"Hello one and all, for those of you who don't know I am Sir Balador and I propose a plan for those of you with interest in Canterlot Chronicles. I propose a guild of protectors. Those blasted freewing pirates, roam Equestria in search of items to steal, I say it is something we cannot stand for. I say we rise up and fight them, so I ask you to join us on our adventures, and help stamp out these villains!" -Balador of the Rosalia Brigade. Hey there canterlot, Neo's here with a bit of a fun idea. As most of you know by now, Canterlot Chronicles currently has a 'faction' of pirates that was created by Quicklime. This was a great idea and I offered to make a character to fill a role in that group. After a very long discussion between, several app edits, and the creation of two characters, Quicklime offered the idea of Aselia becoming a rival to the Pirates, of which I figured that Aselia wouldn't seem fit to rival them without some bigger reason, or you know...being jobless. So both Balador the Griffin and the Rosalia Brigade were created and currently we are looking for members of all species, occupations, skills, etc. While we will work and RP a lot with the Freewing pirates (So get used to their presence.) we will also have a few side missions and quests to go along with. This is where we will discuss our storylines for those kind of things. This is also the current place for the creation of Rosalia Brigade members or adding the tie-in to our guild there. There are some things to remember when adding or creating a character for this. 1. Remember that we need creatures who fight, so add how your character acts in combat. 2. Remember that the Rosalia Brigade is both evil and good. You could make your a character with a good alignment or with a bad one. It all depends on how you perceive us. Not all of our actions will be "Knight" worthy. 3. Make sure you character has Balador mentioned as he is the one doing the real recruiting. 4. Criminals can be accepted though they have to swear to abide by the law after they join. Whether your character meant that or not is up to you. 5. Please participate in the RP if you get a spot on the guild. We don't need a character to sit on their hands while the rest of us are out hunting pirates. 6. We are the mortal enemies of the Freewings, remember that. Currently our guild has two positions filled. Leader (Balador) Alchemist (Aselia) Several other jobs can be filled to, such as: Archer Lancer Wizard Combat specialist Inventor Knight Second-in-command Remember that there are more than these jobs but these would be the ones I can think of off the top of my head. Also (Except leader and Second-in-command) any job already listed that has been filled might be able to be filled again. Of course I have a limit of 2-3 depending on the job but yes most jobs can have more than one member filling the position. Also if your gonna app a character or add a character for the Rosalia brigade tell me here so I can get a look at the app. I will act as a bit of a makeshift 'Lore helper' just so I can add my fifty cents to it. It might also be a good idea to message me that the character has been posted so I can see some of the things you do and add my two bits. The rest of the choices are yours and yours alone. Hello one and all! Neo here with my first entry in explaining OC's and the like. What with Lux being (I think) done with her characters right now, I've decided to bring my third favorite character on the list. (Behind Time Spinner and Aselia.) So what exactly was the inspiration for Gadget you might ask? Well...my little brother. Time Spinner was my ponysona, so it would make sense that when my little got his ponysona, he would be related to mine. Of course that destroys the whole backstory of Time Spinner but I did find a way around that with the introduction of something called a time loop, but we'll talk about that when we get to Time. Now if you've been keeping track of all of my real OC's we have eleven, soon to be twelve, and all of them except Time Spinner will show up, re-designed, in Canterlot Chronicles. I'm going to hold off on Time for a while, a LONG while. Anywho Gadget will be the next to get an app there, once I decide his purpose for it and once I get to work with my little brother. Gadget's personality has remained reletivly the same, no matter where he goes. He's always somewhat of an idiot and has been an inventor of sorts, even though he's never showed this off in any role-play. Since I really have no idea how to go about this, Gadget will be done in the style that Lux has done. So inspirations: 1. My little brother- The way Gadget acts is pretty much the way Gadget acts in RP. It makes sense that it would be this way. The same thing goes for the relationship that me and my brother have. He's a lot more of a socialite and I'm more introverted. I always end up going to some crazy place with him and I do have that "I hate you all" attitude that Time Spinner can have with most ponies. (Or will have when he get's re-designed.) 2. Building- Gadget's talent is inventing, and around the time that I had invented Gadget, I was in love with building things, and the like. During the time of Gadget's creation, I had built a replica master sword, Mickey's keyblade, and a ceramic pedestal thing that I'm not quite sure where it went. Anyways I thought it would be a great idea to make a character who loved to build while I loved to build. However since I kind of...lost interest in that I have yet to show that attitude, but that will be shown of in canterlot chronicles. Other information: Gadget makes appearances in other timelines that I have created based on Roleplays, stories, and even songs. He is three roleplays short of beating Time Spinner for most roleplays. Gadget, like all of my characters, has a theme song which is Ciela's theme.

"And I'm Gadget, one of the heroes of the Legecy, and we have a Roleplay for you!" "Indeed, Neo has been very hard at work recently, school's not been kind to him, he's been dealing with stuff over in the Sonic fannon wiki, and he's been working with QuickLime on Aselia, our newest member of the OC list!" "While he was working, Neo's also been thinking about plots for some Roleplays and this one seems really fun and interesting, so we're posting it!" "Neo if you'll explain more?" I'll be happy too. The Wut? series was created for the purpose it was built around that really doesn't make any sense but then again it does. We'll get to details in a minute but just so everyone knows the Wut? series is PVP or player vs player. There will be two teams and their will be a winner. This roleplay is no exception. If you've ever played infection in Halo before then you'll be familiar with the concept. As I've said there are two teams, one team has one person and the other team has everyone else. The person by themselves is the Discorded seed, and I will pick them by random and inform them via PM. The DS can go around speaking to others and infect them by PMing them. Then that person will go around being discorded, they can't infect others unless given that ability from the DS, which I must be informed of. More details on that when you get the DS. The DS' job is to infect everyone in the RP, so that they can win. Everyone else's job is to find out who it is, and stop them. When they do that it will fix the problem at hand for our story. "Do you remember those Comic's Neo put at the bottom of his reivews? You thought they were just there to be there didn't you?" "Nope! That's our story for you." Well not exactly; Our story is that Time Spinner and myself have been discorded and because of this we can't do anything in the fandom. Gadget and Change have summoned you to help out with the problem, your taken to My room and you see the problem yourself. That's when we find out that one of you is the one making this problem happen and it's up to you to keep it up or destroy it and save the two of us. One thing important to this story is what I call omnipotent, omnipotent is when a character knows they are in a RP and act like it is for real. Every RP that any character in this RP are considered cannon and are addressed kind of like plays. Some ponies can mention RP's that they heard of but weren't in for an example. "Also after some consideration we've decided that every species is available for this RP since it is for OC's. Anything from changling to buffalo to even alicorn, however magic doesn't work the same way where we are. So not all magic will work. Changling's can't change into other ponies unless they are original forms. They also won't ever starve because they can't absorb emotions." "While All OC types are allowed we will not accept a Cannon character into this RP. They have to stay in their dimension." "It should also be noted that not just OC's are allowed, User's themselves can RP well...themselves! Neo will be doing the same with Neo, so why not. Also all character's of Neo's aren't allowed to be discorded since we don't take a side here. However you also won't have to infect us to win so everything is fine." Name: Balador RP type: Canterlot Chronicles (CC) Gender: Male Age: Middle aged Griffin Species: Griffin Eye colour: Hazel Character colour: Gold and black Occupation: Knight, leader of the Rosalia Brigade Mane/Tail/Other: As a pureblooded Griffin from Talonopolis, Balador has the appearance of a sly eagle up front and and ferocious Lion on the back. His bird half is midnight black with well groomed feathers and fairly large wings. His lion side is the same color as a golden sun, with a few black specs in a few spots. Though you normally won't be able to see most of him as he normally wears a standard set of plate mail armor. Physique: Balador is fairly large, much larger than the average pony, but smaller then the average Griffin. He's built for lifting heavy objects, but isn't very fast or lightweight. It's very difficult for him to sneak around and because of this he will often force his way through when able to. Residence: Currently Traveling Unique Traits: Balador carries a sword and shield with him at all times. The sword is a fine grey weapon, made of steel. His shield is fairly average, only about two feet wide and 2-3 feet tall. It has a red rose on the front of it, which is also the symbol of the Rosalia Brigade. History: Balador was born in raised in the high social class in Talonopolis. His parents were fairly rich and due to this he was able to live in the rich district and live the privileged life. He looked forward to most days and never had to worry about many problems that griffins of a lower class had to worry about. He felt he deserved where he was in life. At a young age, Balador had shown promise in his strength, his father had noticed this and enrolled him in the squire-ship to become a knight of the Griffin kingdom. He was easily accepted, as another part of his family ran the school. There he learned several important skills for use later in his life. He had learned several tricks for numerous occasions, how to use his armor and shield right, and most importantly, swordplay. He was gifted with the sword, able to slash down many targets that had been set up for him after he had been taught many ethics with the sword. As he grew older he learned many things with his weapon, his armor, and fellow knights. These were things that had stuck with him until he had his first side job. A side job in the Knight's academy was often times similar to a test one would have to take to advance to the next class, in order for Balador to advance to the next ranking, he would have to complete his first side job. The task was a simple simulation, a griffin had something and a group of four knights needed to protect that griffin. The job was accomplished with ease and Balador knew that if the jobs remained like this, he would soon learn that's not the case. One of the things that one must do while in the Knight's academy is visit the armory that was in the lower quarters. This was where Balador learned about one of the most disgusting things in the world to him, thievery. When he had entered the armory he had learned that some griffin had snuck in last night and took most of the weapons in there. Without those items, how would the knights protect the city? He learned from this that the law is above else, the most important thing in the Equestria and should be followed without question. If one person were to break it and not be punished, the rest of the population would suffer. Crime hit an all time high in the lower quarters, at least until more weapons had made their way to Talonopolis. Years later Balador had graduated from the Knight's academy and made his way up the ranks in the Knight's of Talonopolis, his life hadn't changed much, he didn't get much action from where he was stationed but he did his job well. As years passed, so did ranks and soon he was a offered the chance to sponsor his own guild. Guilds were quite popular in the knights, they were often made up of five group teams who each specialized in different areas of expertise. However he preferred a solo act to groups and stayed in the city. Soon their was a group of pirates that had stolen from the city, though it felt more from himself for Balador. While on duty he was tricked and a group of pirates on an airship known as the Freewing had taken items from Talonopolis. When they got away and Balador was found he was made a mockery by the other knights. Balador blamed the Freewing's captain, Gangplank for his lost honor and he vowed to find that group and make them suffer to the fullest extent of the law. He formed a guild known as the Rosalia Brigade, implemented their symbol on his shield, (A golden wing with a rose petal on top of it.) and went on a long journey, following the pirates and looking for new members of the Rosalia Brigade. Character Summery: Balador knows he is strong and isn't afraid to show this skill when out on his adventures. He can be mean-spirited and down right cruel at times when speaking to those he believes are criminals. He takes the law very seriously and will never stray from it's guiding path. He can be very confident in all his abilities and isn't afraid to pull the 'Knight' title when someone mentions his armor, or questions his abilities. He will not take insubordination at all. Balador shows a list of emotions. He never truly trusts anyone unless they are a member of the law or a member of loyalty. He is disgusted by thieves and the like, and will try everything he can to arrest and send them to a dungeon. Though his main task is finding the pirate group sailing the Freewing and arresting their captain, Gangplank. He places this task above all else, including his and his comrades well-being. In combat Balador uses his sword and shield to defend himself and attack his enemies. As a knight he is fairly skilled in those two weapons but isn't very good at others. While wearing his armor, Balador is very heavy and can barely fly, if at all. His shield is durable however it isn't very good against magic and because of this magic attacks can be considered his weakness. "We will find those pirates, and make them suffer for all that they have done. That is our job Aselia, don't forget it."
