First page pf RPs... only 1 "open" not counting my own... no wonder the site's slow, its devolving into all private cliques... T_T

No. It is slow at the moment because the post-holiday spell, up until about mid-Feb, is historically our most crushingly slow time. There aren't a lot of open threads because there simple aren't a lot of threads, period, at this moment.
