For the record, not everything mentioned here is strictly disallowed (though most are)--they are all quite unoriginal tropes though that people should try and avoid if at all possible.

Hence the "This wont get your app stamped " bit,I was just posting overdone tropes that need to be squished out

Artax already addressed all of this, and his opinion is the one that matters seeing as he is one of the people that owns the site...I don't think you should dismiss his word like that.
