  1. He smiled quietly into Gentle's direction, chuckling quietly. The colt seemed so nervous, almost like himself. Though he will admit, he would've never done something like going to a kissing booth to buy apples! Then again, at the times, it felt like it was a great way to sell some extra apples.

Gentle seems to recieve quite the positive attention from the Apples aswell, and he even got a kiss from the one filly he actually wanted a kiss from, to boot. She seemed quite enthusiastic about the selling of apples, and was being quite professional about the kissing aswell - not that he'd spot a difference between professional and unprofessional. The colt trotted over from the side of the stall over to the little filly and cleared his throat slightly before he spoke. ''You seem to be rather eager to sell apples for your family, a tad more than the others..'' he stopped shortly before looking over at the elderly mare. ''Probably.. '' he started, and rose his eyebrow. ''..but regardless, which one of the apples were you again?'' he asked her, as he chuckled. ''My own name is Survey, by the way.. not that it's really important.'' he said, rolling his eyes lightly at himself.

  2. Survey, the naive pony he was, couldn't quite make out what had just happened. The straightforward stallion that had just ran away after receiving the kiss from that mare who was selling apples, and seemingly ignored the apples he had just paid for. Though he could understand the fact that he was nervous about it - for whatever reason, as he seemed rather confident about it at first. Well, i guess he didn't have THAT much confidence after all.. must've been adrenaline.

The colt merely merely rolled his eyes as he chuckled shortly as he watched another pony trot up to the stall. He seemed well-mannered, and he atleast didn't jump onto the counter like the last one. He seemed like a more timid colt, like himself yet he seemed more in the areas of cute, as noted by Applejack herself. Gentle, what a fitting name...

Somewhere further down the line, something was going on, to say the least. The fancy pony was apparently arguing with a few other ponies, the old mare was yelling about a certain famous pony and the smaller filly was talking with - and getting 'soaked' with something by - a other mare. From what he could overhear from that conversation, the mare at the kissing booth, named Applejack apparently wasn't such a normal sales pony for the Apple Family. She was the 'hero' of Sweet Apple Acres? Interesting.. he should most likely ask the mare about that once most of the row was already munching on some delicious apples!

    Or atleast, he could try!

  3. ''So, when you buy a certain amount of apples, you will get a kiss from your.. grand-daughter...'' the colt muttered, patting his cheek. Interesting sale's technique those Apples had! . ''.. That's a odd dea-'' *OOOMMMMPPPPAAAAAHHHHH!* It seemed the colt was cut off by the tuba, being played by the other mare that was standing with Granny Smith. Nevertheless, after rubbing his ears slightly he cleared his throat. ''That's a ..odd deal.'' he repeated, before looking at the mare behind the counter. He must admit Granny Smith /was/ right that she was rather 'purty', as she put it.

As a sudden ruckus came from some of the ponies in line - what a surprise, ponies fighting over kisses - he merely shifted his view to the stall. Apparently, the colt who was first in line, was standing on the stall with his front hooves and was probably trying to impress the mare who was trying to sell some apples. He chuckled in himself as he shook his head at the sighting, trotting next to the stall and leaned against the side of the stall, rolling his eyes as he tried to observe the 'smooth talker' doing.. well, his thing.

    This could turn interesting.

  4. The bottles were clinging against the side of the crate, as the little buffalo was jumping through Appleloosa, evading as many ponies as he could. As we all know, stealing crates of rootbeer wasn't really something you could do everyday - unless you were the buffalo castoff, Honovi! Ha ha, the light-weighted thief had stolen a bottle of Pony Pop Rootbeer, but after drinking it.. he found himself wanting more! So now, he was carrying a entire crate with him, as he traveled through Appleloosa back to his makeshift camp. He would have a good ol' drinking fest once he gets ''home''!

Appleloosa seemed rather quiet for this time of day, which made stealing 'supplies' only way easier! There was only a slight breeze, tumbleweeds rolling through the quiet streets, and the barks of a dog somewhere around town. He grunted and looked around the street, now actually hoping that he would see somebody to outrun. ''..'Ey! Anypony, or anybody 'dere?'' he calls out, tipping his top hat up slightly.

  5. The always curious yet catious colt Survey trotted through Ponyville. After a long day of gathering supplies, books, and certain puzzle cubes from the village, he had only one more item on his checklist. Apples. Fortunatly for him, Sweet Apple Acres was close by, so he decided to trot over to the Apple farm. From a distance, it looked very impressive and from up-close it looked even more impressive. For a big, apple farm, atleast.

Soon, after seeing the row of ponies standing before a wooden stall, he approached it. ''W-what in the..'' the colt muttered to himself, as he looked at the ponies in the row. He noticed a well-dressed stallion, a lone filly, and a few more ponies. He was surprised so many people were interested in apples - or rather, the kisses from one of the apples.

He trotted over to the side of the stall, standing next to it. ''.. You're.. selling.. kisses?'' he asks a elderly looking mare. As far as he could remember, the family who ran Sweet Apple Acres was the Apple Family - how fitting - but why was.. He paused, and eyed Applejack for a moment. Hadn't he bought something from her before, some time ago, during that Running of the Leaves? Nevertheless, he was here to buy a few apples to take with him, and /not/ to get a kiss from some filly he barely knew. Though, she wasn't ugly.

  6. ''Wh- hey!'' he whined at Martini, as a book was shoved into his face. The young colt merely shook his head and rolled his eyes as he levitated the book away from his face, opened the book and did what she had asked him to do - read, obviously. However, after a page or two, he looked up again, seeing that the mare had slightly cooled down and was apparently blushing because of something the other filly, who seemingly was named Paradise and was standing on the back of her apparent father. To be honest, the colt wasn't at all surprised he had a daughter. He was mostly just surprised it was only one!

''Good to see that you are all getting along just fine.. after all.'' he muttered, as he went back to reading. The book itself was about various ancient artifacts, ranging from crowns to small gemstones to dusty scrolls with dangerous spells. Though he was mostly interested in the latter, as he is still searching for that one scroll that will give his weak unicorn magic a slight ''boost''.

He was interupted by the sudden clopping of Martini's hooves. ''Wait, wait, h-hey! W-Wait!'' he called after her before turning to the others. ''Hey, uhm, Brazil, shouldn't you.. kinda..'' he pointed after her. ''..save her?'' he chuckled. ''.. And take care of your daughter too.. it's like take your daughter to work day, no?'' he joked, before rolling his eyes again. ''.. We should probably just go before guards show up.'' he noted, as he placed the book back into his bag. ''.. If you want to fight them, feel free to do so, though..'' he chuckled, as he slowly trotted after Martini. He had to locate her and give her the small pendant he still had on him.. atleast, if he could find her.

  8. What was the reason that finally caused them to banish him (even temporarily)? Was he an adult buffalo by this time? If not, where were his parents in all of this?

I've added something about his parents, yet i want to keep the reason for getting kicked out a little more shady, something he doesn't want to talk about at all times.

    Also, i've fixed the typo.

  9. Roleplay Type: Mane RP

    Name Honovi

    Sex: Male

    Age: Young Buffalo (22)

    Species: Buffalo

Eye Color: Light Grey ( #999999

    Coat Color: Light brown ( #ccccc99 )

Mane and Tail Color ; Style: He has a medium-long, grey colored tail and his short mane isn't visible under his top hat.

Physique: He is light as a feather, yet he is rather sturdy build, even though he lacks power.

Cutie Mark: As he is a buffalo, he doesn't have a cutie mark

Origin: He originates from a Buffalo Tribe located in the Painted Pinto Desert, however he left and now lives on a makeshift camp, close to Appleloosa - as that's where he gets his supplies from

Occupation: He's a thief, yet he only steals for food and drinks - especially Pony Pop Rootbeer - to survive in the desert.

Motivation: His motivation is to prove his tribe he is able of surviving all alone in the desert, with nobody besides himself, though he personally wishes to have a infite source of Pony Pop Rootbeer.

Personality: A rouge thief from a long lost tribe, Honovi could be described as a tough, and overall rather curious about the big city, as the only city he has been is Appleloosa - and also only to get his daily supplies - and thus he is still interested in the more civil cities around Equestria - though he doesn't know any other ones, yet he has heard many ponies talk about it. Even though he really wants to see more of Equestria and it's cities, he does not leave his camp all that often, as he is very suspicious of ponies and often rather homesick when it comes to his ''Campamento del Desierto''. He is also at times considered to be childish when it comes to alot of subjects, including his old tribe, rootbeer and anything he does in Appleloosa, as he doesn't like telling about either three of them.

History: When he was still a calf, Honovi was very rather rude to most buffalo. His parents were regular, all day buffalo, who had many other calfs. Even though he had many brothers and sisters, nobody of his family really cared about him. At that time, he dreamed of traveling to the bigger cities in Equestria, mostly after finding a bottle of his now favorite drink, Pony Pop Rootbeer in the desert. He decided to take it to the chief of the tribe, and argued with him about wanting to go out there and live amongst ponies. Since he was a mere calf then, nobody took his seriously, yet he continued his protest against not being able to what he wanted. After taking heavy action on the tribe, getting in serious trouble, the tribe all decided to confront him with it, only causing him to have a hissy fit before eventually storming off - taking a few of their stuff in order to make his own camp. They kicked him out of their tribe as a result, and he currently remains on his own, alone.

After the abandonment of his tribe, the tribe moved away, and left him there in the desert by himself. He doesn't seem to be too interested in where they went and what happened to them, yet he wonders how he is supposed to adapt with all those ponies in Appleloosa, as he has never been close to ponies before. After spying on a few ponies whilst darting through the rowdy town, he tried to mingle with them, only to be scared off by a series of pies flying at him during some sort of big showdown going down between buffalo's and ponies. Soon after, he made the realization that the ponies in Appleloosa weren't exactly nice towards buffalo's. This made him less tolerant towards ponies, yet friendly with other species, except buffalo, whom he isn't keen on, despite being one himself.

  10. The colt started trotting around the bubble for a moment, before realizing he was in the bubble. ''Hey! I can walk, you know..'' he scoffed, and stomped in the bubble. He looked over at Brazil and rolled his eyes. ''Oh, Brazil.. e-even though i am the one who can't seem to get a date, you seem to get more attention from other fillies whilst on a date with a mare!'' he said, chuckling silently. He eyed the filly shortly before shrugging, as suddenly the bubble started to move. He fell on his flank as he began bumping it against the bubble each time Martini stepped towards the dark hallway. ''H-Hey! Ngh! You can- ow! Just put me- ouch! down!'' he muttered from between his jeers.

As suddenly the bumping came to a stop, and the colt was flinged against the front of the bubble, he grunted and looked over what appeared to be his boss and some filly standing over him. He rolled his eyes yet again and snerked. ''Smooth moves there, Br-'' he tried to say, but suddenly had himself falling onto the wooden floor. ''Ow! And there goes my hindquarters!'' he groaned, as he got up slowly, rubbing his flank a bit. ''T-Thanks alot for that..'' he said, slowly making his way over to Martini. He sighed and slowly tapped the floor with his hoof before poking Martini. ''Hey, easy now.. i'm sure this is a-all a misunderstanding..'' he tried to tell Martini. ''I-I'm sure Brazil isn't.. making out with that filly or anything..'' he said, chuckling. ''If he was, he wouldn't be done by now, knowing Brazil..'' he joked, and slowly scratched the back of his head. ''..uhm, sorry.'' he coughed, smiling awkwardly. ''Just.. don't worry.. Martini..''

He looked around him, and looked over at the stairs. ''Do w-we really have to climb the entire way? We don't even know where this will bring us..'' he tapped his chin slowly and nodded. ''Though if it's hidden and probably a restricted area.. it usually means we are supposed to go there..'' he remarked.

  11. (( I am terribly, terribly sorry for posting so incredibly late. I wish i could get myself to write more.. ))

The nervous colt slowly opened one of his eyes, and looked over at the one pony who awnsered him. ''O-oh.. jewelry.. that's fine..'' he said, with a awkward chuckle. ''Y-Yes, uhm.. i.. don't believe i h-have a designer..'' the colt said, scratching his head. ''T-Though i must say, i.. c-could very well be wrong!'' he noted.

He looked around the room and chuckled. ''T-This is a nice room.. w-with ..'' he looked at the models and chuckled again. ''R-Rather talented ..models.. right?'' he asked, looking back at Ashton. He sighed, and pushed his glasses further up his snout. ''U-Unlike myself, w-who hasn't even got a little bit of experience!'' he said, giggling silently.

  12. The colt let out a flustered chuckle, scratching the back of his head. ''D-Dashing? Oh.. M-Miss Paradise.. y-you couldn't be further from wrong! B-Brazil is the 'dashing' one h-here.. a-and the smart one t-too if i think about it..'' he said, with a light roll of his eyes. Obviously, he tried to act as the brains, but too bad that Brazil was the brains too. He tried to be the funny one, but Brazil took that spot too. The muscle.. no. Actually, Brazil could be like a one man army at times. After a little more thought he sort of tried to get the feeling he was just company. But company served him fine anyhow.

A weak chuckle came from the colt by accident. Seeing the mare fall was quite humorous, yet he felt a little bit of embarrassment at first. A secret chamber? Daring Do? He could've found that aswell if he had tried hard enough..

The colt gave a little shake of the head as he let out a timid sigh, slowly taking a few steps away from the pair - or, now a trio, as somepony decided to bump into him. ''H-Hey!'' he scoffed, and looked as the mare trotted past Martini aswell. Was that a wink he spotted? Whatever, it was Brazil's mare after all, right?

The silent colt took a turn towards the nearest bookcase and started looking through them. He looked down at a few of them. ''The Mare In The Moon'', one of his favourite foalhood books. ''The Mare With The Golden Rose'', a book he had read for school once, wrote a book report on it. It was a romantic one, for as far as he knew. ''The Mare and the-'' he stopped reading as he rose a eyebrow. How about grabbing a few of the Daring Do books!

The colt had a silent little giggle as he slowly looked back at the group. He wasn't being noticed, so he decided it was time for the colt to make a little adventure himself too! A library one at that! He packed the three books he had grabbed and put them into his saddlebag. Got to read those again when this is over! The colt slowly walked away from his group and trotted through the amazing library!

Retrieving all of his favourite books, the colt hummed to himself. ''The Night Of The Living Clouds'', ''The Big Book of Unicorn Magic'' and a classic ''Falcon Noir: The Devil's Disguise'', all scattered around in bookcases and alike. Along with those books, a whole pile of Daring Do books were next to it in his saddlebag. Oh boy, was he going to read! He was so busy, that he almost forgot he had to return to the others. Atleast he had some literature with him once he was to get back! Where did the chamber lead them to, and who was that odd filly?

  13. ''I a-am happy to have also helped you, Miss Note..'' the colt says, with a pretty honest smile. It was not his first honest smile he had pulled off today. All the smiles he could remember were during the conversation with the mare. The mare somehow managed to boost up his confidence, his cheers, his mood and ..well, his head! With his head heaved high and his smile across his face, the colt chuckled a bit. He soon lowered his head, as he realized it might look stupid for anypony to do that, even if he and the mare were the only ponies anywhere close to the beach. ''O-oh yes, w-well.. i s-shall go and meet my other competitors!'' he says. ''T-though i will admit.. i-if they are far more experienced..'' he starts to note, but quickly just shakes his head.

''I can't thank you enough! After this.. we really should get together sometime!'' he says, with a small chuckle. ''I owe you one.. no, two!'' he laughs, and slowly starts trotting back to the party, ready to model!

  14. The light of his horn slowly dimmed as the small colt put the scroll back into his saddlebag. As catious as the colt was, the flap of the saddlebag safely over his valueable saddlebag and the bag itself tightly strapped around the colt's flank. After having read through the same map again and again, he thought he could now atleast remember where he had to go, for longer than five minutes! Having had a lenghty trip already behind him, made the colt wonder if he was still going the down the right path. He took a long gander along the plains and sighed. It was so peacefull, so idyllic, so quiet. The young assistant gave the image a soft grin, a grin he had tried to take over from Brazil's trademark grin, sadly it was nearly impossible to fake such smugness, such slyness and such cleverness! Well, that, and him getting all the mares with that smirk of his!

Trotting a little bit further into the direction he assumed he had to go, made the colt face a building, which looked like an inn. Thinking about it a bit, he decided he needed some valuable rest. Besides, his stomach was grumbling, and who can argue with your own stomach? A short chuckle later, he was trotting towards the inn with a small grin on his face. His stomach had made it clear it needed attention, so he tried to make it to the inn as fast as his legs could carry him, together with the saddlebag dangling from his back. To reassure himself, he looked back at the bag with confidence. A sort of confidence he usually lacks, which would probably fade soon.

After a swift look at the inn and the sound of somebody - or something, at the sound of it - quickly making its way down the stairs, the colt started to get a little bit nervous. Survey, the usually big bundle of nerves, knocked onto the door, hoping somepony would open the door for him. The inn itself looked a bit out of place, all the way away from town, yet this wasn't an issue for a colt who hadn't slept in some days! Though that it was soon to be morning again, the colt looked like he was ready to pass out against the door at any time. His stomach, fully agreed with him doing that appearantly, as another hungry growl descended from his belly. ''H-Hello? Is anypony there? I-I'd like to rent a room here, i-if there is any space for me!'' he called out, knocking onto the door for a second time, his weak smile at the ready for whoever was going to open the door for him. But, please, let it be a stallion, pretty please! It's already hard enough to stay calm, now i think a mare would just do no good!

  15. The colt just shook his head again, his negative thoughts and positive thoughts piling up against eachother and his mind just overflown with things. The mare was right, but on the other hand she was wrong. All past experiences he had lived through were horrible, yet exciting. The exciting part was mostly because he had done it with his employer, as he rarely did anything close to normal with him on expeditions. Obviously, this fashion show was nothing like a expedition.

    Though it was very similiar.

''You are right.. probably. I think i should just see where this idiotic idea of mine will lead me to. I must be mad.. but that is something i've been saying to myself for years now.. so, i suppose i might aswell continue this idea of mine.. thanks.. '' he mutters, faintly smiling at the mare as he rose his head a little bit.

  16. The colt lowered his head a bit, looking a bit puzzled. She did ask a good question.. Why was he still here? He knew he didn't have the looks for competing, neither had he the personallity or the guts to do it. He should've just stayed home, at his appartment, with countless books to read quietly on his sofa. But look at him now, talking to a mare at a beach on a party for a beauty contest! And yet.. there he was. His urge of wanting to just take a flying carriage back to his own place still there, but his interest in the mare just pushing it into the corner of his mind. As, the mare was quite ..different.

She was different, not in a bad way though, just in the odd way. Her looks were that of a fancy mare, yet she didn't show that vibe. She sounded as if she was singing, yet it was quite off-key. Yet, the colt didn't mind it, as a little company was better than none at all, weird or not.

Soon after, a small apology ran through his head, for what he was thinking of the mare.

''W-well.. you see.. i don't even completely know why i am here..'' the colt muttered, and lowered his head a bit more, making him look up at the mare.

'' I s-suppose i just forced myself a bit into doing this..'' he said silently, and looked down at the sand of the beach.

  17. The colt slowly rose his head as the mare asked him a question. He remained ashamed, so he tilted his head, facing her only with one part of his head. He eyed her slowly, and lowered his head again, keeping his gaze onto the mare though. He couldn't get himself to speak to her. Even though he knew a very good awnser to the question - as if he could awnser it wrongly -

He went to that library, atleast once a year now. He had gone there since he was only a foal. He had learned everything about the library after many of his years there. The books, all lined up perfectly in thousands of shelves, in hundreds of bookcases, all lined up just like the books. The books, being specified in all possible ways, like size, content and even color were all specified! This included scrolls aswell, listed all from how old they were and what ink was used. The library was very impressive, and even he was still stunned by how it was after so many years! And- but wait.

He shook his head, breaking off his tought and faced Martini again, now face to face. The colt let out a small whine as he dropped his ears. He paused for a short while, creating a awkward silence, which he managed to cut off by clearing his troath. ''W-well.. u-uhm.. M-Miss P-Paradise.. r-right?'' he asked, but didn't wait on an awnser. ''Y-y-yes.. y-yes.. i-i've.. been h-here b-before..'' he muttered, nodding slowly, looking back at the long red, rug they were trotting over.

  18. The colt stared at her, realizing she looked at him in a way like he was acting odd. No doubt in his mind that he wasn't acting odd though. Obviously, she couldn't read his mind - he hoped - so it would look really odd to a other pony. He froze for a few seconds, and after the mare replied, he slowly tried to - if you could even call it close - relax. He slowly adjusted his glasses, and fiddled with the rose in his mane. The breeze had stirred up slightly more at the ever so quiet beach, and it began to get slightly chilly.

''Oh? So.. you came here.. b-because you wanted to come here?'' the colt asked, raising his eyebrow in interest. ''If that were the case with me, i'd wouldn't even have set hoof near this place..'' The colt tapped his chin, and shook his head. ''Though.. that i am here now..'' which caused the colt to roll his eyes and sigh.

  19. Since i've never been a filly, i don't know!.

Heh, but i've been scared of the dark since a really long time ago. The darkness, the horror!

1.I have never RPed anywhere before, untill this site.
