Plot: What if the Mane 6 failed, what if Nightmare Moon won? Equestria has plunged into eternal darkness, Nightmare moon rules over Equestria, though life lives out like normal. She doesn't rule with much of an Iron fist, so long as you pray to her every wednesday infront of the Cnterlot Castle. But what cost is that? She has sent her magic to all her ponies, each and everyone has become a Nightmare version of there former selves. They have enchanced skills and talents, but still life goes about like normal. Nightmare Moon developed a moon that could act like a sun as well, keeping the world in darkness but allowing plants to grow and trees to thrive as if the sun beat down on them.

...but what happened to the mane 6? What about Celestia? The mane 6 were last seen being driven out into the Badlands, but Celestia's whereabouts are unkown. The Mane 6 now want to take back there land, but where too weak alone, so they sided with the Changlings. Chrysalis cacooned them and turned them into Changling crossbreeds, and now they want to raise an army to take back the land!

Name: Xanmas "Xan" Umbrus

Gender: Male

Species: Pegasus

Appearance: Dark grey coat, practically black. Gray mane/tail, which are both long and spiky. Wears black cloak.

Personality: Cold, calculating, ruthless. Will do anything short of self sacrifice to get what he wants.

Bio: Xan grew up on the streets, and, for the most part, did so alone. He stole to stay alive, and became a full fledged thief by the time he was an adult, even turning thievery into his job. He wandered Equestria for many years, stealing for others and being paid for it, before the break out occurred. He is truly only loyal to himself, but he prefers this new lax government over the one Celestia ran. In the end, he would likely fight for whichever side seemed to be a tactically better choice to him.

Appearance: Very Dark purple coat with a very Dark mane and tail, her mane and tail are slightly wavy. Her mane also covers her left eye. light purple eyes. Cutie mark is two red eyes. She also wears a dark purple hood and cape.

Personality: Mysterious and somewhat cold. She's not much of a talker and only does when needed. She usually works alone, but she is also welcome for groups. It takes some time to befriend her. Even though she seems cold, she can be rarely caring.

Bio: Dark grew up in a not so good family. Her parents always fight, which lead her to be a loner. She doesn't talk much. When her parents separated, she ventured into the forest which she lived there alone. She self-trained herself there. She became a fighter in her hooves and wings. By studying the animals, she learned to fly gracefully and silently. She can stalk at other ponies without ever being caught. She is very light on her hooves which can make her very stealthy. She once stole a dagger which she usually uses as self-protection. When the break out occurred, it didn't really bother her. Eternal darkness can help her blend in the shadows better. She was okay with Celestia's way, though she wished for the night to last longer. The side she chooses can really depend on what benefits her.
