  1. "Oh, simple, I was born with it." the creature said, examining her plants for the correct herbs. "I'm a kelpie. A type of carnivorous water pony. Known for our skeletal faces and manes of seaweed. Oh, but don't get me wrong! I eat fish, not ponies." She flashed a toothy grin at the ponies.
  2. "Oh, uh, sure, but let's stop by my garden first... Healing herbs and whatnot, you know." she said, turning and trotting back into the forest, making sure the others were following her. They soon reached a neatly tended patch of various plants next to a crumbling old stone well. "My home." the softspoken creature said, gesturing towards the well.

They soon reached a neatly tended patch of various plants next to a crumbling old stone well. "My home." the outspoken creature said, gesturing towards the well.
  5. "Cleric?" she said, seeming puzzled. "If you mean gardener or healer, then, uh, yes."
  6. The creature stopped in her tracks, not looking very evil despite the bare skull that was her face. She stared at the ponies with deep, soulful yellow eyes and stepped back a bit, seeming to be struggling with her words. "U-uh..... Hello..." she murmured, barely audible.
  7. "Nice to meet you too." Monochrome replied warmly. "Oh," she added with a chuckle. "I do wash them, I just paint so much that it's stained my hooves." Just then, a large, dark creature flew through the window, skidding to a halt on their table. "Ivan!" Monochrome scolded the raven. "Sorry." the ebony bird croaked, feathers ruffled. Monochrome placed a hoof on her forehead. "Well, uh, Tawny, this is my raven, Ivan. He's really not supposed to be here." she said, gesturing towards the large bird. "Hello." it cawed loudly.
  8. Curious yellow eyes peered through the forest's shadows. They stared for a moment, confused and cautious. A creature then stepped into the moonlight on the edge of the clearing, ghostly white with a dark green mane and tail of seaweed glistening with water, and a skeletal face. Her sharp teeth glinted in the light, and she stepped forward, towards the strange newcomers.
  9. Welcome! If you have further questions or just need somepony to rp with, I'm happy to help.
  10. An awesome person who is SERIOUSLY good at role-playing, and has a good sense of humor. And came up with a very good nickname for me. Heh heh, mmm, sheep.
  11. I would get the heck in there! Frig, I'd still have my phone, my plush companion cube (I take that thing everywhere, I made it myself. ), and some other stuff, and I could be a PEGASUS! I could meet Pinkie. And Derpy! ALL THE PONIES!
  12. Ooc: Might I join this deathly adventure?
  13. Monochrome peeked outside at the commotion. The overly muscular one was holding the sheet of metal over a filly who was splattered with paint, just like Monochrome herself. Monochrome chuckled and grinned, going back inside and shaking the drops of rain out of her mane.
  14. "Oh, you haven't heard of them? Adorable little creatures, eat everything, multiply by coughing up another parasprite after eating something? No? Huh." she said with a shrug. The storm outside showed no signs of stopping anytime soon. Monochrome rushed off to deliver another order, stumbling a bit and winding her way back to the colt. "So... I don't think I caught your name, kid. Mine's Monochrome." She said, sitting down with him. Her messy black mane fell into her face, and she brushed it to the side with a paint-splattered hoof.
  15. Marbles looked at the filly, grinning widely. "Oh, hullo!" the little unicorn said, glancing at the displays again for a moment. "I've got a collection of pretty thingsh like theshe." She added, turning pleadingly to her parents, who chuckled and proceeded to ask what she wanted. She She slowly examined everything around her, obviously pleased. Her eyes finally came to rest on a shiny little thing, a light blue sapphire crystal expertly cut and smoothed into a sphere about the size of a golf ball. "Thish one, pleashe!" she said, pointing at the pretty object in the display. Her parents paid for the gem and gave it to Marbles, but it was obvious that Marbles didn't plan on leaving quite yet. She pranced about, still enthralled by all of the lovely pieces around her.
  16. Hey, could I bother you to draw my ponysona? Because you're an epic artist. :D Her app:http://www.canterlot.com/topic/15461-monochrome-fixed-ready/

  17. Monochrome stared at the muscular stallion for a bit, and her eyes widened as he snapped a crowbar simply by stepping on it. Wow. she thought. A lot of odd ponies come in and out of this shop.
  18. Marbles trotted along ahead of her parents. The dusty grey foal hadn't been to Trottingham in a while, and she was quite happy to see all the sights again. She began to head for the lake, but then something caught her eye. It was a little shop by the lake- and it was full of shiny things. Marbles' light green eyes widened as she made a sharp turn into the shop, nearly running over a filly and tripping over her own hooves immediately afterwards. She shook her her fluffy light blue and white mane out of her eyes and stood up, taking everything in with extreme delight.
  19. It's Krad's turn, and his computer is currently broken...
  20. "I've seen his shop... It's got kind of creepy feel to it, but it's really cool... And it's absolutely full of silver bottles." Monochrome remarked.
  21. Monochrome shook off her uneasiness and smiled at Bronze shine, accepting her repaired locket. "Thank you. I already gave the payment to your assistant, I think he's just a bit caught up to give it to you at the moment." she she said, admiring the intricate details of the antique locket, now shiny and expertly restored.
