Well, the ponies aren't necessarily going to be good at their assigned job at first, since in my rp the ponies were kind of randomly selected and woke up in the team buildings, so any oc could fit somewhere as long as they could get used to the requirements of their position or made a friend there who could help them. c:

Man, I hate being the last person to say anything for several days, in an otherwise active thread. Did I stun them with my brilliance?
