And of course, I love the new MLP show!How did you hear about Canterlot.com?: I found it on a net search for MLP fan sites.How did you became a fan of FiM?: My friends talked me into watching the first few episodes and I got hooked.My one favourite main cast pony?: Miss RarityHi everyone, this is my first time posting anything here on Canterlot, so here goes.My name online is Ardashir, and I'm from eastern Pennsylvania. I'm a fan of lost of things, some of them respectable like classical music, mythology and folklore, history and archaeology, and some of them rather less so such as heroic fantasy, pro wrestling, superheroes, the Pathfinder fantasy RPG, and old Pulp magazines and classical horror of the Universal and Hammer Studios variety.And of course I'm a fan of the new My Little Pony show and its characters, which IMHO combines some of the best animation and writing on TV today.I'm here on Canterlot thanks to a web search for MLP fansites, and this came in at near the top of the list. And I was looking because after some friends of mine convinced me to give the new show a try. I did watch some of the original MLP back when it was all the Rainbow of Light, Megan, Tirac, and that lot, but I'd thought the show was long gone. I decided to check out the fandom online and I was stunned at the amount and depth of the material available. This is an outstandingly productive and creative fandom!Not much else to say other than I'm a big fan of Miss Rarity though all the Mane Six & many of the other characters are fascinating.
