uhhhh... I have very little experience with this, the only thing that I had any part in running was my local scouts when I was a patrol leader (one of the kids). I have heard some describe doing what you suggest is akin to herding cats. But, I will try to help. ... hehe... all the advice i can think of Boils down to one idea: Don't expect things to go smoothly. It may rain, People might not turn up, Things may cancel, bookings may be lost. Try to see what obvious things may go wrong (Ie, if held outside, check weather report 24-48 hours ahead of time, contact people for change of location). Allow more time than you think you will need. If it takes you 5 min to walk somewhere, allow 10-15. People will happily talk to each other for a bit if it is too long. Hopefully everything will go according to plan, But dont count on it. " I guess it depends upon where you grew up. Anywho, Loved the episode. Crying dashie at the end broke my heart. I kinda understand where ponies who say that AJ was irresponsible, but vaguely disagree. Apple Bloom was the biggest yes-man. Granny Smith (why do I keep forgetting to capitalize these ponies last names?) was a Neigh-sayer, until Flim (or is it Flam?) called her a Scootaloo. I was expecting them to cut to the CMC at that point. AJ was the only one who was even vaguely sceptical the entire time. I'm probably letting my preconceived notions select evidence though... I agree with others who have pointed out the absurdity of the situation: Why did the family not increase the price? As to Rosewind's challenge: I would argue that the population of the fandom is great enough that there would be bronies with basic-ly every (reasonable) thought relating to MLP. 'Tis not a very good point for conversation, however. I personally think there may be some truth in the statement. Somepony may be attracted to the innocnce of the show, I like the lack of cynicism. Bleah... I dunno, I will leave that sort of disscussion to Weesh.

Meh... While I do kinda agree with OP to a degree (picture, about it) I do NOT think that we should change what we call ourselves. In everything, there is the best and there is the worst. We need to make sure that we are the best, we need to have no fear that the worst will outshine us. Also... didn't furries try to split the fandom, to get rid of what was perceived to be wrong with the fandom?

(apologies in advance if this has already been answered, I couldn't find it ) Anywho! Does anyone know a (VERY) simple freeware program that can output as a gif? Im asking for Microsoft Gif animator simplicity preferably (It no work, "file is corrupted" for EVERY FILE!), I am really slow to learn new software. Also, if it could be standalone, I have slow internet so online is kinda a no-no. The simpler the software is, the better. Thank you so very, very much. It is so frustrating.

AJ: Rugby? Prehaps? Twi: Chess or field hockey. Field hockey is awesome. I can also see her playing soccer. RD: Track and Field. Sprinter. Fluttershy: yoga. Bonsai. I have no idea... Competitive... animal rearing? Dancing? Pinkie: Figure skating? Calvinball? I have less of an idea for Pinkie than I do for fluttershy. Dodgeball? Rarity: golf or tennis. I struggle to see rarity doing archery.

(I think) Most of them are animated .gif's. If you are me, you use VLC capture options and GIF animator.exe. If you are anypony else, you probably use something that works a lot better... I think that flash can export as a .gif (IHaveNoIdea.png) I have heard some ponies getting their pics from Deviant Art, But remember to ask the artist first. This probably doesn't help... sorry

What do I say after that? I-I will just answer the OP's original question. Person? Yes Thing? Yes NR person? yes NR thing? yes. It being a great idea is another thing. If it makes you happy, your not hurting anyone else... from someone who has never been in love, So this... is pretty much worthless.

I used to be scared of the cracks between beams on a jetty. I thought I would fall through them. I was about five, don't laugh. Currently though... I'm fine with spiders any type of bugs, as long as they are not ON me. Then I trash around trying to get rid of them, often falling into things. I dont like hanging over balcony's more than 2-3 stories high. I hate sickness. Seriously, I dont hate sick people, sick people are fine (well if they are sick then they aren't fine, but shh), I just hate sickness. Learning that in your heart there is a tiny valve that is crucial to your survival and is about as thick as tissue paper, or that between your vertebra there are sacks of fluid... UGH. Parasites as well, Ick. Basically I hate human biology, I hate about learning all the things that can go wrong in a person. I... feel sorry for doctors. When walking around at night when the lights are off (usually talking to you guys online), I always have the feeling that there is something behind me. Or around a corner. Or inside a room.
