How do I reply to replies?

So someone replied to my introduction, and I want to say something back to them. Do I reply on that thread or is there a way to reply specifically to them? Sorry, I'm new to sites like this one and still trying to find my way around... :|||

If you type the "@" symbol followed by the username, they'll get notified.  Of course, I watched that thread, so I'd know of your reply anyhow.

Yes, that's it!  And CC doesn't exist; we merged it together with WoE some time ago. So there's only one moderated board.  Don't be too nervous, we'll be there to help you through the app process, its not that tough.
