Sparkleheart
Rebel Fay, part of the Noble Dead series (which seems to have a new book like every eight months). By this point you can kinda tell the authors are rushing it a little.

Sparkleheart
Just finished reading Child of a Dead God. Yep, the Noble Dead series is being rushed as all hell by this point in the story. Kinda anticlimactic, PLUS OH HEY, here's some plot hooks and macguffins we're gonna just throw out there so we can continue the series beyond what was originally supposed to be its ending.
