(First off, dude SLOW DOWN. You need to wait for fireraven to post before you go off taking Cloud's attention like that. You can't just jump forward five hours for no apparent reason. If you ask me I think you started this thread way to early. You should really get into some other threads first and see how they work. Read them completely then start with your own thread. This thread is moving way to fast, and it's because people aren't getting the proper time to respond. Not trying to be mean, just offering some advice. )

Runner had left to turn on the power, had to make sure that everypony had lights in their rooms, and hot water. Well, the hot water was more of the maintenance pony's thing. Either way, he didn't have much to do, the house was ready for the renters in the morning, and Mr. Matter was most likely on his way to bed at this time, so he decided to visit his favorite place, the roof. He, climbed up the gutters, the ladders had been placed in storage, and sat down at the recently finished roof. He liked to sit and stare at the stars on nights like these, half expecting one to fall out of the sky and hit him in the face. He secretly wished he had somepony to share this sight with, but then again, not many earth ponies or unicorns could access the places he could. The pegasi were always too busy as well. He decided to sleep there for the night, like he had done many nights back home in Manehatten. He wasn't up for sleeping in his room tonight. He drifted off into a peaceful sleep, knowing he'd have to get right to work in the morning.

"The renters are scheduled for tomorrow morning. We should have plenty of time to get everything into place by then." Runner placed the couch down and began to move some lamps into a position that appeared aesthetically pleasing to the eye. "I'm curious to see who the renters are. I hope they aren't some snooty, upper crust canterlot ponies looking for a summer home. Well if you need me i'll probably be on the roof, unless of course you need me for some other project."

"Actually, I did. These walls were hoof made my be and my tools. Thank you for the temporary promotion sir, I'll do my best to get these Condos finished. The lights should be going in within the hour. Oh, would you mind giving me a hand with this couch." Runner motioned to the dark blue couch near the entrance to the Condo.

Runner, the new Contruction worker, came trotting down the steps. He was carrying his tool belt, and was on his way to pick up the couch when he ran into Grey Matter. "Hey, Grey how's it going. How do you like our work so far, pretty nice right?" Runner was referring to the stylish Condo currently being constructed around them. Even without furniture, the blue-green walls glowed nicely in the afternoon sun. "Looking for the foreman?" (Yeah, I call dibs on the first Construction worker )

Roleplay Type: World of Equestria RP Name: Runner Sex: Male Age: Stallion Species: Earth Pony Eye Color: Brown Coat Color: Tan Mane/Tail/Markings Color & Style: Light brown mane that comes up in a flip over his head. His tail is also light brown, and it makes somewhat of a hook shape. Physique: Runner is a tall, muscular pony. He is very lean, and fast. Cutie Mark: His cutie mark is the international symbol for parkour/ free running Origin/Residence: Manehatten Occupation: He runs messages from pony to pony. He also works as a volunteer firefighter on the side. Motivation: He hopes to be the greatest free running pony in all of Equestria Likes: His sister, along with just about anypony he meets. Kindness, respect, intelligence. Dislikes: Arrogance, cruelty, unnecessary violence. Character Summary: Runner was born in Manehatten to a middle class family. His father was a successful construction worker. His mother sold clothes from her shop below his house. As a foal, he loved to play outside, and could almost always be found there. He eventually became involved in a growing sport called parkour. The sport was exactly what Runner had always dreamed of. It clicked with him, and he began practicing. He practiced daily, and his friends joined him fairly often, however it was mostly only him. He worked his way through the beginning techniques, such as vaults, climbing walls, and balance. As he did this, his aesthetics became more and more advanced. He began attempting more dangerous tricks, from backflips to building jumps. One day he was practicing, when he heard several ponies cry out about a fire. He was on the roof of a building three blocks down from the fire. He rushed towards the building as fast as he could, staying on the roves the entire time until he finally reached the building. He wasted no time entering the building to save anyone inside. Everypony else was afraid to enter, due to the fact that it was unstable, and difficult to reach the entrance. The door was blocked and the only way in was the window that Runner had jumped through. Runner scoured the building searching for anypony who may have been left inside. He found two foals crying in a corner. They were just barely small enough to fit in his messenger pack. He tried to leave but noticed the 20 hoof gap from where he was to the staircase that would lead him out of the building safely. It was the moment of truth, what he had been waiting for. He sprinted forward with as much care not to injure the foals in his pack. He jumped, running on the wall longer than he had ever done before. Just when he thought he wasn’t going to make it, he reached out and grabbed the ledge with his hooves. He pulled himself up and rushed out of the building where the mother of the foals had been waiting. He was just in time, behind him he saw the building collapse, he had gotten the last two ponies alive out of the building safely. He turned around to see that his cutie mark had appeared on his flank. It was the international symbol for parkour, which he had studied greatly. The four glyphs represented the four seasons of parkour. He was more proud than he had ever been. Runner has a few notable flaws. He is overly trusting, so he often gets himself into troublesome situations with other ponies. He is unable to grasp the concept of saving money, so he often spends far too much on things. He is very open about things and often gives away his own personal secrets that would have been better left hidden. Runner is a very laid-back type of pony. He likes to take it slow and keep the peace. However, he is also very intelligent, and is always dependable in times of need. He is very capable of analyzing a situation and then adapting to fit whatever he is required to do. He is kind, and caring, and prefers to show it his kindness to everypony he meets. All around he has a kind aura that surrounds him wherever he goes. Below is a picture of the international symbol for parkour and a picture of Runner himself.

I feel like this is some sort of brony segregation act against everyone from every other state, as well as other countries.

Runner had noticed the griffon's ever rising temper. He had finally learned the colt's name as well. "Well it's about time I set this kid straight" He walked over to BlackHoof and put a hoof on his shoulder. "Hey, listen to me. This griffon here, his name is Zeke, and he has a very important job. If it wasn't for him, we would likely all be dead from Storm Dragon's forces. Just show him some respect, treat him nicely, and he'll do the same for you. He just wants to keep everyone safe. So relax, answer his questions, it's not very hard. I know you can do it. Besides, you're strong for your age, you were there when Storm Dragon himself attacked us and lived. Not many ponies can say that. Stay strong, circumstances are going to force you to grow up fast. You can't keep the bratty attitude forever. You won't be doing it alone though. I'll be here the whole time." Runner returned his attention back to Zeke. "I for one can vouch that this colt is no spy. We met him in No Lands End, right around where Appleloosa once was, afterwards he travelled with us until we got here. The rest you know." Runner really hoped that the griffon would calm down and be more lenient on the colt, allowing him to pass so that he himself could be questioned and leave.

Runner had been staring blankly into space reflecting on the recent events when he heard Crescent's rant from the inquisition tent. He turned back to Zeke. "So, I take it you're gonna ask me some questions, right? Well before you do that I've got a few of my own. Who is that guy, what's his story. I caught bits and pieces of that rant of his; all I heard was something about Cloudsdale and Storm Dragon." Realizing the hot-tempered griffon was about to get angry, Runner mentally prepared himself for the verbal assault and sat down opposite of the griffon.
