I happened to be listening to a song by them at the time, and couldn't think of anything else so the name stuck.Not much to say yet for now other than "SAWP NUCKA?!" The only thing I probably can share that's relevant to MLP:FiM right now, is how I found the show. I go to another site frequently that is enormous, and ironically usually has nothing to do with anything girly at all. We talk about sci-fi stuff there all the f-ing time, and it was a shock to me when I started seeing pony stuff pop up all over the freaking place; I was like "Dude WTF am I missing?" [ this particular video is the culprit: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ftvZFUg4HPc ], and YouTube was called up in hur. Somehow, "Look Before you Sleep" came up, and I decided to watch it (skipping the intro of course. That's not manly at all! >.>), thinking I was in for another painfully generic children's show. Shockingly, it was much better written than I ever dreamed, and I watched the whole thing without even thinking of skipping or leaving it. I guess the one thing that made me decide to follow up with another episode, was ironically Applejack's voice over actor. It was the first time in I don't even know how long, that I heard even a somewhat convincing-sounding voice actor pull off a southern accent, and I live here in the South [no accent though].Well, I just got linked to this place earlier this afternoon by someone I knew on Facebook [we have our own anonymous pony group, apparently], and I decided to check it out since it looks to be pretty big and well-established (next step: the dreaded equestriaforums). TBH, I'm not sure what kind of atmosphere this place has, but I'm a member of some larger forums, and we have a lot of fun with some of the memes that have become of this show, so my integration might involve a bit of a learning curve. I've heard that Equestria forums is huge even by huge forum standards.... Something like giant threads that jump by 10-page increments in only a few hours, and 25-30 page increments in a day or so.
