I'm not too keen any any one particular song from the show. They are nice and all, but none of them never really struck me as anything beyond "okay". The fan-made music is where I have been constantly blown away and amazed. Overall though, if I had to choose, I would say Art of the Dress or Winter Wrap Up.

Haha, the issue is that it would have to be an arrogant show-off unicorn who specializes in illusions and tricks. I guess it wouldn't necessarily have to be Trixie, but given the description that's who comes to mind. But yeah, Skye's more recent announcement post makes it more clear so I guess I've got some rethinking to do.

Nostalgia time~! What kinds of cartoons did you watch as a kid? If you still consider yourself a kid, what kinds of cartoons do you watch now? Thinking back on my childhood, two come to mind that I loved...a lot. I am a HUGE Sonic the Hedgehog fan, and SatAM is probably a big reason why. I remember waking up every Saturday morning looking forward to seeing the newest episode. A few years ago, while I was working retail security, I came across a DVD release of the entire 26 episode collection. I had to have it. The other cartoon I distinctly remember loving as a kid, is Swat Kats. I remember I used to design new airships and weapons while watching this...pretty sure my folks still have some of those drawings stored away in the attic... xD

It's strange because I love The Amazing World of Gumball, but I cannot stand Adventure Time at all. I think it has a lot to do with the (in my opinion) horrible animation. Also, The Looney Tunes Show is surprisingly good, and I love the modern day twist they gave the show. Granted, I grew up on the classic Looney Tunes, and I REALLY liked Tiny Toon Adventures.

Well, I'm a very bold and brash type of person IRL, and I'm (allegedly) pretty hard to get along with most of the time...so I guess that makes me most like Trixie? o.O

I was re-reading Skye's OC Creation Guide, and I noticed that under the Character Summary section it says OCs are not allowed to have any sort of relationship with main cast characters, which makes sense. What about the secondary cast, or characters who have only made a single appearance thus far? The reason I ask is because I am currently working on a new OC, and due to her personality and nature, it would be convenient and make a lot of sense if at one point in her life she had a brief encounter/stint with Trixie.

It's really nothing to get too worked up about. To stand behind this bill(s) is political suicide. What I DO think that this clearly illustrates is how out of touch Congress is with today's technology. However, when the median age of your average Congressman is 55 years old, that is to be expected.

First time I've seen this story and...honestly I don't know how I feel. I mean, no one should have to endure abusive parents, or abuse of any kind for that matter. But at the same time, 12 years is a long time. I just got the impression while reading that it was the stepfather who was reaching out for a second chance asking for forgiveness, and the stepson denying that chance. Granted, to each their own. However there is a chance (a small chance) that the stepfather could have sought out help and healing over the past decade. Family is the most important thing in my life right now, and it is my firm belief that when it comes to family, everyone deserves a second chance. For ones who are supposed to love and tolerate, I did not see much of it in that story.

And this post is most likely going to come across as nonsensical...not really sure where I'm going with it... x_x) Axis listened as best he could as Spitfire whispered her dire warning to him, distracted by the closeness between them. An awkward smile traced across his lips as chuckled out loud. "H-hey c'mon now, Spitfire. There's nothing to worry about..." It was pretty obvious that Axis got the message, a look of raw nerves plastered on his face, though the young stallion tried his best to play it off in his usual cool demeanor. Taking a deep breath, Axis smiled once more at Spitfire. Alright Axis, let's give them an entrance worthy of the Wonderbolts...no pressure... Pausing for a brief moment, he shook any lingering doubts from his mind before springing into action. "Nothing to worry about at all Spitfire!!!" Axis cried out suddenly, laughing almost maniacally as he reeled up on his hind legs. Leaping forward towards the classroom door, the crazed stallion landed upon his front legs, spinning around 180 degrees. Time seemed to slow for a moment as Axis nodded at Spitfire and Soarin', wearing his typical overconfident grin before kicking open the door with his hind legs and diving into the classroom. "Greetings everyp--!!" Axis began to speak excitedly before cutting himself off, astounded at the sight before him. "What's...going...on...???" He asked out loud to no one in particular, completely unaware of the turquoise filly barreling towards him. The next thing Axis knew, the two of them collided, sending him sprawling onto the ground a few feet forward. Dazed and confused, Axis yelped helplessly as a frog leapt onto his muzzle.

Hehe...the only time Apples to Apples has ever been "fun" for me was when a large volume of alcohol was involved. Great find though, thanks for sharing.

Saw this on Reddit today...I lol'd. Jokes aside, it is interesting to see the differences between Season 1 Luna and Season 2 Luna. I haven't been able to find the source, but allegedly Faust has said that the reason why Luna looks different now was that she was in a weakened state after the events of S01E02, and has since returned to normal.

(OOC: Posting to catch up and move the plot along!) Axis winced at Spitfire's obvious annoyance, torn and distraught over the commotion he had caused. Obviously, the last thing he wanted to do was to become a nuisance to his idols, but at the same time the young stallion knew he needed to assert himself and demonstrate his maturity and willingness to take on more important roles and responsibilities. Truth be told, Axis was tired of watching from the sidelines and yearned for more attention, as any young, up and coming athlete would. Delusions of grandeur aside, he was now faced with dealing with the situation at hand... "B-but Spitfire!" Axis pleaded, a hint of desperation could be heard in his quivering voice. The younger stallion took a brief moment to look to Soarin' for support. Unfortunately, he seemed to be preoccupied with other matters, leaving Axis to his own affairs. Turning back to Spitfire, he took a deep breath before continuing. "I just... ... ...I'm sorry Spitfire..." Taking one final look at his peers, Axis turned to depart back to Cloudsdale, disappointed not only at the outcome of the situation, but with his own erroneous behavior. However, before he could get two hooves off the ground, a fuchsia colored Earth pony stepped out of the school to greet them and usher the Wonderbolts inside. Seizing the opportunity presented before him, Axis zipped across the ground with a mighty beat of his feathered wings, coming to a full stop in front of the school door. "Why, dun mind if I do!" The stallion exclaimed loudly as he stepped inside, wearing his usual wide grin. Looking back over his shoulder, Axis mouthed a sincere 'sorry' back towards Spitfire before smiling awkwardly. He would most likely have to pay for all of this at some point, but for now he simply looked forward to enjoying himself.

I have a love/hate relationship with the Clone Wars series. If I wasn't a Star Wars fan, and I knew nothing about Star Wars in general, I think I would like it a lot more than I actually do. However, I can't help but feel that the series is ruining what's left of the richness of the Star Wars continuum. I mean...the entire arc involving "The Ones" was probably the single most stupid thing I have ever seen come out of the franchise as a whole. And that's saying a lot...because I've played the Force Unleashed...and that was pretty stupid. >_>
