1. Psmith's typical attitude abruptly changed into a sorrowful one after Babs's comments. Long Drive himself trying not to be bothered by these words. He enjoyed, however, how Psmith was defending him once more.

"Hoofball? That spor-" Long Drive was about to speak up to counter her remark, only pausing in mid-sentence to realize he could have made a mistake on replying back. He didn't want to get into the middle of the conversation, otherwise Babs might have had a second chance on speaking up again. As much as he didn't like hoofball himself, Long Drive kept his mouth closed.

As Psmith continued, he muttered to himself. "Yeah, you don't have a special talent." His thoughts were interrupted by the calling of Psmith's name, and Long Drive looked up, seeing Psmith walk away in disappointment. The door closed slowly, dividing the younger colt and filly from Psmith, and Long Drive secretly smirked in triumph. I win this one.

  2. Equestria is just a fictional country, (not a world) and no one is sure if it exists. And even so, it doesn't always mean that it's occurring on a different universe, it might even be closer than we think.

But then again, no one is certain if it actually exist. Just think it as something fictional for now.

Does that mean the dirty versions invented by Cloppers are also real?

I'm guessing alternate universes doesn't include fandom.

  3. Skewer sighed. He didn't feel like coming out now, let alone to "exercise". Yet his mother drove him out of the house to force him to do something more productive rather than idle around the house all day with his chessboard and books for hours. He didn't understand why chess was any less productive than exercising outside.

Now, he was sitting down on the playground benches, engrossed in his Chess Opening Variations book, completely unaware of his surroundings. He had smuggled a chess-relevant book out of the house without his mum noticing. He had also planned on flying through a storm cloud to get himself wet before he returned home, to pretend like he was working out. He smiled and praised himself for his sneakiness and "perfect" plan.

Unfortunately for him, he had did a serious mistake on not timing himself or even looking up to see if the storm cloud was still there. Only until he finished up a chapter on the Four Knights Game did he look up to find the cloud gone, cleared away by the weather team. Even the other clouds were cleared, which put Skewer in disbelief. He smacked his own head for punishing himself with his blunder. "I'm too late!" Skewer scolded to himself. "I should've stopped reading earlier!"

  5. "Don't worry! The instructors were just introducing themselves. We're still just getting started."

"Instructors..." Long Drive looked up to see a few ponies- and strangely enough, a griffon- who seemed much older than the majority of ponies, who were fillies and colts like himself. He wasn't exactly sure what to do. This was his first time being in a camp, miles away from civilization, and most of all, living in the outdoors. He would've enjoyed his own home in the city more, if only it wasn't so distant. Long Drive wondered if the other fillies and colts were feeling the same way.

His thoughts were blown away as he saw the griffin slice an apple into pieces. Long Drive dismissed the aggressive action as a threat. Instead of inducing fear, Long Drive felt displeased himself from the action, and it was enough to give him a bad impression on the griffon. Remind myself to keep a distance from him, he noted to himself.

"Hi, new kid!" Long Drive turned his head to look at a filly, waving vigorously, who had shouted to him, or as he assumed. He trotted towards the bluish filly until he arrived next to her, and began to speak up. He hesitated from doing so, however, when he noticed who the filly was talking to; a colt with a dark green mane like the trees in a forest, which was also...dirty. He had noticed that even dirt was falling off of the colt's mane, which led to Long Drive being speechless.

  6. ((Thanks for letting me know I was up!! Feel free to message me the first day next time just in case, I'm sorry that u all had to wait so long on me but thank u for your amazing patience!!))

If we didn't have patience, almost all of the people here would've left after a day or two.

I threw a rock with a message tied to it through Starstorm's Window

Isn't that how prehistoric people used for instant messaging? And to extinguish fires?

    (Get the reference? ;) )

  7. As Babs mentioned cricket, Long Drive recalled the last time he witnessed a game of cricket. It didn't exactly entertain him, since it was basically a bunch of ponies running back and forth on two "bases"- wickets, the players called them- for hours on end. It seemed much more exhausting than golf, and repetitive, too. The reason why cricket was so interesting to these players were a mystery to Long Drive.

"Well, it's relaxing," Long Drive explained concisely, then continuing on to further prove his point. "Unlike cricket, you're able to play a different course every time. And if you're tired of playing the same courses, you can switch to another golf club. Don't you feel...restricted playing on the same kind of court every time you start a game? In golf, you're supposed to play on the in the fairway or rough grass, but still, you have so much space to yourself. And you get to be closer to nature, even if you live in the city." He pulled out his putter partially. "Plus, the clubs look cool."

Psmith talked afterwards, advocating his interest for golf. "Yeah...what he said." Long Drive added. He was quite pleased to know that some pony was supporting his idea.

  8. I've highlighted these sentences as they're all saying the same kind of thing--they're emphasizing how others fear, judge and dislike the character for who she is. We don't really feel that this is in the spirit of FIM or the WoE RP. Equestria should be a welcoming place that accepts ponies who are different. Moreover, how other ponies feel about about your character is really outside the scope of what your application should focus on. The focus should always be on who the character herself is.

No problem. I'll try remove or replace that part.

  9. Who doesnt like Rainbow Dash?

She got the whole gang their cutie marks using her Rainboom

To be honest, I didn't like that part. Cutie Mark Chronicles wasn't really a good episode to me; it was proposing that Rainbow Dash was the reason of their acquisition of cutie marks. It was too focused her; the message would've been better if say, they all got it from their own efforts, not from some Sonic Rainboom.

  10. I'm still keeping it open, I just don't have the time to edit it out. I'll try to do it as soon as I can.

Beyond that, I kind of question the name. What is it supposed to mean for the character? It's the French word for servant, but that certainly doesn't seem to match the character. Is there something else I'm missing for it?

"Her name was a term for magicians as a hidden box or pouch behind a table, which is widely used for magic tricks."

Its on the first paragraph of the history section. But still, if it's because of the name, I can change it.

For the backstory, I will change it if I have the chance.
