  1. Hmm, the most powerful creature in all of Equestria as Twilight Sparkle? I could see that, because she is the element of Magic, she is the only pony of the EoH that has her element in as a skill, instead of a virtue. (Hence magic). BUT Twilight Sparkle may have the potential of being the best magician in the known world, but she hasn't unlocked her full potential yet. Meaning that if she was to go out and fight Celestia right now, she'd partake in Equestrian Space Program. So that is why we don't see Twi going around blasting every villain we see on the show.
  2. Now tell me which one of those actions are Tyrannical. And which one of those actions are just mistakes.
  3. Gimp is another freebie. It's what I use to do my simple graphic design vectors.
  4. Wrong, like I said, and like the quote I just posted. Celestia banished Luna for being a tyrant. I would have believed you if she hadn't stated her intent in her return to Equestria as NMM, but she did.
  5. Quote on quote... THE NIGHT WILL LAST... FOREVER! MWHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I'm only believing what she said. Luna turned tyrant before Celestia.
  6. Hello. Templar here. Today I will be sharing my progress on a new aspect of the Royal Equestrian Army, that I am hoping to get into the lore when it reopens. It is called the REASC, or Royal Equestrian Army Specialist Corps. Long story short, it will explain the placement of Officers, Medics, Sappers (combat engineers), and other special units in the REA. I am also hoping to expand on the Honor Guard Special Forces as well, although it is unlikely. This is also a good time for helpstaff/moderators to tell me whats wrong with the proposal as well. I will now post the General Introduction, and the I Corps below. _____________________________________________________________ Royal Equestrian Army Specialist Corps Overview The REA Specialist Corps (or REASC) is a collection of Military-related academies across Equestria. The Specialist Corps was established to ensure that the Royal Equestrian Army was capable of overcoming any sort of conflict, whether it be medical issues, lack of translation between species, or perhaps an unruly squad. The REASC is presented by numerous military academies. Each designed to profess the designated recruit a different aspect of the military. History During the war between the Armies of Chaos, the 1st Field Army quickly found themselves facing complications that far extended usual combat. Such as lack of leadership, medical, or engineering capabilities. As a result of this, the usual method of training was magnified to fit the new found requirements. Now, new recruits was required to learn, leadership, medical and other new aspects of war. As the struggle grew, so did the demand for newer training methods. Due to this, training was slowed nearly to a halt. New recruits were overwhelmed by the massive amount of study, and the REA Traning cut rate increased by nearly 40%. This was certainly a problem in the Princess's eyes. The Royal Family and military leaders gathered to discuss this apparent problem. The decision was made that instead of overwhelming recruits with the entire aspect of war, separate academies would be present instead, leaving the recruits themselves to decide at their leisure. The Royal Equestrian Army Specialist Corps was born. General Organization The REASC is mainly organized by two segments. Supportive Corps, established for further protection, aid, or security for the REA or Equestria herself, and Offensive Corps, established strictly for wartime purposes as a reserve corps, utilizing the latest wartime technology to ensure swift victory. The REASC actively contributes to all 4 tiers of the regular army, but mainly tiers 0 and 1. Units within the Corps could either be deployed within platoons (partial). Or as an entire rank of it’s own (aggregate). Corps are listed below, from which the order of established. Traditional Roaman Numerals are used, but are pronounced as “First Corps.” Supportive I Corps (Leadership) SPI (Shoulder Plate Insignia) Overview The 1st Corps, as it’s name states, was the first ever created. It supplies the ranks of the REA with Officers, Lieutenants, Captains, Majors, Colonels, and occasionally, Generals. All for a similar purpose. To supply leadership and guidance to all four tiers of the REA. It is the most important Corps, and is essential for the prosperity of the REA. History The history of the 1st Corps predates the establishment of the REASC itself, well into the birth 1st Field Army. Formerly, the structure of the 1st Army comprised of groups of 100 soldiers, each lead by a single leader, called a Commander. Unfortunately, Commanders was selected based on social status, and were usually inexperienced in the art of war. And due to the lack of further ranking on military leaders, Commanders often argued amongst themselves. This dealt a huge blow on the efficiency of the 1st Field Army. Although the war against the Armies of Chaos resulted in a victory, many casualties could have been prevented with an improved leadership system. The Roamans invented a new idea to resolve this issue. Instead of rough groups of 100 soldiers, lead by an untrained commander, The REA would be divided up into large groups, called Legions (Later to be called Regiments.) Which are further divided into Cohorts (Battalions), Centuries (Companies), Platoons, and Tent Parties (Squads). A Legate (General) would be in charge of a Legion, a Tribune (Major) would be in charge of a Cohort, a Centurion (Captian) would be in charge of a Century, and then a Prefect (Lieutenant) would be in charge of a Platoon. Each officer were required to learn numerous amount of study, and leadership training, to certify an efficient army leadership system. Thus, the Officer Corps were born! General Organization Although very effective during the 2nd Field Army, the use of Legionary (Regimental) sized armies ceased, with the coming of the 3rd Field Army. The use of traditional Roaman terminology ceased as well, in favor for more practical terms. Ranks are listed below. Platoons 2nd Lieutnant 1st Lieutenant Companies Captain Major Battalions Lieutenant Colonel Colonel General ranks 1 through 4 were used for Regimental-sized forces, but are no longer in deployment as of now. The General of the Army, or 5-star General, is a title given to the supreme ruler of the REA. Who other than Princess Celestia herself. Referred as “Invictus” during the 2nd Field Army, this powerful figure is directly responsible for all four tiers of the Royal Equestrian Army. During wartime, if Princess Celestia sees herself unfit for advanced warfare, she is free to appoint a new General of the Army. Officers are deployed within ranks, and never as a separate rank of their own. Uniform Instead of the usual armor, REA Officer’s armor are designed as a dark purple, with their personal cutie-mark emblazoned in the center, located on the chest. Ranks above Major, have their helmet crest side-to-side, instead of the usual front-to-back.
  7. Dear, dear Valence, do you know what a fan-fic is? Fan-fiction, that's what it is. Fan-fiction is not canon silly. And plus, when Luna came back to Equestria as NMM, she clearly states her evil intent. She went rouge because she was dissatisfied from ruling just in the night.
  8. Exactly, that means that there was never we've never seen a fight between Luna and Celestia. Therefore, no proof that one is more powerful than the other. Now be quite, i'm trying to enjoy my cheese.
  9. Dayum, well, there goes my argument. Anyways, pass the crackers will ya?
  10. You really do seem to like Sweetie x Scootaloo there...

  13. Two arguments at once? Anyways, Luna went Tyrant much earlier than Celestia. NMM remember? Why did she go Tyrant? She felt like she didn't have enough power. The NLR is a lie, it's not a freedom force, it's a group of lost ponies, who are brainwashed by propaganda. The NLR is just a ploy to get ponies riled up to overthrow their savior, simply because Princess Luna want's to be in control. She did it once, and she's doing it again, but in a more approachable manner. The citizens of Equestria has gotten too comfortable, and outright spoiled. And when Celestia gets just a tad harsher, Luna saw it as a chance to rally the ponies, and retake Equestria. Just so she could rule again. Sure, overthrow Celestia if you must, Just have fun never seeing daylight again.
  14. AHA! You just proved my ultimate point. What is this argument about? Luna vs Celestia, right? But you just stated that Luna and NMM is not the same. Now tell me this, you are right that Luna has never been defeated, at least not as NMM. But have Luna and Celestia ever fought? Ever? Nope. Not as her own, plain, self. Just as NMM. But you said NMM isn't Luna, so NMM is irrelevant in the conversation.
  15. 1. NMM and Princess Luna are one and the same. 2. False, I know where you're coming from, but bad leaders do not know experience. There is a difference between actual experience, and just being there for a long time. If you have experience in something, then it means that you're good at it. 3. Her speech is fine, okay. But she has been gone for 1000 years. That means that Celestia is more up-to-date on Equestria, 1000 years more than Luna. 4. You're right, we don't, but it's just a thought. 5. It actually says in the first few mins. of the show that she was dissatisfied by the inactivity of nighttime Equestria. Why do you think she went rouge, and put Equestria in everlasting night in the first place? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XPN5yZ5bpF8 Skip to 0:32 I mean, clearly she was dissatisfied by ruling over just creatures.
  16. wut No, first of all, you said that NMM "NEVER LOST A BATTLE" in caps, but she lost twice, regardless of EoH. Second of all, both conflicts were at night, were they not? Night isn't Celestia's forte. But if they fought in the day, It would had have a completely different outcome. Third of all, scientifically speaking, the Sun is much more significant than the moon, and plus, Celestia is Luna's older sister. Fourth of all, even if you are right, you were speaking like "who ever is more powerful is fit to rule Equestria." That is not necessarily true. Celestia has more experience of being a ruler, than Luna. After all, she did lead Equestria from the clutches of Discord. Even before the first conflict, Celestia watches over Equestria during the day. At daytime, Equestria is more active and more problems occur. At nighttime, what does Luna watch over? People sleep. The show itself even states that. And after the first conflict, Luna was banished for 1000 years. That's a long time to be absent. Things change. And when Luna returned to Equestria, you could clearly see that she had trouble getting used to the new customs. Therefore, Celestia is a better ruler than Luna. And she is fit to rule Equestria.
  17. Ye' ol' Trottish fellow.

  18. Wrong, Luna was banished to the moon, remember? And Celestia chose not to fight NMM. Why fight a problem when it could be resolved peacefully? And plus, Chrysalis was fueled by the love from Shining Armor. Love is a very powerful thing.
  19. Guys I'm sorry. Celestia is an evil scumbag tyrant. PROOF OF HER TYRANNY She must be stopped. EDIT* Wut? Nobody gets reference? 3 IRL tyrant flags ponified?
  20. Well, I was just telling Moonlight that he/she could perhaps rework it to be old, arcade-booth type video games. We did see Archer, Apple Bytes, and High Score playing them in the "Hearts and Hooves" Episode. But it really isn't the same as video games we see today.
  21. Born and raised in Manehatten, moved to Ponyville to intern with Cheerilee I'm no helpstaff, but I am pretty sure that you are not allowed to have relations with Canon characters.
  22. You're picture does not work... So I'm skipping it! Anyways, Ninja Gaiden is a hard game. This guy... He hates hard games.
  23. They have an IP boards app, but it's a joke. Really, it's a horrible waste of 2 bucks.
  24. That would be awesome! Thanks. You're OC's are Cockney too? Cockney hoof! /)
