I.e getting robbed/attackedDecrease accuracy to player+enemiesYou can only take a handful of bullets before you die, same with human enemies.More tiny settlements.Less currancy.Considerbly less food/water.No hud.Can only carry a realistic amount of Wepons+Ammo.No long distance fast travel.Wounds get worse over time if not treated.Stimpacks only slight help.Kill anyone.Dehyration rate increases in certain locations.Radiation causes you to become sterile.The more stuff you carry, the slower you go. To the point where your draggin' yourself along the ground.Much larger map. (I.e Just Cause 2 size)Bring a friend along, because no one in the game will care about you.Saving people = more places to crashWord will slowy spread of a single person with a quick draw and a glint in their eye.Before that, no one will care about you. No good deed goes unpunished.If your not slaughtering villages of people, you're not doing your job.If no one saw it, it's not illegal.No witnesses means no problem.Hunt downt he ones with eyes.Less obvious moral choice.War paint.Less si-fi crap.Dancing.
