Hello, my name's Jakob =]

I'm not the greatest at introductions, so I'll just talk, lol. I'm 20 YO, friendly but shy, and usually into pretty active hobbies like Parkour and Swordfighting. Dovashy told me about this forum, because i mentioned in the Ponysquare chat room that i like to Roleplay, so I can't wait to get started =D

I'm not up to much in life currently, mostly just drifting through my days trying to find a job and hanging out with my friends and band. My best friend Chris tol me about MlP : FiM, and after I watched one episode with him, I was hooked. I LOVE this show!

I used to roleplay almost all the time, on a couple different forums and chat rooms. I love roleplaying. It gives me an opportunity to express my inner feelings and emotions into my characters, and I can really get into character well that way. I'm not the one to mess around and goof off in roleplays, so there's no need to worry about me going OOC during one.

Well, I think that's a decent introduction, so yeah, lol.. >.>;

If you didn't already, please take a moment to check out the rules section, just so that you're up to speed! :RDash: You'll also need to make at least 3 comments anywhere in the Introductions section before you can post on other parts of the site.

There's hopefully something for everypony around here! If you're looking to meet new Bronies, a good place to do that is the Chat Room & live roleplay. The Creativity section is the place for artists, musicians, and writers! Oh, and what kind of forum would this be without the MLP Discussion area, hmm?

If you're looking to Roleplay, check the Canterlot RP Rules and the Application Form. Unless you're going for the FiM Free-For-All section, then you don't need either of those things! :D But if you're going for Equestria Crossovers RP, you just need the Application Form, then you can make your crazy cool pony! The Equestria Mane RP, which is a really cool Roleplay area, requires you to read both the Canterlot RP Rules and the Application Form.

Tales, a quick question; What's the difference between the Canterlot, Equestria crossovers, and Equestria main RPs, and the free-for-all RP? I'm only asking here because I'm not sure if I'm able to go to the other pages yet or not.(I havent made three posts yet)

I suppose since i need one more post before i can do anything else on the forum, i can make it somewhat of an update to my initial introduction lol.

Music is a huge huge huge HUGE ginormagantic part of my life. I listen mostly to electronic music, metal, and phsycedelic music =]

I'm also a drummer in a currently three person band named "Perpetual Motion"

Welcome to the forum, Coincidentally music is huge in my life too. You play in a band? That's great, I'd like to start a band myself but I should put much more effort into it than what I'm currently doing, Heh! Anyway, If you like Psychedelic music you might want to check out The Dukes Of Stratosphear, I don't have much Psychedelic music but their Psonic Psunspot album is one of my favorite albums. Their 25 O Clock EP also has tunes I like, "Bike Ride To The Moon" Is a fun one to start with, IMO.

You can totally go anywhere on the forum, you just can't POST in other sections until you have 3 comments in Introductions. The World of Equestria RP (or Mane RP) takes place in the world of the show. So, that means no aliens, robots, humans, or even complicated technology. It won't go unless you see it in show! The Cast characters are played here and you can Roleplay with them. Most people just create an OC for this section.

In the FiM Free-For-All, you can play any character you want, Cast, OC, Ninja Turtle... pretty much anything goes, and you don't need an Application. It's just for hanging out and free RP.

Equestria Crossovers RP (or just Crossovers) is like FiM Free-For-All, but organized. You can play any type of character you want, from any universe, or any kind of OC. But, you do need an Application, because that section is organized. There are places for Past, Present, and Future Equestria as well. I mean, it might be better if you go check out the sections yourself, rather than me just explaining it. :P

Woo! :D:Pinkie: It's silly how many ponies are hooked after just one episode huh? I'm so glad you joined us! There's so many pony friends for you to make and so much fun to have! You don't even know! Or maybe you do... You did come here. Do you know? Are you some kind of sorcerer pony?! I'll be watchin' you... Anyway, if you need a giggle or a laugh or a baked good I'm the pony for you! I'm ready to play any time! :smirk:
