I don't know, it is unique and has lots of right answers depending on the person. Seems like a good topic to me.

Well, it isn't for the plot. The stories are fine, but they aren't enough. It is the diverse and relate-able cast for me. I can feel the emotions clearly, and it is an uplifting experience.

Well personally, the show is good but what really amazes me about the show is the community. For example, I don't think shows like Naruto or other similar things have fans willing to create entire back stories for ponies that rarely even evolve beyond background characters. The sheer creativity of bronies is what really got me on the friendship express

I'm agreeing with all above..And yeah, the animation. They're never lazy when it comes to character animation. Chuck Jones always liked to point out the Hallmark of great animation is the ability to turn off the sound and still get the story out of it...

It's like one of those cheesy little cartoons I used to watch when I was a kid, I don't need a reason to like it, I just do.

And it's great.
