The sparkle in the newborn's eyes as she took in the strange lights and sounds of the celebration outside made them know she would love them her for all of her life. In fact, growing up, she would always pester her mother (and father, when he was around) to take her to any celebration that was within maybe a few hours walking distance.Her cutie mark appeared when she was finally old enough to play with sparklers, which she could never get enough of. She would pout when hers went out, only for her face to light up again once she was given a fresh one. Eventually, once she was old enough to move out, she set up her own workshop, where she buys, seels and creates fireworks of all kinds, and works on her plans and patterns for her shows.Flashbang is obsessed with her fireworks, and will eagerly set a whole bunch off whenever she smells the opportunity. Obviously, this often results in her spending a lot more than she needs to on her stock, though the publicity her zealousness gives her shows often recuperates any costs that she might come across. Alongside holding her shows, she can sometimes be found trying out new ideas for fireworks, most of which result in large explosions and a very dizzy Flashbang stumbling out of her workshop, covered in soot.She uses her very small knowledge of magic to light the fuses on her fireworks, not only is this safer, but it means she can arrange dynamic, complex patterns with MUCH less effort.Like a lot of ponies in Hoofington, she is very open minded about things, and is horrified by any kind of prejudice. How did she receive her cutie-mark?
