Elusive Costume Opinions?

Hey guys, I'm deciding to dress up as Rarity's genderswapped counterpart, Elusive, for Halloween this year, and I think I have a decent Idea down, only problem is that I'm having mixed feelings about it. I would love everypony's opinion on it, and if so, make some better reccommendations for it? No pics yet, as I am still in the designing phase and have yet to buy anything, I will post pics when the costume is final. Also, if this is in the wrong board, please move it

1. Black Cardigan (Actually own one already)

No wig?! I'd recommend you spend the money on something in a decent Rarity shade, short or long. Hair makes the costume, no doubt about it.

Also, a white jacket to pair with your top might be more prudent. Or perhaps a crisp white dress shirt, unbuttoned. But if you don't have that much cash, focus on the wig. That's really key.

And if you can afford anymore above the other two, try to have nice shoes. Rarity, male or female, would have nice shoes.

Forgot to mention those haha. I have some fairly nice ones in my closet Also, didn't even think of the white jacket... great choice haha. As for the wig, i'll try to find a decent short one... lol

Spesifically, there is this Rarity style wig and there's an option for a tail too. Now if Elusive has a long mane, this can work.

You have no idea how much this helps. Although I may just end up going with just the tail. 20$ less expensive and gets the message across rather well haha. I was also thinking of wearing a tape roll around my neck and wearing glasses haha.
