      well yes gatorade is choc dull of electrolytes and generally electrolytes are required to produce anti-bodies and white blood cells. when you are sick, you start feeling weaker because they are being used up and electrolytes require natural electrical signals passed from the brain down the spinal cord via spinal fluid. the electrical signals inform the anti-bodies what to do. so gatorade is good there. also when you run and all that it is good for replenishing them however if you are not unde...
