  3. Although I couldn't attend PonyconAU in Melbourne this week, I decided to record a special video message instead:

  4. Some more items arrived today to bring me some well needed cheer. This Snowdrop t-shirt from Redbubble that I ordered is one of them: http://twitpic.com/dtq4i7

  5. Despite the recent events that have happened to me over the last two weeks, there was something good that happened. I recived a package with the first of my Pozible pledge rewards for the PonyconAU campaign today: http://twitpic.com/dszczg

  6. I decided to a tribute video for my grandma tonight as I won't be able to attend the funeral and for one of the final shots, I lit a candle and placed a photograph of her to pay my respects: http://twitpic.com/dsq4bn

  7. This heatwave is starting to take it's toll. Four straight days of 40 degree temperatures (104F) with little to no relief in sight.

Take your pick, we up here in the USA are having cold-snaps WAY below normal (though only for a few days at a time)

  8. What a day. This heatwave is really taking it's toll at the moment with the main temperature here reaching upwards to 44 degrees: http://twitpic.com/dseuzv

  9. (Sighs)....it finally happened. Got the phone call last night from Caboolture hospital. My grandma has passed away after a brave fight. RIP

      Sorry to hear that.

  10. (Sighs)....my 2014 has not gone to plan. I got a knock on the door on Tuesday night from the local police telling me that my grandma has taken a turn for the worst and to make arrangements to say goodbye. I really don't want to travel back up to Queensland a second time, but I'm worried like Rarity at the moment.

Sorry to hear that, but I do hope you get to visit her...

  11. I also picked up some picture frames (the correct sized ones) for the art print that I received when I was on my trip: http://twitpic.com/drddwt

  12. Whew! After a great week and a bit in Queensland, I'm back home and ready for the new year. Speaking of which, I ventured down to my local post office to collect my mail from my PO Box and I found this waiting for me: http://twitpic.com/drddnt

  13. It is now midnight in my home state of NSW where 2014 has finally arrived. So from me, it's a very happy new year!

  14. The last day of 2013, which in turn also marks the beginning of a new chapter in my life. If you haven't guessed yet by the profile changes, I am starting a three year journey (estimated) to transition into a female. Although the road will be hard and long, I feel that it's time to correct something that wasn't right from the start. I have included my reasons in a blog post on my site which can be viewed here: http://bit.ly/1emZa61

  15. Wow. What a day. Won some money on Powerball, visited my grandma and even got my Dick Smith gift cards redeemed on a new Nexus 7 tablet. But the most exciting thing to come out of today is that I was the surprised his morning when someone on deviantART drew my OC pony (Charming Heart, or Charmie for short) as a Xmas gift!: http://twitpic.com/dq5g45

  16. Christmas Day here in Australia and I'm on the road travelling to Queensland. Better get this out the way.....Merry Christmas!

  17. In the rhyme of Zecora: “A inspirational man, who changed our lives, leaves this world and says his goodbyes. Thank you for everything you have done, because I looked up to you from day one. Thank You, Mr Mandela."

Here, here. A fond farewell to one of the best of us. Rest well, Mr. Nelson Mandela; your task is complete.

We shall forever remember Mr. Mandela!! He is such an inspirational man in our world.

  18. Wow. 28 years. 28 years old on the 28th November. Another year older, another year wiser. Now where did I put those plans so I can sneak into work without being noticed?

      tacobob

      gets older, but never wiser.

  19. Wow. Tomorrow I turn another year older. This time it's 28 years. Only two years away until I hit the 30's...scary stuff.

Age is a perception of the mind. Look at me: I'm not even 20 and I have back problems. :U

  20. After some well earned sleep and a morning cuppa, it's time for me to put in my two bits. To quote from my Twitter post earlier this morning: "Whew! What a premiere! Had a bit of trouble keeping up, but I think this season is going to be the biggest and the best yet." Thoughts on the episode itself are below (spoilered):
  21. Like the season three premiere and finale episodes, I'll be watching the season 4 premiere via one of the live streams (using the Ustream VIERA app) on my Panasonic home theatre system and having a bottle of Schweppes lemonade and a bag or two of Doritos (Cheese Supreme). The only downside to catching the premiere live is that I have to pull a late night/early morning (2:00am) or two to catch the episode live due to the time differences between the US and Australia which means having to give up my early Sunday morning sleep in.
  22. Well folks, today marks a special day for me. It was on a cold and freezing November night two years ago, that I discovered My Little Pony for the very first time. Today also marks my second year as a brony, and since that night it has been a life changing experience.

  23. The Australian summer means a lot of things. Cricket, tennis, sun (30+ degree temperatures) and surf to name a few. For an Aussie brony, summer means Saturday nights and early Sunday mornings staying up to 2:00am to catch a new MLP episode live to air. Get ready, season four cannot come fast enough!

  24. I'm on the mend and very close to returning to work soon after the sciatic nerve went in my back last week. Remind me to never, ever go though sciatic nerve pain like that again. It will, and I mean, will put you out to dry.

    1. Brony55

      Brony55

Hey just a reminder never ever go though sciatic nerve pain like that again.

  25. (Sighs)....it's not a good thing when a sciatic nerve (Sciatica) goes in your back. Pain everywhere and out of commission workwise for a few days.
