    operation: Xmas... uh can't think of a good name..... borrow mamaw's phone and charger. check. get two harry potter sized books, check. flashlight to see the books, check. pretend to be asleep at 12 and get up and look at presents, not time yet. get mom and dad up at 7 in the morning: not time yet.
