Welcome to the Equestria forums Lone Crow :3 Always good to have another drawfriend running around; there are plenty other artists to mingle with, and many-a-pony who could use a helping hand learning how to design their own OC. Few quick easy directions- right now you stand in the heart of the Equestria forums- the introduction forums! Head any direction from here and you'll find something new and interesting. We've got our creative corner for drawfriends and writefriends, we've got our chatterstables, FiM Discussion boards, our Equestian Character boards, our RP boards, and still yet more. Before you dive right in, we ask that you stick around the introduction area until you are 5+ posts; at which point the rest of the boards open up for you to post in. You can hop into other topics and introduce yourself to other bronies and welcome them, or you can continue to tell use more about your hobbies/projects and/or dreams here; that's all up to you. Before you can post in any of the RP sections, you have to create an OC character for yourself, and get it approved by our staff. If your interested in some resources or the application format for submitting a character, you can find a link to those boards in my signature; we've got a lot of free resources that might prove helpful (Or you can rely on your awesome draw-friend skills). At this current time we have suspended accepting any new applications for RP; but this is very temporary, and will be lifted as soon as we are able to accommodate the large influx of RP'ers here on the board. In the meantime, feel free to familiarize yourself with the process, that way when we accept apps again, you will be ready to go! Only way I was able to pull it off is through eBay, you can try there. Yeah I looked, just a little to pricy when trying to afford anniversary, and engagement items. Maybe someday :3

I dont want to sound too old; but I understand where your coming from. As much as I've gotten used to the age of 'anon', and the apparent power behind treating everything as potential shock value; I think I really wanted an example of some kind of global proof that there is some kind of hope and warmth in people. Everyone kind of pleasantly assumes it; but hanging around places like 4chan proves you pretty wrong pretty fast it seems. I was taken by surprise, and i'm sure it sounds corny, by just how *friendly* the community became as MLP FiM coursed through so many 'hardened' anons like me, and turned their worlds upside down. For me, it was somehow like rediscovering innocence; that it was okay to enjoy a show like MLP FiM, and openly practice things like honesty and warmth on the internet, without being immediately laughed off of it. In my own perspective, the show really is nothing less than magic. In some ironic way- I think more grown men (and quite a few of us lady folk) have shed more tears over these last few months since Faust ripped our hearts out and showed us just how much we missed having them. Perhaps this is all too 'touchy feely', but gosh darn it- I agree with you. MLP FiM has done something pretty moving in a community that is known for refusing to budge. For that, I'm particularly proud to be a part of the fandom. There is always the internet; you can always find a fellow brony to pick up a toy for you and mail it your way. I know I intend to find myself a Rainbow Dash to stick in my shoulder bag. :3

I am hopelessly addicted to MLP FiM as well, in fact i'm sportin' a nice Rainbow Dash in my Firefox viewer right now! I've got some helpful links for you in my signature- the first is to our rules board which is always helpful; and the second is to our Equestrian Characters board, where you can find handy tools to help you design your own pony to RP with if you are so inclined. Once you are up to 5+ posts, all the other forums open up to you- but you have to submit an application to RP with your original character, so if your interested in RP'ing, you'll want to take a look in the applications forum. However, know that at this very moment we are not accepting new applications for RP, but that is only temporary. We will be opening up to accept new applications as soon as possible. So be sure to take a look around, and feel free to start working on your character now if you have that in mind :} And finally, if you have any questions, just ask. Hey there, and welcome to the forums! I recall those G-1 days, but for me they were never steady enough to manage to really get into the show. I had a few toys, but I was young and so was my attention span. When I first heard of FiM I rolled my eyes a bit thinking "ah, what better way to spend the afternoon than to remind myself of how embarrassing my youth was!", and like so many others was pleasantly, pleasantly surprised. We've got a lot going on here at the boards; the RP section being just one of our awesome features, we've also got a chat with live bronies, and all sorts of shenanigans in the other boards as well- but as its RP your looking for, you've come to the right place! There are some helpful links in my sig for you, including the best-selling topic called "Rules" (I highly recommend, its a fantastic read), and after that is a link to our Equestrian Characters board, where you can find resources to help build/design and share your character ideas. It looks like you've already got something whipped up, but you can also see what other ponies are doing. We've very temporarily suspended applications for characters due to the sheer number of applications pouring in and we really need to sleep, too, but be sure to take a look in the applications forum so that you'll be ready to submit yours when we open them up again. Its refreshing when i get to read something that has obvious passion written into it; and I feel like I can understand and relate to (I do!) your deep soul-ful need for ponies. As for getting started here, once your up to 5+ posts, the rest of the board will open up for you to post in. Until then, you can search out other new users and welcome them, or tell us more about yourself, your hobbies, or your particular involvements in the fandom; or just how badly waiting for the next episode to come out makes you feel like your going to pee yourself- after that you can post in any of our other numerous sections of the board with the exception of RP. We're currently overwhelmed with the big influx of new users, and have very temporarily suspended new apps for characters to RP- but this just means that now is the perfect time to plan out your character, and familiarize yourself with the application process so that when we accept them again, you'll be ready to go! Haha I like her response. Go Faust~ Seriously though, I can't believe people are such jerks as to write something like that on her DA page! You'd think that being an artistic community, people would respect the work that goes into ANY artistic work -- even if it is a "kid's show" that isn't their cup of tea. I find it very brave of her to allow people to comment freely on her DA, even when hateful people like this might show up there. That is pretty awesome of her. More and more, I think I respect her for her suave ability to handle jerks.

Hey there and welcome to the forums :3 As for "whats up", I am currently buried in about 4 feet of snow in every direction- so ponies until i can get out of my house!

I'm pretty sure everypony is 20% more at something. 20% cuter 20% cooler 20% more booky 20% more tough 20% crazier 20% more stylish or something like that I think instead of 20% more booky, it'd be 20% smarter. And instead of more tough, what about just tougher? Maybe 20% prettier for Rarity...but I do like stylish. 'smarter' was what i first put down, but it seemed unfair to the other ponies. Then i thought of 'learned', but that sounded too..pompous. So i gave up at booky xD and totally right on the tough -> tougher. I can talk books! D:

Ahh- as for a custom pony toy maker- I do believe we have a few individuals who muck around with it- you could likely find out in the creative corner of our forums, or even by asking in the chat when people are around :} Oh That would be awsome. But I bet there expensive. I think that depends; if your getting one commissioned, yes it could be. But if your learning how? just the price of materials!
