Even if it didn't, why would you want to handle attacks your self, the two ponies arn't like discord. they don't find fun in those kind of things and even so. Those due clearly exist in equesteria because if they didn't its most likely Luna and Celestia would of killed discord when they had the upper hand. If not ,then its most likely mortal would of killed celestia eventually when they wanted to decide their own fate and not have to worry about a god peering over them.Plus, we already put aside the guards and the way they was defeated. Even so, we already proved that conventional moethod and most magic dosen't work .Your scapel, even if magical.
