About myself.: I am a 21 year old college student from the middle of nowhere in Michigan.

How did you hear about Canterlot.com?: Bronyshow.com

How did you became a fan of FiM?: I frequent the escapist a lot for the forums and videos. I saw a lot of people with ponies as their avatars and saw a thread about ponies and checked out the first episodes on youtube and the rest is history.

My one favourite main cast pony?: Twilight Sparkle

I heard about you guys from the Bronyville site saw the link and came here and decided to join up!

I frequent the escapist a lot for the forums and videos. I saw a lot of people with ponies as their avatars and saw a thread about ponies heard a lot of good and interesting things and checked out the first episodes on youtube and the rest is history.I am a bit of a late comer to the show and started watching about august when Season 1 was over already but I am now impatiently awaiting Ep. 4. Yay Luna episode!! My favorite episode would have to be "Lesson Zero" it is so good! Crazy Twilight is so funny!! My fav episode from Season 1 would have to be "The Cutie Mark Chronicles"

I am currently putting myself through school by working in a factory it sucks but well college is expensive.

I love reading especially all the great fanfics out there. I am currently working my way through every completed fic on EQD I am up to the end of July. I suggest both "Past Sins", and "It's Dangerous Business Going Out Your Door" both are amazingly good.

I also love videogames. YAY Skyrim!!! lol I can't wait.

Music is also a big part of my life and while I can't play at all, trust me I tried, I love listening to it. I listen to a bit of everything but my first love is Hard Rock/Metal. I listen to a lot of pony music as well.

Sadly I have not been able to convert any friends over to the herd. They are totally against it and think I am weird for liking the show (though they never give me a hard time for it and just accept it as another crazy thing I am into) except for one friend who will watch it with me and thinks it is a good show its just not for him. So I am just looking to make some pony friends. =)

Also I have never really posted much before in any forum just lurked around but hopefully I can change that here.

Twilight Sparkle is best main cast pony. Octavia/Vinyl Scratch are best backgound ponies. Nyx is best OC pony. I love all the ponies from the show to be honest but Twilight is my fav.

We've got many different things to do here, from the random chitchat and chattertalk, to out and out Roleplay! We do encourage you to explore and settle in, find your own little place here. Perhaps you draw? We have a section for art! We also have a Gallery! Do you write? We'd love to see your fanfics, stories and lore! There's a section for that! Greetings! I'm glad you found our corner of the MLP:FiM fandom and hope you'll stay for a long time. :) RP is the centerpiece of this forum so you will certainly find plenty of active areas for your creative enjoyment if you decide to RP. ;-) Of course there is plenty to do even if you are not into RP at all. The Getting Started section is the best place to start in answering most questions but if you have any still, please ask away. :)

I was sort of a late comer myself, discovering the show and watching the episodes after the airing of "Suited for Success", making "Pinkie Keen" my first "new" episode. For video gaming I focus mostly on XBox and the PC, what kind of games are you into?
