So I grilled some chicken tonight! It was crazy juicy and spurting everywhere. I used a special organic spice blend and marinated it for half the day.

 

I also made some corn elote to go with it -- it's corn on the cob slathered with a little mayo, parmesan cheese, fresh basil, salt, pepper, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice, grilled over the fire.

I made this breakfast pizza for the bakery crew this morning. Chive cream cheese base and ham, sausage, bacon, red onion, roasted red peppers, spinach, asiago, fontina, and gruyere with a scrambled egg drizzle. Black pepper and arugula to finish. Yeah I totally cook like this often.

Astronaut ice cream is a misnomer. They'd never eat that in space because it would shard up, short out all the equipment and air vents, and cause everyone to die. That said it's pretty legit in chocolate.

I need me socks like that. In reality I'm clearly the plushy, but I definitely act more like the girl. Also I just woke up at midnight and rather than go back to sleep I decided to bug people, so I'm good at life.

 

Maybe someday I'll pay Rosie a visit. That's the day when I learn to stomach a ~14 hour drive.
