The Rosalia Brigade is looking for new recruits!

Those blasted freewing pirates, roam Equestria in search of items to steal, I say it is something we cannot stand for. I say we rise up and fight them, so I ask you to join us on our adventures, and help stamp out these villains!" -Balador of the Rosalia Brigade.

Hey there canterlot, Neo's here with a bit of a fun idea. As most of you know by now, Canterlot Chronicles currently has a 'faction' of pirates that was created by Quicklime. This was a great idea and I offered to make a character to fill a role in that group. After a very long discussion between, several app edits, and the creation of two characters, Quicklime offered the idea of Aselia becoming a rival to the Pirates, of which I figured that Aselia wouldn't seem fit to rival them without some bigger reason, or you know...being jobless. So both Balador the Griffin and the Rosalia Brigade were created and currently we are looking for members of all species, occupations, skills, etc. While we will work and RP a lot with the Freewing pirates (So get used to their presence.) we will also have a few side missions and quests to go along with. This is where we will discuss our storylines for those kind of things. This is also the current place for the creation of Rosalia Brigade members or adding the tie-in to our guild there.

There are some things to remember when adding or creating a character for this.

1. Remember that we need creatures who fight, so add how your character acts in combat.

2. Remember that the Rosalia Brigade is both evil and good. You could make your a character with a good alignment or with a bad one. It all depends on how you perceive us. Not all of our actions will be "Knight" worthy.

3. Make sure you character has Balador mentioned as he is the one doing the real recruiting.

4. Criminals can be accepted though they have to swear to abide by the law after they join. Whether your character meant that or not is up to you.

5. Please participate in the RP if you get a spot on the guild. We don't need a character to sit on their hands while the rest of us are out hunting pirates.

6. We are the mortal enemies of the Freewings, remember that.

Currently our guild has two positions filled.

• Leader (Balador)
  
• Alchemist (Aselia)
  

Several other jobs can be filled to, such as:

• Archer
  
• Lancer
  
• Wizard
  
• Combat specialist
  
• Inventor
  
• Knight
  
• Second-in-command
  

Remember that there are more than these jobs but these would be the ones I can think of off the top of my head. Also (Except leader and Second-in-command) any job already listed that has been filled might be able to be filled again. Of course I have a limit of 2-3 depending on the job but yes most jobs can have more than one member filling the position.

Also if your gonna app a character or add a character for the Rosalia brigade tell me here so I can get a look at the app. I will act as a bit of a makeshift 'Lore helper' just so I can add my fifty cents to it. It might also be a good idea to message me that the character has been posted so I can see some of the things you do and add my two bits.

Correct and normally I would be pretty strict on that role however I know how you Roleplay and I know how you use your characters. So I trust you to know what your doing. Though I'm going to over analyze it soon so beware of my reviewer powers.

Oh, and what type of pirates shall these ponies be!? Every time I see pirate themed RP I expect it to be along the lines of pirates that sailed the seas with eyepatches and Captain Jack Sparrow and all that jazz. Not ponies in airships and Treasure Planet stuffs

For Freewing it mentions that the "...group sails and FLIES around Equestria in traditional pirate fashion." So I assume airships?

As I understand, if you plan to make any changes to accommodate the more laxed enviroment of CC, then yes, you'd have to reapp. If you plan to directly port your WoE character to CC, then there is no need for another app.

On the contrary the Rosalia Brigade is not a band of pirates. We're a freelance guild hunting down the freewings and doin other 'justice' things. We're more of a vigilante group that you could say is more close to knights than pirates.

Also you can use an already approaved WOE character but if there are big changes such as being a wizard, than you'll probably have to re-app.

Of course, I'm not an RP helper, so what do I know?
