In honor of the upcoming Les Miserables movie coming out, I've been listening to the soundtrack throughout the day

Any version is good, but I do think I prefer The Dream Cast in Concert, which was a stage version that was filmed.
-
Ooo... I'll have to give that one a listen then.
-
Watch the movie too! (The stage one, not the new one. Well, the new one looks good too.)

You know, I wonder if reality can undergo the fictional conundrum of the plot hole. It would be interesting if, for one brief moment, logic threw itself out the window.

NSFW, but here: http://www.cracked.com/article_18459_the-5-creepiest-unsolved-crimes-nobody-can-explain.html . There are plenty of unexplainable mysteries in the world. Look up '6 People Who Just Disappeared' on that site. The link for that would be NSFW, so I can't give it to you directly.
-
Well. That site certainly knows how to make death and creepy mysteries humorous. As for my preferred story of the beginning, I'm still working out all of the kinks, but I'm in the midst of this universal yin-yang type of belief that ties in with everything. It's rather unfinished, and I'm not even sure if its right, but its the closest thing I've got to working out some semblance of rationality with life. Or at least, life as I perceive it. That is to say, I don't have...

Dang it. ran out of room.

Just beat New Vegas. Now, we move on... to... I have no idea what to play next. huh.

I can't say I have played the jak/ratchet series. Maybe that'll be next. Oh, and sadly I don't have a 3ds, but Bioshock does look promising.
-
Also want to try out the new Tomb Raider game, but I heard that one is just LOADED with quicktime events. And I hate seeing "PRESS A TO LIVE" scenes in my games. D:
-
Yeah, kinda ruins the cinematic-ness of a scene, and the gameplay of the game scenes.
-
And once again, I find myself being roped into Disney movies for the umpteenth time.

I've seen a few scenes and already Ratigan seems like one of the better villains Disney's had. I would say its a bit underrated as far as movies go.
-
There is some creepy stuff in there. The music and story is great though.
-
Let me know what you think when you finally see it.

I wonder if whoever designed Microsoft Power Point didn't have user friendliness in mind sometimes. Course, if there are instructions somewhere, I probably wouldn't read them.

Copy/Paste.
-
There is also an 'apply to all' option.
-
Regrettably, neither of those options work quite as well as I would like them too. My powerpoint is, how you say, somewhat lopsided. By which I mean the slides and such are varying lengths. I shouldn't complain though, I dug myself into my own ditch.
-
You know, I wonder if life really does have a simple answer and people just over complicate the problem.

STAHP! Math is complicated. WHAT ARE YOU DOING?
-
Math is hard, let's go shopping!
-
Capital idea! ...get it? capital? as in, capitalism?
-
So... umm... back from the dead. For now. Sorry for the absence, and stuff.

That Miracle Max works wonders.
-
Yeah... but between you and me, his wife's kind of a witch.

LIAR! LIAAAAARRRRRR!

I have decided to reread all of the Calvin and Hobbes comics I own. Should be fun.

You make it sound like a lot.
-
Oh, it really isn't. I only own three (I think) of the collections. Still, tis enough to bring joy
-
ah...so many memories.

I just saw the performance of Wicked: the musical. It was absolutely stunning! I haven't seen anything that grand in a long time.

I saw it down at the paramount in Seattle. Rather lovely theater.
-
Wait wait, you live in Seattle? Do you go to any meet-ups? Why didn't you invite me to go with you? ;_;
-
Well, not in Seattle persay. I live in Auburn, if you know where that is. And sadly, I haven't been to any meet ups, nor did I know you lived in Seattle as well. Terribly sorry 'bout that...

Why can I not get childhood nursery rhymes out of my head? I've been humming them for the past week to the point of annoyance.

peas porridge hot...
-
Oh my, this is bad when it happens to me. My childhood rhymes were the rhymes of ruffians and the kids from the wrong side of the tracks!
-
Well, let's see, songs like skip to my loo, The ants go marching one by one, and many very similar in tune. Those seem to be the most common.

A strange game, life. Sometimes it seems so straightforward, other times its as complex as it gets. Wonder if it has to do with the players?

In response to the quote, does this game even have a winning move, or is the point of the game to find it out? In response to the creator, do all games need one, or do they evolve past the need for one?
-
No winning move. It's multiplayer only, and has a ranking system, which is pretty cool.
(We can go deeper)
-
Oh indeed, but I think they interesting part is how the character generator works. Everything is distributed seemingly at random.
-
So today I restarted my Fire Emblem for the bleventeenth time. Its amazing how they get the characters down to where they aren't great, but you still feel horrible when they die.

Zat would be sacred stones. I must be honest, its one of the two I've played, along with shadow dragon.
-
It's funny because that happened to be one of the only two I played as well, the other being Radiant Dawn for the GC.
-
Well, you know what they say about coincidences. At least, I hope you do. Cause I got nothing.

Let the unending reign of Christmas songs... BEGIN!

I know, I know. I'm a late holiday'er. But in my defense there are a lot of cool songs that aren't Christmas related. Someone has to listen to them!
-
XD just kiddin' bro.
-
Aren't we all? Probably not.
-
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.
-
You know what's a fun word to say? Archipelago. That has to be one of my favorite words.
-
I seem to have picked up a great liking for the Victorian Era sometime in the past few months. Maybe it had to do with my recent steam punk obsession.
-
You know what would be awesome? If cloning was perfected. I would totally give myself a high five. Maybe play some X box, too.
-
So today I learned that the humble doily is indeed the key to ULTIMATE COSMIC POWER! ...somehow

What has roots as nobody sees; up, up it goes, yet never grows?
-
I started watching Firefly today. WHY DID NOBODY TELL ME TO DO THIS EARLIER?
-
"Ford, you're turning into a penguin. Stop it" - Arthur Dent
-
"You can't make an omelet without ruthlessly crushing a dozen eggs beneath a steel-toed boot"
-
I'd complete the line, but it potentially breaks the TOS. It is my favorite Tarquin quote. So glad Rich's thumb is healing, and that he is updating again.
-
Isn't it just? Also, might I add its rather grand to find another oots fan. 'Cause, it is.
-
Dude! OotS fans, unite! (also, latest comic makes me sad)
-
-
I'm gonna sing the doom song! Doom doom doom, doom doom doom, doomy doomy doomy doom, doom doom. The End.
-
Just finished a Nostalgia Critic marathon, and I pretty much have one thing to say. Sparkle sparkle sparkle!
-
Why do disney villains have such amazing songs?
