  1. (It could be anything, maybe an ancient spell book, a long forgotten diary of your character's, a photo album of you and your family from when you where a child, or maybe something else) As Prime flipped through the pages quickly reading the contents the expression of confusion slowly changed to a tone of bittersweet joy and and sadness. (I guess It'll probably something with a slice of life feel)
  2. “THANK YOU!!!...I’ve been trying to tell my friend that she broke the flight speed record.” He took a moment to take a breath then responded to her other statement. “Well… I guess there’s only one way to find out,” he opened the book as they both read the page that it opened to.
  3. “Fairly recent, since the last young flyers contest,” he replied putting the book on the table next to her. “I found this book in the sports section I don’t think it belongs there though.” He was a little curious as to what the content of the black book was.
  4. Looking through the various sports books he could find nothing pertaining to his desired subject. After searching for a few moments he noticed an out of place book. It was black with gold embossing. He picked it up and brought it back with him.
  5. (since this isn't really gonna have any bearings later on you wanna just go with the ship for fun?) “Alright,” prime went off to the Isle to search for the book.
  6. (no problem I don't mind) “If you’d like, I could help you find it,” he said walking up to one of the shelves searching.
  7. “O-oh, I didn’t think anyone was here,” he spoke caught off guard by the mare in front of him, “I’m looking for a book of athletic records.” As he spoke he examined the mare a bit more thoroughly, ‘she seems to be in surprisingly good shape for a librarian.’ Pushing the thought to the back of his mind he brought his focus back to the matter at hoof.
  8. After a bit of walking Prime managed to find a library, ‘let’s just hope they have the book I’m looking for.” He pushed through the door to find the building; as far as he could tell, empty. “hello anyone here?” he spoke as he walk over to the desk, ‘maybe there out and forgot to lock up.’ At this thought he considered leaving but decided that they probably wouldn’t mind.
  9. “Now that I know, is a lie!” the Pegasus mockingly exclaimed. “I’m telling you, the flight speed record was broken recently.” Prime spoke visibly annoyed by the Pegasus; he had already finished his business and was just making small talk, his “friend” had brought up records and they had gotten into an argument on the current record holder for top flight speed by a Pegasus. “Who?” The Pegasus asked. “Some amateur flyer from the Best Young Flyers competition.” “No way.” “Alright I’ll prove it to you where’s a library.” The Pegasus pointed a hoof of down the street in a vague direction, so Prime followed his direction.
  10. Prime set his bag down, and took a breath of the city air, ‘not as fresh as the country, but kind of calming’ he thought to himself as he walk over to a stall to speak to an old associate. “Hey Prime, it’s been a while got anything good for me?” the Pegasus said with a strong accent. “I have some things you might be interested in,” prime proceed to go back to one of the larger bags and carried it back over to the Pegasus. After showing his goods to the Pegasus they began to negotiate a price.

  12. Prime stood in front of the entrance to the office, he had noticed the posters around town and decided that this was as good an opportunity as any in his situation. He had written up a resume last night and had managed to clean himself up pretty well thanks to a friendly pony he had met on his way through town. Name: Prime meridian Experience: contract work, negotiation, public affairs, general knowledge of most trades. Other: is able to take care of most paper work with relative ease and I am familiar with political relations. ‘That seems pretty good,’ he thought to himself, he didn’t have any problems with writing and he had to deal with people all the time in his line of work. Now confident he was prepared, he entered into the room and sat down quietly waiting.
  13. “Alright then, we better get moving, the sooner we get to Manehatten the better.” Prime began to walk down the road at a slightly faster than usual pace recalling the exact directions to Manehatten. He wondered what he would have to look forward to, ‘I guess it’s better than Baltimare or Fillydelphia,’ he thought to himself.
  14. A wide grin came to Prime's face at this question, he remembered back to the times he was in situations were he had to fight his way out. "I can handle myself, after all what type of trader would I be if I couldn't fend off petty thieves." he raised an eyebrow, speak with a hint of play mocking.
  15. prime couldn't argue, willow had a good idea. "no problem I know the way to Manehatten and Equestioner can follow me if he doesn't" he spoke looking back to the unicorn.
  16. you could use a hair-beret that's been attached with a set of ears made from fabric, craft-wire, and maybe something for stuffing. it would probably be very in-expensive and fairly easy to make, most of these can be found at a local craft store but if you can't get craft wire you could always substitute a wire hanger (it'll just be a bit harder to form). for the tail you could make a pretty convincing one by using colored thread of your choice and cutting multiple lengths of fairly long thread and folding them in half. after lining them up you would need a long and not so wide piece of durable fabric about 6x3-4 inches (depending on the desired size) placing the lined up thread about an inch in on the fabric(short side) then fold the fabric over the thread. After every things lined up stitch around the edges in a box about 1x3-4 inches (you'll go around the edges of the two ends sewing them together then an inch up go across to make a complete rectangle) this will keep the thread in place, especially if you stitched a little lower going through it twice securing it even better. This will create a thread horse-hair tail with a belt loop. this is pretty cheap but time consuming(a hour or two). I hope this helps if you need any more help or clarification I'm happy to try and help.
  17. 'Wait my saddle bags?' Prime had just realized he had left the saddle bag back at the table he was sitting at, nodding he walked off to get his bags. He had packed fairly light; except his book and some other random objects, all he had was some food and basic camping gear. As he made his way to the outskirts of Ponyville he spotted the green Pegasus waiting, raising a hoof he shout, “ hey ready to go.”
  18. Prime looked on as willow spoke contemplating his decisions, ‘I suppose it couldn’t hurt’ he thought to himself.' “If you’re looking for a specific willow tree then you might need some help.” Prime pulled a small book that he happened to have on hoof out, it was a basic guide to plants. Prime had several guide books on certain subjects though he figured he could spare this one. “Here this might help.” He threw the book over to willow and began to follow. ”Oh, and my name’s Prime Meridian.” He said with a small smile.
  19. Listening to the pegasis speak he could tell that the matter was personal, but he still wanted to know more. “well you seemed out of place, small towns don’t get all that many visitors.” From the look of the pegasis he seemed like he could handle himself alright. “If you’re looking for something in the everfree it’s probably gonna be some sort of plant, am I right?” he hated having to take shots in the dark but he hoped that it would help satisfy his curiosity.
  20. http://www.canterlot...-meridianfinal/ Prime sat at a small table outside a shop, he could see the small crowd in the market place. without any bits there wasn't anything he could buy but he did have some food in his saddle bag.as he ate watching the crowd, a green pegasis caught his eye; he was clad in armor and looked out of place. 'It's not really any of my business, besides I've got bigger things to worry about' he didn't want to be rude, nobody likes someone just butting in on there business for no good reason. regardless of his thoughts, his curiosity got the better of him and he found himself walking up to the pegasis. "excuse me, I was wondering what you were doing here in ponyville?"
  21. Prime watched as the competitor before him finished, she looked exhausted. This contest wasn’t any joke that was a serious amount of weight; he had carried heavier in a pack before but he could pace himself on the road, he had to go as fast as he could and his best option was to use every reserve of strength and stamina he had. He made his way up to the starting area as he lipped the pack on he could already feel the immense weight giving him trouble. “Just let me know when you’re ready and we’ll start,” the pony managing the stop watch said. Prime closed his eyes and tried to conjure up a thought… he was walking down a dirt road far from any town, it was unnaturally dark and he could hear something following him as he stopped and tried to find the source of the sound behind him he could see nothing in the darkness. As he turned around he came face-to-face with a set of large glowing red eyes and razor sharp teeth belonging to a wicked grin, as he ran faster and faster the creature never slowed or fell behind always on his tail. With this image in his head he began to break into a sweet and his heart started beating at an accelerated pace he open his eyes and nodded to the pony. At the blow of the whistle he raced from the start at a good speed running down the track as the crowd started to cheer. The first leg of the race wasn’t what he was worried about, he knew that he had used most of his quick burst of stamina and was running on pure reserves. Making his way around the flag he felt a slight twinge of pain; it wouldn’t have been noticed if it wasn’t for the loud pop, as he place his hoof down he could feel it. The muscles in his left hind leg had already given under the weight and began to give him a burning sensation along with excruciating pain when he put any weight on it. Ignoring it as best he could he forced his body to go even faster to compensate; running down the track every step becoming exceedingly more draining on him, time seemed to slow to a halt around him all he could think of was getting this over with put the more he pushed the more it seemed to slow. Driving his body forward he could feel his body inching forward, at this rate he would go insane waiting for this to be done, every step seemed to take five times as long. Forcing himself on against his body begging for him to stop, but he would not yet give it the satisfaction of rest until he had achieved his goal. Racing forward time finally giving in he could finally feel his movements going at their intend pace he pushed even harder driving forward with everything he had left. Sprinting past the finish he collapsed to ground just beyond the end not even bothering to take the pack of his fur matted down from his profuse sweating. Every part of body hurt, but he didn’t care he had made it and that’s all he wanted for now.
  22. As Prime Meridian looked up at massive construct ascending into the clouds; it was an impressive feat even for the pegasi. Prime was not exactly one of the best swimmers but he had done a good bit of skydiving a while back, even being modest in describing his skill in that matter would still seem impressive to most. Regardless, that was a while back and even though he had no problem with heights he knew that there was a good bit of risk in this. As he ascended up the multi-colored ladder he contemplated what he should do for his routine. Aside from a hoof-full of flashy moves he had picked up most of his trick were pretty standard; the occasional flips and twists along with a style of gliding straight down in a freefall while guiding his direction, so he would most likely go with what felt right while he was falling. In his thought he almost didn’t notice he had made it to the top, as he rose up he saw the top of the platform. To his side he saw fairly well packed stands and the judging booth. A well built earth-pony stallion, and a pegasi and unicorn mare all sat at the judge’s booth. It was his turn to jump, except for a pair of goggles he had nothing with him looking down the ladder it seemed he wasn’t being rushed so he proceeded to stretch for a few moments. After he felt ready and limber he walked over to the diving bored. Leaving a few feet in between him and the end of the diving bored he paused and took a few deep breathes. In a few short seconds he silently ran forward and dived off the edge and began his fall. Angling his body as to pick up a large amount of speed he began to tuck into a ball and spin, as he spun faster and faster he kept precise count in his head…17…18…19…20 at this he released himself self from a ball formation started making himself corkscrew downward and directed himself into a small cloud diving through it he caught a good bit in his hoofs and tails as to leave a cloud trail as he spun downwards. Nearing closer to the body of water he readjusted his body so he would land back hoofs first. Falling into the water with a well sized splash swam up and out of the water and waited to hear of the judges’ decision.
  23. his question emphasized the word new but the definition of a republic is a state in which the supreme power rests in the body of citizens entitled to vote and is exercised by representatives chosen directly or indirectly by them. the exact function of rule is usually different but it essentially means a government that gives more decision power to the common population. I think that's right if you have any other Ideas of the reason for it's name I'm interested to hear.
