety. As he began making his way through the wreckage he caught glipse of one of his swords. As he put it in its respective sheath he began to look for the other sword. As he looked around the seats he caught a glimpse of his reflection in some glass, the armor he was wearing had done its job and no major injuries were visible, he silently thanked celestia for wearing his armor for the flight. As he clamored toward the back of the airship he saw an exit and finally a glint of sunshine off the side of his sword. Scooping it up and placing it into its sheath it he moved toward the exit. He quickly shouted, "one more coming out" before moving to the exit and climbing up onto the ledge outside. Once outside he immediately lay down and began to feel the adrenaline leaving his system. Sudden surges of pain came from all his joints and he could see his blood begining to cover the ground around him. The only thought that came to his mind was to feebley ask "Anypony here have a bandage?"

I've been sick a couple days sorry about not posting.

Rolling Thunder had been doing his best to help the ponies in the passenger compartment, but as the crash continued he felt something like being bucked in the head hard. His helmet had taken most of the impact but he fell over on his side in a complete daze. As he tried to regain his bearings he could hear panic surrounding him; then, as if almost to spite him, a sudden movement of the airship smashed him into a wall, leaving him barely conscious and barely aware of his surroundings. Just when he thought everything was over, the airship hit the ground in a final sending him flying head over hooves, forward into a quite spectacular collision with another wall. As he lay on what he assumed was the floor he muttered "Father, I guess I may be seeing you sooner than expected" before finally collapsing into an armor clad heap.

I apologise for the whole incident I didn't set out with the intention of goddmodding but yes I definately did there, i blame my own inexperience; so sorry. I may not be chap but I knew that; I didn't realise that people who aren't me bother to learn about that obscure stuff too.

Can't add much to what Templar said other than, isn't what our RP characters are trying to do what the REA would be trained to do in an emergency? No offense or anything I just didn't think it would be seen as godmodding.

Rolling Thunder was listening in as all the other ponies began bickering over Celestia knows what. He was just grateful nopony sat next to him and he could enjoy the ride in relative peace. Then turbulence disrupted the flight again. This time the turbulence didn't stop and Rolling Thunder found himself thoroughly distracted. All of a sudden he felt the sensation of falling and was thrown into the aisle of the airship. He heard a pony shout "Oh bollocks, I think we're crashin'!" before he began sliding backwards. Thunder quickly rammed his swords into the ground behind him and secured is hooves on them. As all this was going on he saw the other military pony going to the cockpit. Hoping this other pony was either a pilot or cable of making a force field he did the only thing he could think of and he shouted as loud as he could "Everypony get down and brace yourselves". After this he began using magic to hold all the ponies he could see into seats and forced their heads down. Then he took a reassuring but very loud tone of voice and repeatedly said "Everypony remain calm. We will be okay"

Rolling Thunder was happy to be going to Stalliongrad, even if it was only on orders to inspect the local garrison. He had left the city for canterlot 19 yars ago and this was his first time coming back. He was slightly annoyed at how long the airship flight was taking so long but was finding ways to entertain himself. He was regretting wearing his red captains armor for the flight because sitting still for so long had made it stifling. He let his thoughts wander to his packed belongings mostly worrying that his one or both of his swords would be damaged or da,age something else he brought. Other than that he had his basic civilian clothes his dress uniform and all the other odds and ends a traveling pony carries with them. He wasn't bothered when the airship hit some minor turbulence, but it did bring another pony in a military dress uniform to his attention. As he heard the other military pony object to the complaining lavender pegasus he made a note to start a conversation. As he felt the turbulence continue he sat back down and picked up his files on the Stalliongrad garrison and, in an attempt to distract himself, began reading through them.

Thanks yeah I guess I am making him seem a little glorified I'll add more on his faults and remove the things making his peers seem worse I think his achievements can stand on his own. Also I hadn't noticed the typo do thanks for pointing it out. Again thanks it helps to hear others perspectives

He was commissioned one of the few active duty REA officers. His honor turned to dismay at commanders who he saw as glory hoarding. This has led him to seek his promotion to Captain of the 2nd "Iron Hooves" battalion. He unlike most ponies has some experience from when he seised the opprotunity to defend canterlot against the changeling attack. This ended when chrysalis was defeated ths the city being saved.many REA guards including rolling thought they may be reprimanded for allowing the attack to happen at all. To his, and many other ponies surprisegiven medals were given to all the guards for aiding Equestria in it's time of need. This was followed by the old captain retireing and rolling taking his place. Rolling tries not to think of himself as superior to anypony but he does use his privlages from time to time.He has a heavily impulsive and outgoing personality that can cause peoblems on some missions. He is never intentionally hostile, but gets angered very easily which can scare some ponies who do not know him well. His current superiors refer to him as steadfast and loyal to the cause. He is generally liked the ponies under his command and is not afraid to lead patrols himself. He speaks with a light stallian accent inherited from his childhood that isn't difficult to understand. He frequently runs searches looking for any information as to his mothers disappearance and recently saw his father die peacfully but he only had Rolling for comfort. This left a profound effect on him and has replaced his usually isolationist personality with a more outgoing friendly one. It has so increased his impulsiveness and has gotten in trouble several times because of it. Also he is a little less mature than most ponies his age, but when it comes to his duty he does his best to put this aside.
